Quran 3:156~158

O believers! Do not be like the unfaithful who say about their brothers who travel throughout the land or engage in battle, “If they had stayed with us, they would not have died or been killed.” Allah makes such thinking a cause of agony in their hearts. It is Allah who gives life and causes death. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do. Continued….
Should you be martyred or die in the cause of Allah, then His forgiveness and mercy are far better than whatever ˹wealth˺ those ˹who stay behind˺ accumulate. Whether you die or are martyred— all of you will be gathered before Allah. Quran 3:156~158 Surah al-Imran (The Family of Imran)
Al Imran (Arabic: آل عمران, āl ʿimrān; meaning: The Family of Imran) is the third chapter (sūrah) of the Quran with two hundred verses (āyāt).

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَا تَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَقَالُوا۟ لِإِخۡوَ ٰنِهِمۡ إِذَا ضَرَبُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَوۡ كَانُوا۟ غُزࣰّى لَّوۡ كَانُوا۟ عِندَنَا مَا مَاتُوا۟ وَمَا قُتِلُوا۟ لِیَجۡعَلَ ٱللَّهُ ذَ ٰلِكَ حَسۡرَةࣰ فِی قُلُوبِهِمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ یُحۡیِۦ وَیُمِیتُۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِیرࣱ وَلَىِٕن قُتِلۡتُمۡ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِ أَوۡ مُتُّمۡ لَمَغۡفِرَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَحۡمَةٌ خَیۡرࣱ مِّمَّا یَجۡمَعُونَ وَلَىِٕن مُّتُّمۡ أَوۡ قُتِلۡتُمۡ لَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ
It is named after Ale-Imran ‘the family of Imran’ – Imran being the grandfather of Jesus [Isa], and the father of Mary [Maryam]. Other than this Surah, Imran is not mentioned in the rest of the Qur’an with the exception of Surah 66: at-Tahreem – ‘Maryam daughter of Imran’ [66:12].
Zahra – The Prophet is reported to have called al-Baqarah and Ale-Imran as ‘Zahrawayn’ [Two Lights (of guidance)]
اے لوگو جو ایمان لائے ہو، کافروں کی سی باتیں نہ کرو جن کے عزیز و اقارب اگر کبھی سفر پر جاتے ہیں یا جنگ میں شریک ہوتے ہیں ‘ (اور وہاں کسی حادثہ سے دو چار ہو جاتے ہیں) تو وہ کہتے ہیں کہ اگر وہ ہمارے پاس ہوتے تو نہ مارے جاتے اور نہ قتل ہوتے اللہ اس قسم کی باتوں کو ان کے دلوں میں حسرت و اندوہ کا سبب بنا دیتا ہے، ورنہ دراصل مارنے اور جِلانے والا تو اللہ ہی ہے
اور تمہاری حرکات پر وہی نگراں ہے اگر تم اللہ کی راہ میں مارے جاؤ یا مر جاؤ تو اللہ کی جو رحمت اور بخشش تمہارے حصہ میں آئے گی وہ اُن ساری چیزوں سے زیادہ بہتر ہے جنہیں یہ لوگ جمع کرتے ہیں اور خواہ تم مرو یا مارے جاؤ بہر حال تم سب کو سمٹ کر جانا اللہ ہی کی طرف ہے
The main topics of this Surah are Tawhid, Prophethood and the truth of the Qur’ an. As Surah al-Baqarah discussed the issues related to Bani Israel, this Surah discusses some issues related to the Christian community and their religious positions. It also discusses the subjects of Hajj, Jihad, Zakat and Riba. It ends, like Surah al-Baqarah, with a profound dua.

Quran 25:43~44

Have you seen ˹O Prophet˺ the one who has taken their own desires as their god? Will you then be a keeper over them? Or do you think that most of them listen or understand? They are only like cattle—no, more than that, they are astray from the ˹Right˺ Way! Quran 25:43~44 Surah al-Furqan (The Criterion)
Surah al-Furqan [The Criterion] takes its name from the first Ayat,
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ
“Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant…” [25:1]

This Surah has 77 Ayat.

أَرَءَیۡتَ مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَـٰهَهُۥ هَوَىٰهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَیۡهِ وَكِیلًا أَمۡ تَحۡسَبُ أَنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ یَسۡمَعُونَ أَوۡ یَعۡقِلُونَۚ إِنۡ هُمۡ إِلَّا كَٱلۡأَنۡعَـٰمِ بَلۡ هُمۡ أَضَلُّ سَبِیلًا
The Surah answers some of the objections of the non-believers against the Qur’an and the teachings of Islam. It also presents the character of the Believers as criteria to prove the truth of Islam.
کیا تم نے اس شخص کو دیکھا جس نے خواہش نفس کو معبود بنا رکھا ہے تو کیا تم اس پر نگہبان ہوسکتے ہو یا تم یہ خیال کرتے ہو کہ ان میں اکثر سنتے یا سمجھتے ہیں (نہیں) یہ تو چوپایوں کی طرح ہیں بلکہ ان سے بھی زیادہ گمراہ ہیں
Sections:
Prophet Muhammad came as a Warner for the whole world. The evil of Shirk. The objections of those who denied the Prophet and his message.
The Punishment of those who deny Allah and His message.
Non-believers’ demand to see the angels or Allah. Non-believers say why the whole Qur’an was not sent down at once.
Examples of the people of Prophets Moses, Aaron, Noah and ‘Ad, Thamud and the People of al-Rass.
Examples from the natural world: shadows, night and day, winds of rain, oceans with two different types of waters, creation of human beings, creation of the heaven and earth in six days.
The character and qualities of the most faithful servants of Allah.

Quran 28:72

Ask ˹them also˺, “Imagine if Allah were to make the day perpetual for you until the Day of Judgment, which god other than Allah could bring you night to rest in? Will you not then see?” Quran 28:72
Surah al-Qasas [The Story] takes it name from being mentioned in [28:25],
‘Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness.
She said, “Indeed, my father invites you that he may reward you for having watered for us.”
So when he came to him and related to him the story, he said,
“Fear not. You have escaped from the wrongdoing people.”
This Surah has 88 Ayat.

The basic theme of this Surah is the prophethood. Some aspects of the life of Prophet Moses -peace be upon him- are mentioned to show the similarity between him and Prophet Muhammad – peace be upon all the prophets of Allah. There are also answers here to the questions and doubts that were raised by some non-believers.
کہہ دو بھلا یہ تو بتاؤ اگر الله تم پر ہمیشہ کے لیے قیامت تک دن ہی رہنے دے تو الله کے سوا کون سا معبود ہے جو تمہارے لیے رات لائے جس میں آرام پاؤ کیا تم دیکھتے نہیں ہو
Sections:
Story of Moses and Pharaoh is related. Pharaoh was persecuting the Israelites. Allah wished to show his favor to the oppressed people. Birth of Moses and then his growing up in Pharaoh’s own palace.
Moses’ encounter with an Egyptian and his escape to Madyan.
Moses’ marriage in Madyan.
Moses receives Prophethood and especial signs from Allah. His appearance before Pharaoh. Pharaoh’s denial and then Allah’s punishment for him and his armies.
The Prophet relating these stories by inspiration from Allah and for a purpose.
Allah’s guidance is continuos.
The message of Islam is tawhid.
The story of Qarun: his character and his end.
Allah’s promise for the Believers.

Quran 30:21

And among His signs is that He created spouses for you from among yourselves, so that you may find peace with them, and He has placed affection and mercy between you. In this there are signs for people who think. Quran 30:21
This Surah is named after the ‘Romans’ – The word ‘Roman’ is mentioned only in this Surah in the Qur’an.

وَمِنۡ اٰيٰتِهٖۤ اَنۡ خَلَقَ لَكُمۡ مِّنۡ اَنۡفُسِكُمۡ اَزۡوَاجًا لِّتَسۡكُنُوۡۤا اِلَيۡهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَكُمۡ مَّوَدَّةً وَّرَحۡمَةً  ؕ اِنَّ فِىۡ ذٰ لِكَ لَاٰيٰتٍ لِّقَوۡمٍ يَّتَفَكَّرُوۡنَ
The Surah reminds us that Allah is in control of everything.
Those who are short sighted they see only what is apparent but they do not realize that there is a Creator and Master of this whole universe and it is He who is governing everything.
Final decision is in Allah’s hand. The Akhirah will take place and the truth will prevail
اور اس کی نشانیوں سے ہے کہ تمہارے لیے تمہاری ہی جنس سے جوڑے بنائے کہ ان سے آرام پاؤ اور تمہارے آپس میں محبت اور رحمت رکھی بیشک اس میں نشانیاں ہیں دھیان کرنے والوں کے لیے،
Sections:
The defeat of the Romans and then later their victory is foretold.
Creation and Resurrection belong to Allah. Glorify Allah at different times of the day.
The signs of Allah in nature.
The true religion corresponds and enhances the nature. Teachings of the religion of nature: tawhid, care of the family and relatives, economic justice and charity.
Corruption caused by human beings. Evidence of corruption in history.
Evidence of resurrection in nature.
The Day of Resurrection
