Quran 16:26~29

Indeed, those before them had plotted, but Allah struck at the ˹very˺ foundation of their structure, so the roof collapsed on top of them, and the torment came upon them from where they did not expect. Then on the Day of Judgment He will humiliate them and say, “Where are My ˹so-called˺ associate-gods for whose sake you used to oppose ˹the believers˺?” Those gifted with knowledge will say, “Surely disgrace and misery today are upon the disbelievers.”contd…

The Surah speaks about Allah’s creative power.
Everything in the universe points to Allah.
There is coherence and balance in Allah’s creation.

It is named after honey bees mentioned in verse 68, and contains a comparison of the industry and adaptability of honey bees with the industry of man.

And your Lord taught the honey bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men’s) habitations; Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Quran 35:36~37

As for the disbelievers, they will have the Fire of Hell, where they will not be ˹allowed to be˺ finished by death, nor will its torment be lightened for them. This is how We reward every ˹stubborn˺ disbeliever. There they will be ˹fervently˺ screaming, “Our Lord! Take us out ˹and send us back˺. We will do good, unlike what we used to do.” ˹They will be told,˺ “Did We not give you lives long enough so that whoever wanted to be mindful could have done so? And the warner came to you. So taste ˹the punishment˺, for the wrongdoers have no helper.”Quran 35:36~37Surah Fatir (The Creator)

In this Surah Allah warns the non-believers on their negative attitude towards Islam and Prophet Muhammad -peace be upon him. The basic message is also explained to them.

Is the one who is a believer equal ˹before Allah˺ to the one who is rebellious? They are not equal! As for those who believe and do good, they will have the Gardens of ˹Eternal˺ Residence—as an accommodation for what they used to do.But as for those who are rebellious, the Fire will be their home. The Surah discusses some of the doubts and arguments of the non-believers against the principles of Tawhid, Risalah and Akhirah.
It invites human beings to think and reflect on their own selves and on the nature surrounding them.
Every thing points that there is a Wise and Powerful Creator for this universe.
He has not created all this phenomenon in vain. The creation has a purpose.

Quran 68:17~29

Indeed, We have tested those ˹Meccans˺ as We tested the owners of the garden—when they swore they would surely harvest ˹all˺ its fruit in the early morning, leaving no thought for Allah’s Will. Then it was struck by a torment from your Lord while they slept, so it was reduced to ashes. Then by daybreak they called out to each other, ˹saying,˺ “Go early to your harvest, if you want to pick ˹all˺ the fruit.”
So they went off, whispering to one another, “Do not let any poor person enter your garden today.”
Surah al-Qalam takes its name from the first Ayat,
By the pen and what they inscribe,” [68:1].

And they proceeded early, totally fixated on their purpose. But when they saw it ˹devastated˺, they cried, “We must have lost ˹our˺ way!In fact, we have been deprived ˹of our livelihood˺.”The most sensible of them said, “Did I not urge you to say, ‘Allah willing.’?”They replied, “Glory be to our Lord! We have truly been wrongdoers.”Quran 68:17~29 [Surah al-Qalam (The Pen)]

The Surah tells us that the message of the Prophet is not the talk of a madman.
The writings of all scriptures bear testimony to the truth of this message.

It urges people to be charitable and help the poor and needy.
The story of the people of a garden is mentioned who wished to deny the charity to the poor and they suffered the consequence in losing everything.

The Surah ends with the story of Prophet Jonah.
It urges the Prophet and through him his followers to continue this mission and not to give up in frustration.
The mission of Islam is for the whole world.

In this Surah, Tawhid is emphasized and Shirk and its ideas are critically examined. It tells us that those who are following Shirk they are only blindly following their forefathers. The true wisdom is to believe in Allah. The advises of Luqman the wise are also given here to support the same principles.

This Surah was sent down in answer to three questions which the polytheists of Makkah in consultation with the People of the Book (the Jews and the Christians) put to the Prophet. These were:
Who were ‘The Sleepers of the Cave?’
What is the real story of Khidr?
What do you know about Dhul-Qarnain?

These three questions and their stories related to the history of the Christians and the Jews and were unknown in the Arabian Peninsula (Hijaz), so they were being used to test the divine knowledge revealed to the Prophet. However, God informed the Prophet of the complete answer to these questions and also employed the stories in the conflict between Islam and unbelief.
The questioners were told that the ‘Sleepers of the Cave’ believed in the same doctrine of Monotheism (Tawhid) which was being put forward in the Qur’an and that their condition was similar to that of the persecuted Muslims of Makkah. Also, the persecutors of the Sleepers of the Cave behaved in the same way as the disbelievers of Quraysh towards the Muslims. This particular story was a warning to the chiefs of Makkah, who were persecuting the small newly formed Muslim community. Additionally, the Prophet was instructed not to compromise with the persecutors nor consider the chiefs to be more important than his own followers. Likewise, the chiefs too were admonished and informed not to be distracted by the temporary life of this world but seek the eternal life of the hereafter.

Quran 18:1~3

All praise is for Allah Who has revealed the Book to His servant, allowing no crookedness in it,˹making it˺ perfectly upright, to warn ˹the disbelievers˺ of a severe torment from Him; to give good news to the believers—who do good—that they will have a fine reward, in which they will remain foreverQuran 18:1~3

There is a hadith in Sahih Muslim that states that Muhammad said (Concerning The False Messiah, Al-Masih ad-Dajjal):
“He who amongst you would survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Sura Kahf”
— Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 7015
