Quran 31:29

Do you not see that Allah causes the night to merge into the day and the day into the night, and has subjected the sun & the moon, each orbiting for an appointed term, and that Allah is All-Aware of what you do? Quran 31:29 Surah Luqman
This Surah is named after the wise person called, Luqman – who was well known amongst the Arabs for his wisdom.
It is the 31st Chapter of the Quran, There are 34 Verses in it.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلࣱّ یَجۡرِیۤ إِلَىٰۤ أَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّى وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِیر
In this Surah, Tawhid is emphasized and Shirk and its ideas are critically examined. It tells us that those who are following Shirk they are only blindly following their forefathers. The true wisdom is to believe in Allah. The advises of Luqman the wise are also given here to support the same principles.
کیا تم نے نہیں دیکھا کہ خدا ہی رات کو دن میں داخل کرتا ہے اور (وہی) دن کو رات میں داخل کرتا ہے اور اُسی نے سورج اور چاند کو (تمہارے) زیر فرمان کر رکھا ہے۔ ہر ایک ایک وقتِ مقرر تک چل رہا ہے اور یہ کہ خدا تمہارے سب اعمال سے خبردار ہے
Sections:
Qur’an is a book of guidance and mercy for all people.
The advises of Luqman the wise man.
Signs of tawhid in the heaven and earth. Shirk or polytheism has no basis.
In crisis people turn to the Real God. Let not the things of this world deceive you. All knowledge belongs to Allah.

Quran 34:1~2

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. All praise is for Allah, to Whom belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. And praise be to Him in the Hereafter. He is the All-Wise, All-Aware. He knows whatever goes into the earth and whatever comes out of it, and whatever descends from the sky and whatever ascends into it. And He is the Most Merciful, All-Forgiving. Quran 34:1`2 Surah Saba` (Sheba)
Surah Saba’ takes its name after the People of Saba’, لَقَدْ كَانَ لِسَبَإٍ فِي مَسْكَنِهِمْ آيَةٌ ۖ جَنَّتَانِ عَن يَمِينٍ وَشِمَالٍ ۖ كُلُوا مِن رِّزْقِ رَبِّكُمْ وَاشْكُرُوا لَهُ ۚ بَلْدَةٌ طَيِّبَةٌ وَرَبٌّ غَفُورٌ “There was for [the tribe of] Saba’ in their dwelling place a sign: two [fields of] gardens on the right and on the left. [They were told], “Eat from the provisions of your Lord and be grateful to Him. A good land [have you], and a forgiving Lord.” (34:15)

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِی لَهُۥ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَمَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَهُ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ فِی ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَكِیمُ ٱلۡخَبِیرُ یَعۡلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا یَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا یَعۡرُجُ فِیهَاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلرَّحِیمُ ٱلۡغَفُورُ
The Surah answers some of the objections raised by the non-believers about Tawhid, Risalah and Akhirah. It also speaks about Prophets David and Solomon and the Queen of Sheba to remind people about the consequences of evils as well as righteousness.
شروع الله کا نام لے کر جو بڑا مہربان نہایت رحم والا ہے سب تعریف الله ہی کے لیے ہے جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہے سب اسی کا ہے اور آخرت میں بھی اسی کے لیے سب تعریف ہے اور وہ حکمت والا خبردار ہے وہ جانتا ہے جو زمین میں داخل ہوتا ہے اور جو اس میں سے نکلتا ہے اور جو آسمان سے نازل ہوتا ہے اور جو اس میں چڑھتا ہے اور وہ نہایت رحم والا بخشنے والا ہے
Sections:
The Day of Judgment will surely come.
Allah’s favors on Prophets David and Solomon. Allah’s judgment on the people of Saba’.
Shirk will be of no use on the Day of Judgment. Prophet Muhammad is sent for all people.
The wrong leaders will leave their followers on the Day of Judgment, the discussion of their mutual recrimination.
Material riches do not necessarily bring you closer to Allah.
The truth will prosper.

Quran 42:27

Had Allah given abundant provisions to ˹all˺ His servants, they would have certainly transgressed throughout the land. But He sends down whatever He wills in perfect measure. He is truly All-Aware, All-Seeing of His servants. Quran 42:28 Surah ash-Shura (The Counsel)
The Surah takes its name from the Ayat,
وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَىٰ بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ
“And those who have responded to their lord and established prayer and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend.” (42:38).

۞ وَلَوۡ بَسَطَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلرِّزۡقَ لِعِبَادِهِۦ لَبَغَوۡا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَـٰكِن یُنَزِّلُ بِقَدَرࣲ مَّا یَشَاۤءُۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِعِبَادِهِۦ خَبِیرُۢ بَصِیرࣱ
The Surah emphasizes that the message of the Qur’an is from Allah Who revealed similar messages to other Prophets and Messengers. The religion of Allah has been the same throughout history.
If Allah wanted He would have made all people into one Ummah, but He has given freedom to people to make their own choice by their free will.
Allah will judge all people on the Day of Judgment. In the Surah it is also mentioned that the followers of this message are those who avoid major sins and who manage their affairs with mutual consultation.
اور اگر خدا اپنے بندوں کے لئے رزق میں فراخی کردیتا تو زمین میں فساد کرنے لگتے۔ لیکن وہ جو چیز چاہتا ہے اندازے کے ساتھ نازل کرتا ہے۔ بےشک وہ اپنے بندوں کو جانتا اور دیکھتا ہے
Sections:
Allah revealed His message to His Prophets. The purpose of revelation is to warn people about the Day of Judgment. Had Allah willed, He would have forced all people into one Ummah, but the wrong-does will see the consequences of their deeds.
The judgment is in the hand of Allah. He gave the same religion to all His Prophets. Muslims must invite people to Allah.
Allah deals justly with all people. Allah accepts the repentance. Allah’s mercy is manifest in the universe.
Believers should avoid sins, be patient, work with each other in consultation and practice forgiveness.
The Prophet guides to the right path, the path of Allah.

Quran 33:2~3

Follow what is revealed to you from your Lord. Surely Allah is All-Aware of what you ˹all˺ do. And put your trust in Allah, for Allah is sufficient as a Trustee of Affairs. Quran 33:2~3
The Surah takes its name, al-Ahzab [confederates/groups] from the Ayat,
وَلَمَّا رَأَى الْمُؤْمِنُونَ الْأَحْزَابَ قَالُوا هَـٰذَا مَا وَعَدَنَا اللَّـهُ وَرَسُولُهُ وَصَدَقَ اللَّـهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ۚ وَمَا زَادَهُمْ إِلَّا إِيمَانًا وَتَسْلِيمًا
“And when the believers saw the confederates, they said,
“This is what Allah and His Messenger had promised us, and Allah and His Messenger spoke the truth.” And it increased them only in faith and acceptance.” (33:22)

There are 73 Ayat in this Surah.

وَٱتَّبِعۡ مَا یُوحَىٰۤ إِلَیۡكَ مِن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِیرࣰا وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِیلࣰا
The Surah deals with a number of social and political issues.
It talks about the practice of child-adoption, some marriage customs, Battle of Ahzab and Bani Quraydhah, social issues related to Hijab of Muslim women.
It also talks about the hypocrites and their conduct in the society.
پیروی کرو اُس بات کی جس کا اشارہ تمہارے رب کی طرف سے تمہیں کیا جا رہا ہے، اللہ ہر اُس بات سے باخبر ہے جو تم لوگ کرتے ہو اللہ پر توکل کرو، الله ہی کارساز کافی ہے
Sections:
The custom of adoption and Islamic instructions about it. Prophet Muhammad (saw) is dearer to the believers than their own selves.
The Battle of Ahzab and the way of the hypocrites.
The excellent role model of the Prophet Muhammad -peace be upon him.
The household of the Prophet, his pious wives.
Allah’s rewards for the Believing men and women. Prophet’s marriage with Zainab. The finality of the Prophethood.
Prophet Muhammad (saw) is sent as a witness, a bearer of glad tidings and Shining Lamp. The marriages of the Prophet: certain privileges and restrictions.
Rules of conduct in domestic relations.
Rules of Hijab, Warnings to the hypocrites, the Last Hour.
Believers must speak right. The burden of trust assumed by the human being.

Quran 100:1~11

’ By the galloping, panting horses, striking sparks of fire ˹with their hoofs˺, launching raids at dawn, stirring up ˹clouds of˺ dust, and penetrating into the heart of enemy lines ! Surely humankind is ungrateful to their Lord— and they certainly attest to this — and they are truly extreme in their love of ˹worldly˺ gains. Do they not know that when the contents of the graves will be spilled out, and the secrets of the hearts will be laid bare— surely their Lord is All-Aware of them on that Day. Hadees: 100:1~11 [al-`Adiyat (The Courser, The Chargers)]
This Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحًا “By the racers, panting,” [100:1]
There are 11 Ayat in this Surah.
وَٱلۡعَـٰدِیَـٰتِ ضَبۡحࣰا فَٱلۡمُورِیَـٰتِ قَدۡحࣰا فَٱلۡمُغِیرَ ٰتِ صُبۡحࣰا فَأَثَرۡنَ بِهِۦ نَقۡعࣰا فَوَسَطۡنَ بِهِۦ جَمۡعًا إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودࣱ وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَ ٰلِكَ لَشَهِیدࣱ وَإِنَّهُۥ لِحُبِّ ٱلۡخَیۡرِ لَشَدِیدٌ ۞ أَفَلَا یَعۡلَمُ إِذَا بُعۡثِرَ مَا فِی ٱلۡقُبُورِ وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِی ٱلصُّدُورِ إِنَّ رَبَّهُم بِهِمۡ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ لَّخَبِیرُۢ
The Surah tells us the ungratefulness of man and where it leads him. It also reminds us that Allah is aware of all the hidden secrets of human souls and He will expose them on the Day of Judgment.
قسم ہے اُن (گھوڑوں) کی جو پھنکارے مارتے ہوئے دوڑتے ہیں پھر (اپنی ٹاپوں سے) چنگاریاں جھاڑتے ہیں پھر صبح سویرے چھاپہ مارتے ہیں پھر اس موقع پر گرد و غبار اڑاتے ہیں پھر اِسی حالت میں کسی مجمع کے اندر جا گھستے ہیں حقیقت یہ ہے کہ انسان اپنے رب کا بڑا ناشکرا ہے اور وہ خود اِس پر گواہ ہے اور وہ مال و دولت کی محبت میں بری طرح مبتلا ہے تو کیا وہ اُس حقیقت کو نہیں جانتا جب قبروں میں جو کچھ (مدفون) ہے اُسے نکال لیا جائے گا اور سینوں میں جو کچھ (مخفی) ہے اُسے برآمد کر کے اس کی جانچ پڑتال کی جائے گی؟ یقیناً اُن کا رب اُس روز اُن سے خوب باخبر ہوگا
Its object is to make the people realise how evil man becomes when he denies the Hereafter, or becomes heedless of it, and also to warn them that in the Hereafter not only their visible and apparent deeds but even the secrets hidden in their hearts too will be subjected to scrutiny.
For this purpose the general chaos and confusion prevailing in Arabia, with which the whole country was in turmoil, has been presented as an argument. Bloodshed, loot and plunder raged on every side. Tribes were subjecting tribes to raids, and no one could have peaceful sleep at night from fear that some enemy tribe might raid his settlement early in the morning. Every Arab was fully conscious of this state of affairs and realised that it was wrong. Although the plundered bemoaned his miserable, helpless state and the plunderer rejoiced, yet when the plunderer himself was plundered, he too realised how wretched was the condition in which the whole nation was involved. Referring to this very state of affairs, it has been said: Unaware of the second life after death and his accountability before God in it, man has become ungrateful to his Lord and Sustainer. He is using the powers and abilities given by God for perpetrating tyranny and pillage; blinded by the love of worldly wealth he tries to obtain it by every means, however impure and filthy, and his own state itself testifies that by abusing the powers bestowed by his Lord, he is being ungrateful to Him. He would never have behaved so, had he known the time when the dead will be raised from the graves, and when the intentions and motives with which he had done all sorts of deeds in the world, will be exposed and brought out before everyone to see. At that time the Lord and Sustainer of men shall be well informed of what one had done and what punishment or reward one deserved.

Quran 9:16

Do you ˹believers˺ think that you will be left without Allah proving who among you ˹truly˺ struggles ˹in His cause˺ and never takes trusted allies other than Allah, His Messenger, or the believers? And Allah is All-Aware of what you do. Quran 9:16
The name of the surah, at-Taubah is derived from ت و ب and it occurs 87 times in the Quran. Interestingly, this surah has the highest usage of the words derived from ت و ب compared to all other surahs – it is used 17 times.
In Ayat 118, occurs the case of the three companions whom Allah turned to and accepted their tawbah to Him – those who had abstained from joining the Jihad at the Battle of Tabuk.

أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تُتۡرَكُوا۟ وَلَمَّا یَعۡلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِینَ جَـٰهَدُوا۟ مِنكُمۡ وَلَمۡ یَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَلِیجَةࣰۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
This is the only Sūrah of the Qur’ān to which ‘In the Name of God, Most Gracious Most Merciful’ is not prefixed. Though the commentators have given different reasons for this, the correct one that which has been given by Imām Razi: namely this is because the Prophet himself did not dictate it at the beginning of the Sūrah. Therefore the Companions did not prefix it and their successors followed them. This is a further proof of the fact that utmost care has been taken to keep the Qur’ān intact so that it should remain in its complete and original form.
کیا تم لوگوں نے یہ سمجھ رکھا ہے کہ یونہی چھوڑ دیے جاؤ گے حالانکہ ابھی اللہ نے یہ تو دیکھا ہی نہیں کہ تم میں سے کون وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے (اس کی راہ میں) جاں فشانی کی اور اللہ اور رسول اور مومنین کے سوا کسی کو جگری دوست نہ بنایا، جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو اللہ اس سے باخبر ہے
The basic subjects of the Surah are: The non-believers who broke their treaties, Muslims have no obligation to honor treaties with them. Muslims must protect themselves from hypocrisy, weak faith and negligence. Battle of Tabuk and its lessons.

Quran 63:10~11

And donate from what We have provided for you before death comes to one of you, and you cry, “My Lord! If only You delayed me for a short while, I would give in charity and be one of the righteous.” But Allah never delays a soul when its appointed time comes. And Allah is All-Aware of what you do. Quran 63:10~11
This Surah takes its name after the first Ayat of the Surah, إِذَا جَاءَكَ الْمُنَافِقُونَ قَالُوا نَشْهَدُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُ اللَّـهِ ۗ وَاللَّـهُ يَعْلَمُ إِنَّكَ لَرَسُولُهُ وَاللَّـهُ يَشْهَدُ إِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لَكَاذِبُونَ
 “When the hypocrites come to you, [O Muhammad], they say, “We testify that you are the Messenger of Allah.” And Allah knows that you are His Messenger, and Allah testifies that the hypocrites are liars.” [63:1].

وَأَنفِقُوا۟ مِن مَّا رَزَقۡنَـٰكُم مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن یَأۡتِیَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ فَیَقُولَ رَبِّ لَوۡلَاۤ أَخَّرۡتَنِیۤ إِلَىٰۤ أَجَلࣲ قَرِیبࣲ فَأَصَّدَّقَ وَأَكُن مِّنَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحِینَ وَلَن یُؤَخِّرَ ٱللَّهُ نَفۡسًا إِذَا جَاۤءَ أَجَلُهَاۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ
The Surah deals with the phenomenon of hypocrisy. It criticizes hypocrisy and condemns the hypocrites. It also exhorts the Believers to be sincere in their faith and make charity.
اور جو (مال) ہم نے تم کو دیا ہے اس میں سے اس (وقت) سے پیشتر خرچ کرلو کہ تم میں سے کسی کی موت آجائے تو (اس وقت) کہنے لگے کہ اے میرے پروردگار تو نے مجھے تھوڑی سی اور مہلت کیوں نہ دی تاکہ میں خیرات کرلیتا اور نیک لوگوں میں داخل ہوجاتا اور جب کسی کی موت آجاتی ہے تو خدا اس کو ہرگز مہلت نہیں دیتا اور جو کچھ تم کرتے ہو خدا اس سے خبردار ہے

Quran 49:13

O humanity ! Indeed, We created you from a male and a female, and made you into peoples and tribes so that you may ˹get to˺ know one another. Surely the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous among you. Allah is truly All-Knowing, All-Aware. Quran 49:13
This Surah takes its name from the Ayat, إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُنَادُونَكَ مِن وَرَاءِ الْحُجُرَاتِ أَكْثَرُهُمْ لَا يَعْقِلُونَ “Indeed, those who call you, [O Muhammad], from behind the chambers – most of them do not use reason.” (49:4).
There are 18 Ayat in this Surah.

يَٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍۢ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَكُمْ شُعُوبًۭا وَقَبَآئِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوٓا۟ ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَتْقَىٰكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌۭ
The purpose of the Surah is to give Muslims teachings about the social manners. How to respect their leader the Prophet (saw) and how to deal with each other. It has comprehensive guidelines to make a peaceful and harmonious society.
لوگو! ہم نے تم کو ایک مرد اور ایک عورت سے پیدا کیا اور تمہاری قومیں اور قبیلے بنائے۔ تاکہ ایک دوسرے کو شناخت کرو۔ اور خدا کے نزدیک تم میں زیادہ عزت والا وہ ہے جو زیادہ پرہیزگار ہے۔ بےشک خدا سب کچھ جاننے والا (اور) سب سے خبردار ہے
Sections:
Respect of the Prophet. Proper manner of dealing with reports. Relations among the Believers.
Moral and ethical teachings to keep group harmony and solidarity. Relations with groups and tribes. Faith is a favor of Allah to the Believers.
