Quran 42:40~43

The reward of an evil deed is its equivalent. But whoever pardons and seeks reconciliation, then their reward is with Allah. He certainly does not like the wrongdoers. There is no blame on those who enforce justice after being wronged.Blame is only on those who wrong people and transgress in the land unjustly. It is they who will suffer a painful punishment. And whoever endures patiently and forgives—surely this is a resolve to aspire to.Quran 42:40~43Surah ash-Shura (The Counsel)
The Surah takes its name from the Ayat,
“And those who have responded to their lord and established prayer and whose affair is [determined by] consultation among themselves, and from what We have provided them, they spend.” (42:38).

The Surah emphasizes that the message of the Qur’an is from Allah Who revealed similar messages to other Prophets and Messengers. The religion of Allah has been the same throughout history.
If Allah wanted He would have made all people into one Ummah, but He has given freedom to people to make their own choice by their free will.
Allah will judge all people on the Day of Judgment. In the Surah it is also mentioned that the followers of this message are those who avoid major sins and who manage their affairs with mutual consultation.

Allah revealed His message to His Prophets. The purpose of revelation is to warn people about the Day of Judgment. Had Allah willed, He would have forced all people into one Ummah, but the wrong-does will see the consequences of their deeds.
The judgment is in the hand of Allah. He gave the same religion to all His Prophets. Muslims must invite people to Allah.
Allah deals justly with all people. Allah accepts the repentance. Allah’s mercy is manifest in the universe.
Believers should avoid sins, be patient, work with each other in consultation and practice forgiveness.
The Prophet guides to the right path, the path of Allah.

Quran 12:89~90

He [Joseph] asked, “Do you remember what you did to Joseph and his brother in your ignorance?”They replied ˹in shock˺, “Are you really Joseph?” He said, “I am Joseph, and here is my brother ˹Benjamin˺! Allah has truly been gracious to us. Surely whoever is mindful ˹of Allah˺ and patient, then certainly Allah never discounts the reward of the good-doers.”Quran 12:89~90Surah Yusuf (Joseph)[When The sons of Jacob went back to Egypt and to Joseph]

The story of Joseph in the Qurʾān is a continuous narrative. There are more than one hundred verses, and in totality they encompass many years and “present an amazing variety of sciences and characters in a tightly-knit plot, and offer a dramatic illustration of some of the fundamental themes of the Qurʾān.

” The Qurʾān itself relates to the story’s importance in the third verse: “and We narrate unto you aḥsanal-qaṣaṣ (Arabic: أحسن ٱلقصص, “best (or most beautiful) of stories”).
” Most scholars believe this is referring to Joseph’s story, while others, including Ṭabari, argue it is a reference to the Qurʾān as a whole.
It asserts and documents the execution of God’s rulings despite the challenge of human intervention (“And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not”).
This is what the story of Yūsuf confirms categorically, for it ends with comfort and marvels, which is described in the Qurʾān

Quran 11:114~115

Establish prayer ˹O Prophet˺ at both ends of the day and in the early part of the night.Surely good deeds wipe out evil deeds. That is a reminder for the mindful. And be patient! Certainly Allah does not discount the reward of the good-doers.Quran 11:114~115 Surah Hud
The mention of Prophet Hud occurs more time in this Surah than any other Surah of the Qur’an. It appears a total of 5 times.
The Prophet refered to this surah as Hud in a number of hadeeth. Abu Bakr once said to the Prophet, ‘O Messenger of Allah, you have become old.’ The Prophet said, ‘I have become old [due to] [Surah] Hud, al-Waqiah [56], al-Murasalat [77], Amma yatasailoon [an-Naba 78] and Waidha ash-Shamsu kuwirat [at-Takweer 81].” [Tirmidhee]

In this Surah we have the stories of Prophets Noah, Salih, Hud, Lot, Shuaib and Moses – peace be upon them all. The basic point is that Allah sent His Prophets and Messengers to mankind out of His grace and mercy, but when people did not listen to the Prophets and rejected their message then Allah’s punishment came and came relentlessly. It did not make any difference whether someone was the son of a Prophet or his wife or any one, none could escape Allah’s judgment.

Is it not yet clear to them how many peoples We destroyed before them, whose ruins they still pass by? Surely in this are signs for people of sound judgment.Had it not been for a prior decree from your Lord ˹O Prophet˺ and a term already set, their ˹instant˺ doom would have been inevitable. So be patient ˹O Prophet˺ with what they say. And glorify the praises of your Lord before sunrise and before sunset, and glorify Him in the hours of the night and at both ends of the day, so that you may be pleased ˹with the reward˺.Quran 20:128~130

The subject matter of the Surah is to assure the Prophet and his followers that the message of the Qur’an will eventually succeed. The story of Prophet Moses is mentioned in detail. Then it is mentioned how the enemies of Islam are opposing it and what will be the consequences of this opposition for them.
