Quran 53:33~42 (Ayah an-Najm)

Have you seen the one who turned away ˹from Islam,˺and ˹initially˺ paid a little ˹for his salvation˺, and then stopped? Does he have the knowledge of the unseen so that he sees ˹the Hereafter˺? Or has he not been informed of what is in the Scripture of Moses, and ˹that of˺ Abraham, who ˹perfectly˺ fulfilled ˹his covenant˺? ˹They state˺ that no soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another, and that each person will only have what they endeavoured towards, and that ˹the outcome of˺ their endeavours will be seen ˹in their record˺, then they will be fully rewarded, and that to your Lord ˹alone˺ is the ultimate return ˹of all things˺. Quran 53:33~42 Surah an-Najm (The Star)
This Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, وَالنَّجْمِ إِذَا هَوَىٰ “By the star when it descends,” (53:1).

أَفَرَءَیۡتَ ٱلَّذِی تَوَلَّىٰ وَأَعۡطَىٰ قَلِیلࣰا وَأَكۡدَىٰۤ أَعِندَهُۥ عِلۡمُ ٱلۡغَیۡبِ فَهُوَ یَرَىٰۤ أَمۡ لَمۡ یُنَبَّأۡ بِمَا فِی صُحُفِ مُوسَىٰ وَإِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ ٱلَّذِی وَفَّىٰۤ أَلَّا تَزِرُ وَازِرَةࣱ وِزۡرَ أُخۡرَىٰ وَأَن لَّیۡسَ لِلۡإِنسَـٰنِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ وَأَنَّ سَعۡیَهُۥ سَوۡفَ یُرَىٰ ثُمَّ یُجۡزَىٰهُ ٱلۡجَزَاۤءَ ٱلۡأَوۡفَىٰ وَأَنَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡمُنتَهَىٰ
The Surah talks about the eminence of the Prophet (saw) with his Mi’raj and closeness to Allah. It warns the disbelievers about the errors of their attitude towards the Qur’an and the Prophet of Allah. Some of their wrong beliefs in the angels as daughters of God, intercession of the angels etc. are also mentioned.
بھلا تم نے اس شخص کو دیکھا جس نے منہ پھیر لیا اور تھوڑا سا دیا (پھر) ہاتھ روک لیا کیا اس کے پاس غیب کا علم ہے کہ وہ اس کو دیکھ رہا ہے کیا جو باتیں موسیٰ کے صحیفوں میں ہیں ان کی اس کو خبر نہیں پہنچی اور ابراہیمؑ کی جنہوں نے (حق طاعت ورسالت) پورا کیا یہ کہ کوئی شخص دوسرے (کے گناہ) کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھائے گا اور یہ کہ انسان کو وہی ملتا ہے جس کی وہ کوشش کرتا ہے اور یہ کہ اس کی کوشش دیکھی جائے گی پھر اس کو اس کا پورا پورا بدلا دیا جائے گا اور یہ کہ تمہارے پروردگار ہی کے پاس پہنچنا ہے
Sections:
The Mi’raj experience of the Prophet Muhammad (saw). Gods or goddesses of the non-believers are mere conjectures and names without any reality.
The angels are the servants of Allah. No intercession can work against Allah. Allah is most forgiving, but He requires righteousness.
Those who deny the truth they are standing against the power and majesty of Allah.

Quran 62:5~7

The example of those who were entrusted with ˹observing˺ the Torah but failed to do so, is that of a donkey carrying books. How evil is the example of those who reject Allah’s signs! For Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people. Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O Jews! If you claim to be Allah’s chosen ˹people˺ out of all humanity, then wish for death, if what you say is true.” But they will never wish for that because of what their hands have done. And Allah has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of the wrongdoers. Quran 62:5~7 Surah al-Jumu`ah (The Day of Congregation)
Al-Jumuʿah (Arabic: الجمعة, “Friday”) is the 62nd chapter (sūrah) of the Quran, with 11 verses (āyāt)

مَثَلُ ٱلَّذِینَ حُمِّلُوا۟ ٱلتَّوۡرَىٰةَ ثُمَّ لَمۡ یَحۡمِلُوهَا كَمَثَلِ ٱلۡحِمَارِ یَحۡمِلُ أَسۡفَارَۢاۚ بِئۡسَ مَثَلُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا یَهۡدِی ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ قُلۡ یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ هَادُوۤا۟ إِن زَعَمۡتُمۡ أَنَّكُمۡ أَوۡلِیَاۤءُ لِلَّهِ مِن دُونِ ٱلنَّاسِ فَتَمَنَّوُا۟ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ وَلَا یَتَمَنَّوۡنَهُۥۤ أَبَدَۢا بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَیۡدِیهِمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمُۢ بِٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ
The chapter is named al-jumu`ah (“Friday”) because it is the day of assembly, when the community abandons trade, transactions and other diversions in favor of assembling to seek the all-encompassing truth and most beneficent and seek the “bounty of God” exclusively (Verse 9).
This surah is an Al-Musabbihat surah because it begins with the glorification of God.
جن لوگوں کو توراۃ کا حامل بنایا گیا تھا مگر انہوں نے اس کا بار نہ اٹھا یا، اُن کی مثال اُس گدھے کی سی ہے جس پر کتابیں لدی ہوئی ہوں اِس سے بھی زیادہ بری مثال ہے اُن لوگوں کی جنہوں نے اللہ کی آیات کو جھٹلا دیا ہے ایسے ظالموں کو اللہ ہدایت نہیں دیا کرتا اِن سے کہو، "اے لوگو جو یہودی بن گئے ہو، اگر تمہیں یہ گھمنڈ ہے کہ باقی سب لوگوں کو چھوڑ کر بس تم ہی اللہ کے چہیتے ہو تو موت کی تمنا کرو اگر تم اپنے اِس زعم میں سچے ہو" لیکن یہ ہرگز اس کی تمنا نہ کریں گے اپنے کرتوتوں کی وجہ سے جو یہ کر چکے ہیں، اور اللہ اِن ظالموں کو خوب جانتا ہے

Quran 10:84~86

Moses (Prophet Musa عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ ) said, “O my people ! If you do believe in Allah and submit ˹to His Will˺, then put your trust in Him.” They replied, “In Allah we trust. Our Lord ! Do not subject us to the persecution of the oppressive people, and deliver us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.” Quran 10:84~86 Surah Yunus (Jonah)
The surah is named after the Prophet Yunus [Jonah] and this is the only surah of the Qur’an to mention the ‘people of Yunus’ –
“Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?
When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time” (10:98)
There are 109 Ayat in this Surah.

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ یَـٰقَوۡمِ إِن كُنتُمۡ ءَامَنتُم بِٱللَّهِ فَعَلَیۡهِ تَوَكَّلُوۤا۟ إِن كُنتُم مُّسۡلِمِینَ فَقَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحۡمَتِكَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ
The main subject of this Surah is faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter. Those who have true faith, they worship Allah and recognize Him as their Lord and Master and live their lives in accordance to His command. Allah sent His Messengers to remind people and to warn them. The stories of Prophets Noah and Prophet Moses with Pharaoh are told to remind people about the consequences of unfaithfulness and arrogance.
اور موسیٰ نے کہا کہ بھائیو! اگر تم خدا پر ایمان لائے ہو تو اگر (دل سے) فرمانبردار ہو تو اسی پر بھروسہ رکھو تو وہ بولے کہ ہم خدا ہی پر بھروسہ رکھتے ہیں۔ اے ہمارے پروردگار ہم کو ظالم لوگوں کے ہاتھ سے آزمائش میں نہ ڈال اور اپنی رحمت سے قوم کفار سے نجات بخش
Sections:
The Qur’an is the Book of wisdom, it contains signs from the All Wise.
Man’s ingratitude to Allah and His revelation.
Allah’s mercy to His creation. Allah invites to the abode of peace.
Allah’s gifts. The Qur’an is from Allah. Bring a Surah like the Qur’an if you can.
Those who disbelieve in the Qur’an shall be the losers. Every people were sent a Messenger.
The Qur’an is a mercy, blessing and a cure for the problems of humankind.
Whatever you do Allah is a Witness. The mistakes of the Mushrikin.
The story of Prophet Noah and his people. Prophet Moses and Aaron -peace be upon them all.
Allah delivered the Children of Israel from the bondage of the Pharaoh.
Allah’s mercy for the Children of Israel. Prophet Yunus and his people.
If Allah afflicts you with any loss or wants to bestow any profit on you, none can avert it. You must always follow Allah’s guidance.

Quran 7:154~156

When Moses’ anger subsided, he took up the Tablets whose text contained guidance and mercy for those who stand in awe of their Lord. Moses chose seventy men from among his people for Our appointment and, when they were seized by an earthquake, he cried, continued….
The Surah is named after the story of the men awaiting on the “Elevations” between Paradise and Hell.
“My Lord! Had You willed, You could have destroyed them long ago, and me as well. Will You destroy us for what the foolish among us have done? This is only a test from You— by which You allow whoever you will to stray and guide whoever You will. You are our Guardian. So forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best forgiver. Ordain for us what is good in this life and the next. Indeed, we have turned to You ˹in repentance˺.” continued….
It comprises of 206 Ayat.
Allah replied, “I will inflict My torment on whoever I will. But My mercy encompasses everything. I will ordain mercy for those who shun evil, pay alms-tax, and believe in Our revelations. Quran 7:154~156 Surah al-A`raf (The Elevated Places)

وَلَمَّا سَكَتَ عَن مُّوسَى ٱلۡغَضَبُ أَخَذَ ٱلۡأَلۡوَاحَۖ وَفِی نُسۡخَتِهَا هُدࣰى وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِرَبِّهِمۡ یَرۡهَبُونَ وَٱخۡتَارَ مُوسَىٰ قَوۡمَهُۥ سَبۡعِینَ رَجُلࣰا لِّمِیقَـٰتِنَاۖ فَلَمَّاۤ أَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوۡ شِئۡتَ أَهۡلَكۡتَهُم مِّن قَبۡلُ وَإِیَّـٰیَۖ أَتُهۡلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ ٱلسُّفَهَاۤءُ مِنَّاۤۖ إِنۡ هِیَ إِلَّا فِتۡنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَن تَشَاۤءُ وَتَهۡدِی مَن تَشَاۤءُۖ أَنتَ وَلِیُّنَا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَٱرۡحَمۡنَاۖ وَأَنتَ خَیۡرُ ٱلۡغَـٰفِرِینَ
The basic theme of this Surah is Risalah, i.e. Allah’s message as it was sent through many messengers. Several Prophets and parts of their stories are mentioned to emphasize Prophets’ mission and their struggle with their people.
۞ وَٱكۡتُبۡ لَنَا فِی هَـٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡیَا حَسَنَةࣰ وَفِی ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكَۚ قَالَ عَذَابِیۤ أُصِیبُ بِهِۦ مَنۡ أَشَاۤءُۖ وَرَحۡمَتِی وَسِعَتۡ كُلَّ شَیۡءࣲۚ فَسَأَكۡتُبُهَا لِلَّذِینَ یَتَّقُونَ وَیُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلَّذِینَ هُم بِءَایَـٰتِنَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ
The Surah tells us that Allah’s Prophets suffered for the cause of truth. Their enemies tried to harm them, but then Allah helped his prophets and defeated their enemies. The Surah emphasizes that the true message must be presented under all circumstances. After the Prophets it is the duty of the Believers to convey the message of Allah to all people.
اور جب موسیٰ کا غصہ فرو ہوا تو (تورات) کی تختیاں اٹھالیں اور جو کچھ ان میں لکھا تھا وہ ان لوگوں کے لیے جو اپنے پروردگار سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ ہدایت اور رحمت تھی اور موسیٰ نے اس میعاد پر جو ہم نے مقرر کی تھی اپنی قوم کے ستر آدمی منتخب (کرکے کوہ طور پر حاضر) ٹل کیے۔ جب ان کو زلزلے نے پکڑا تو موسیٰ نے کہا کہ
Al-A’raf – The Elevations.
اے پروردگار تو چاہتا تو ان کو اور مجھ کو پہلے ہی سے ہلاک کر دیتا۔ کیا تو اس فعل کی سزا میں جو ہم میں سے بےعقل لوگوں نے کیا ہے ہمیں ہلاک کردے گا۔ یہ تو تیری آزمائش ہے۔ اس سے تو جس کو چاہے گمراہ کرے اور جس کو چاہے ہدایت بخشے۔
Allah mentions Paradise and Hellfire and then speaks of the ‘elevations’ between them reserved for some amongst humanity.
تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے تو ہمیں (ہمارے گناہ) بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم فرما اور تو سب سے بہتر بخشنے والا ہے اور ہمارے لیے اس دنیا میں بھی بھلائی لکھ دے اور آخرت میں بھی۔ ہم تیری طرف رجوع ہوچکے۔
These people not knowing what will happen to them.
فرمایا کہ جو میرا عذاب ہے اسے تو جس پر چاہتا ہوں نازل کرتا ہوں اور جو میری رحمت ہے وہ ہر چیز کو شامل ہے۔ میں اس کو ان لوگوں کے لیے لکھ دوں گا جو پرہیزگاری کرتے اور زکوٰة دیتے اور ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں
The people of Hell-fire will be refused water as it will be prohibited for the disbelievers in the after-life.

Quran 46:10~12

Ask ˹them, O Prophet˺, “Consider if this ˹Quran˺ is ˹truly˺ from Allah and you deny it, and a witness from the Children of Israel attests to it and then believes, whereas you act arrogantly. Surely Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.” The disbelievers say of the believers, “Had it been ˹something˺ good, they would not have beaten us to it.” Now since they reject its guidance, they will say, “˹This is˺ an ancient fabrication!” And before this ˹Quran˺ the Book of Moses was ˹revealed as˺ a guide and mercy. And this Book is a confirmation, in the Arabic tongue, to warn those who do wrong, and as good news to those who do good. Quran 46:10~12 Surah al-Ahqaf (The Wind-curved Sandhills)
The Surah takes its name from the Ayat, وَاذْكُرْ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذْ أَنذَرَ قَوْمَهُ بِالْأَحْقَافِ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ النُّذُرُ مِن بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا اللَّـهَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ “And mention, [O Muhammad], the brother of ‘Aad, when he warned his people in the [region of] al-Ahqaf – and warners had already passed on before him and after him – [saying], “Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day.” (46:21). There are 35 Ayat in this Surah.

قُلۡ أَرَءَیۡتُمۡ إِن كَانَ مِنۡ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ وَكَفَرۡتُم بِهِۦ وَشَهِدَ شَاهِدࣱ مِّنۢ بَنِیۤ إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ عَلَىٰ مِثۡلِهِۦ فَءَامَنَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرۡتُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا یَهۡدِی ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لَوۡ كَانَ خَیۡرࣰا مَّا سَبَقُونَاۤ إِلَیۡهِۚ وَإِذۡ لَمۡ یَهۡتَدُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَسَیَقُولُونَ هَـٰذَاۤ إِفۡكࣱ قَدِیمࣱ وَمِن قَبۡلِهِۦ كِتَـٰبُ مُوسَىٰۤ إِمَامࣰا وَرَحۡمَةࣰۚ وَهَـٰذَا كِتَـٰبࣱ مُّصَدِّقࣱ لِّسَانًا عَرَبِیࣰّا لِّیُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا۟ وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ
The Surah gives warnings to those who deny the truth.
When Allah’s punishment comes then neither the sea, nor the dry land can protect.
There is a reference in this Surah to the people of ‘Ad and Allah’s punishment for their sins.
اے نبیؐ، ان سے کہو "کبھی تم نے سوچا بھی کہ اگر یہ کلام اللہ ہی کی طرف سے ہوا اور تم نے اِس کا انکار کر دیا (تو تمہارا کیا انجام ہوگا)؟ اور اِس جیسے ایک کلام پر تو بنی اسرائیل کا ایک گواہ شہادت بھی دے چکا ہے وہ ایمان لے آیا اور تم اپنے گھمنڈ میں پڑے رہے ایسے ظالموں کو اللہ ہدایت نہیں دیا کرتا" جن لوگوں نے ماننے سے انکار کر دیا ہے وہ ایمان لانے والوں کے متعلق کہتے ہیں کہ اگر اس کتاب کو مان لینا کوئی اچھا کام ہوتا تو یہ لوگ اس معاملے میں ہم سے سبقت نہ لے جا سکتے تھے چونکہ اِنہوں نے اُس سے ہدایت نہ پائی اس لیے اب یہ ضرور کہیں گے کہ یہ تو پرانا جھوٹ ہے حالانکہ اِس سے پہلے موسیٰؑ کی کتاب رہنما اور رحمت بن کر آ چکی ہے، اور یہ کتاب اُس کی تصدیق کرنے والی زبان عربی میں آئی ہے تاکہ ظالموں کو متنبہ کر دے اور نیک روش اختیار کرنے والوں کو بشارت دے دے
Sections:
Allah sent down the Qur’an and He has created the heaven and earth.
The gods of Shirk have created nothing. Is there any proof for Shirk?
The truth of this revelation is manifest.
The Qur’an verifies the previous revelations.
The fate of ‘Ad.
Warnings to those who deny the truth.
A group of Jinn accept the message.
Be patient in giving the message of Allah.

Quran 44:22~31

Ultimately, he (Moses) cried out to his Lord, “These are a wicked people!” ˹Allah responded,˺ “Leave with My servants at night, for you will surely be pursued. And leave the sea parted, for they are certainly an army bound to drown.” ˹Imagine˺ how many gardens and springs the tyrants left behind, as well as ˹various˺ crops and splendid residences, and luxuries which they fully enjoyed. So it was. And We awarded it ˹all˺ to another people. Neither heaven nor earth wept over them, nor was their fate delayed. And We certainly delivered the Children of Israel from the humiliating torment of Pharaoh. He was truly a tyrant, a transgressor. Quran 44:22~31 (Surah ad-Dukhan)
This Surah takes its name from the Ayat, فَارْتَقِبْ يَوْمَ تَأْتِي السَّمَاءُ بِدُخَانٍ مُّبِينٍ “Then watch for the Day when the sky will bring a visible smoke.” (44:10)

فَدَعَا رَبَّهُۥۤ أَنَّ هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ قَوۡمࣱ مُّجۡرِمُونَ فَأَسۡرِ بِعِبَادِی لَیۡلًا إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ وَٱتۡرُكِ ٱلۡبَحۡرَ رَهۡوًاۖ إِنَّهُمۡ جُندࣱ مُّغۡرَقُونَ كَمۡ تَرَكُوا۟ مِن جَنَّـٰتࣲ وَعُیُونࣲ وَزُرُوعࣲ وَمَقَامࣲ كَرِیمࣲ وَنَعۡمَةࣲ كَانُوا۟ فِیهَا فَـٰكِهِینَ كَذَ ٰلِكَۖ وَأَوۡرَثۡنَـٰهَا قَوۡمًا ءَاخَرِینَ فَمَا بَكَتۡ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنظَرِینَ وَلَقَدۡ نَجَّیۡنَا بَنِیۤ إِسۡرَ ٰۤءِیلَ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ ٱلۡمُهِینِ مِن فِرۡعَوۡنَۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَالِیࣰا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ
The Surah warns about the punishment of Allah. When the punishment will come then no one can avert it.
The division between the righteous and wicked in the Hereafter will be the final decision of Allah.
آخرکار اُس (حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام) نے اپنے رب کو پکارا کہ یہ لوگ مجرم ہیں (جواب دیا گیا) اچھا تو راتوں رات میرے بندوں کو لے کر چل پڑ تم لوگوں کا پیچھا کیا جائے گا سمندر کو اُس کے حال پر کھلا چھوڑ دے یہ سارا لشکر غرق ہونے والا ہے کتنے ہی باغ اور چشمے اور کھیت اور شاندار محل تھے جو وہ چھوڑ گئے کتنے ہی عیش کے سر و سامان، جن میں وہ مزے کر رہے تھے اُن کے پیچھے دھرے رہ گئے یہ ہوا اُن کا انجام، اور ہم نے دوسروں کو اِن چیزوں کا وارث بنا دیا پھر نہ آسمان اُن پر رویا نہ زمین، اور ذرا سی مہلت بھی ان کو نہ دی گئی اِس طرح بنی اسرائیل کو ہم نے سخت ذلت کے عذاب فرعون سے نجات دی جو حد سے گزر جانے والوں میں فی الواقع بڑے اونچے درجے کا آدمی تھا
Sections:
The Qur’an is the book of warning.
The Day of Judgment is a certainty.
Allah will punish the wrongdoers and He shall reward the righteous.

Quran 28:76~81

Indeed, Korah (Qaroon)was from the people of Moses, but he behaved arrogantly towards them. We had granted him such treasures that even their keys would burden a group of strong men. ˹Some of˺ his people advised him, “Do not be prideful! Surely Allah does not like the prideful. Rather, seek the ˹reward˺ of the Hereafter by means of what Allah has granted you, without forgetting your share of this world. And be good ˹to others˺ as Allah has been good to you. Do not seek to spread corruption in the land, for Allah certainly does not like the corruptors.” He replied, “I have been granted all this because of some knowledge I have.”
Did he not know that Allah had already destroyed some from the generations before him who were far superior to him in power and greater in accumulating ˹wealth˺? There will be no need for the wicked to be asked about their sins. Then he came out before his people in all his glamour. Those who desired the life of this world wished, “If only we could have something like what Korah has been given. He is truly a man of great fortune!” But those gifted with knowledge said, “Shame on you! Allah’s reward is far better for those who believe and do good. But none will attain this except the steadfast.” Then We caused the earth to swallow him up, along with his home. There was no one to help him against Allah, nor could he even help himself Quran 28:76~81 Surah al_Qasas
Surah al-Qasas [The Story] takes it name from being mentioned in [28:25],
‘Then one of the two women came to him walking with shyness.
She said, “Indeed, my father invites you that he may reward you for having watered for us.”
So when he came to him and related to him the story, he said,
“Fear not. You have escaped from the wrongdoing people.”
This Surah has 88 Ayat.

یہ ایک واقعہ ہے کہ قارون موسیٰؑ کی قوم کا ایک شخص تھا، پھر وہ اپنی قوم کے خلاف سرکش ہو گیا اور ہم نے اس کو اتنے خزانے دے رکھے تھے کہ ان کی کنجیاں طاقت ور آدمیوں کی ایک جماعت مشکل سے اُٹھا سکتی تھی ایک دفعہ جب اس کی قوم کے لوگوں نے اُس سے کہا "پھول نہ جا، اللہ پھولنے والوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا جو مال اللہ نے تجھے دیا ہے اس سے آخرت کا گھر بنانے کی فکر کر اور دُنیا میں سے بھی اپنا حصہ فراموش نہ کر احسان کر جس طرح اللہ نے تیرے ساتھ احسان کیا ہے اور زمین میں فساد برپا کرنے کی کوشش نہ کر، اللہ مفسدوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا" تو اُس نے کہا "یہ سب کچھ تو مجھے اُس علم کی بنا پر دیا گیا ہے جو مجھ کو حاصل ہے“
کیا اس کو علم نہ تھا کہ اللہ اس سے پہلے بہت سے ایسے لوگوں کو ہلاک کر چکا ہے جو اس سے زیادہ قوت اور جمعیت رکھتے تھے؟ مجرموں سے تو ان کے گناہ نہیں پوچھے جاتے ایک روز وہ اپنی قوم کے سامنے اپنے پُورے ٹھاٹھ میں نکلا جو لوگ حیات دنیا کے طالب تھے وہ اسے دیکھ کر کہنے لگے "کاش ہمیں بھی وہی کچھ ملتا جو قارون کو دیا گیا ہے، یہ تو بڑا نصیبے والا ہے" مگر جو لوگ علم رکھنے والے تھے وہ کہنے لگے "افسوس تمہارے حال پر، اللہ کا ثواب بہتر ہے اُس شخص کے لیے جو ایمان لائے اور نیک عمل کرے، اور یہ دولت نہیں ملتی مگر صبر کرنے والوں کو" آخر کار ہم نے اسے اور اس کے گھر کو زمین میں دَھنسا دیا پھر کوئی اس کے حامیوں کا گروہ نہ تھا جو اللہ کے مقابلہ میں اس کی مدد کو آتا اور نہ وہ خود اپنی مدد آپ کر سکا

Quran 28:44~47

You were not there ˹O Prophet˺ on the western side of the mountain when We entrusted the Commandments to Moses, nor were you present ˹in his time˺. But We ˹later˺ raised ˹several˺ generations, and the ages took their toll on them. Nor were you living among the people of Midian, rehearsing Our revelations with them. But it is We Who have sent ˹this revelation to you˺. And you were not at the side of Mount Ṭûr when We called out ˹to Moses˺. But ˹you have been sent˺ as a mercy from your Lord to warn a people to whom no warner has come before you, so perhaps they may be mindful. Also so they would not say, if struck by an affliction for what their hands have done: “Our Lord! If only You had sent us a messenger, we would have followed Your revelations and become believers.” Quran 28:44~47

اور جب ہم نے موسٰی کی طرف حکم بھیجا تو تم (طور کی) غرب کی طرف نہیں تھے اور نہ اس واقعے کے دیکھنے والوں میں تھے لیکن ہم نے (موسٰی کے بعد) کئی اُمتوں کو پیدا کیا پھر ان پر مدت طویل گذر گئی اور نہ تم مدین والوں میں رہنے والے تھے کہ ان کو ہماری آیتیں پڑھ پڑھ کر سناتے تھے۔ ہاں ہم ہی تو پیغمبر بھیجنے والے تھے اور نہ تم اس وقت جب کہ ہم نے (موسٰی کو) آواز دی طور کے کنارے تھے بلکہ (تمہارا بھیجا جانا) تمہارے پروردگار کی رحمت ہے تاکہ تم اُن لوگوں کو جن کے پاس تم سے پہلے کوئی ہدایت کرنے والا نہیں آیا ہدایت کرو تاکہ وہ نصیحت پکڑیں اور (اے پیغمبر ہم نے تو کو اس لئے بھیجا ہے کہ) ایسا نہ ہو کہ اگر ان (اعمال) کے سبب جو اُن کے ہاتھ آگے بھیج چکے ہیں ان پر کوئی مصیبت واقع ہو تو یہ کہنے لگیں کہ اے پروردگار تو نے ہماری طرف کوئی پیغمبر کیوں نہ بھیجا کہ ہم تیری آیتوں کی پیروی کرنے اور ایمان لانے والوں میں ہوتے
