Quran 6:42~45

Indeed, We have sent messengers before you ˹O Prophet˺ to other people who We put through suffering and adversity ˹for their denial˺, so perhaps they would be humbled. Why did they not humble themselves when We made them suffer? Instead, their hearts were hardened, and Satan made their misdeeds appealing to them.
When they became oblivious to warnings, We showered them with everything they desired. But just as they became prideful of what they were given, We seized them by surprise, then they instantly fell into despair! So the wrongdoers were utterly uprooted. And all praise is for Allah— Lord of all worlds. Quran 6:42~45 Surah al-An`am (Livestock)
Al-An’am (Arabic: ٱلأنعام, al-ʾanʿām; meaning: The Cattle) is the sixth chapter (sūrah) of the Quran, with 165 verses (āyāt).

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَاۤ إِلَىٰۤ أُمَمࣲ مِّن قَبۡلِكَ فَأَخَذۡنَـٰهُم بِٱلۡبَأۡسَاۤءِ وَٱلضَّرَّاۤءِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَتَضَرَّعُونَ فَلَوۡلَاۤ إِذۡ جَاۤءَهُم بَأۡسُنَا تَضَرَّعُوا۟ وَلَـٰكِن قَسَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ وَزَیَّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنُ مَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡمَلُونَ فَلَمَّا نَسُوا۟ مَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَتَحۡنَا عَلَیۡهِمۡ أَبۡوَ ٰبَ كُلِّ شَیۡءٍ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَاۤ أُوتُوۤا۟ أَخَذۡنَـٰهُم بَغۡتَةࣰ فَإِذَا هُم مُّبۡلِسُونَ فَقُطِعَ دَابِرُ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلَّذِینَ ظَلَمُوا۟ۚ وَٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
This surah dwells on such themes as the clear signs of Allah’s Dominion and Power, rejecting polytheism and unbelief, the establishment of Tawhid (pure monotheism), the Revelation, Messengership, and Resurrection.
تم سے پہلے بہت سی قوموں کی طرف ہم نے رسول بھیجے اور اُن قوموں کو مصائب و آلام میں مبتلا کیا تاکہ وہ عاجزی کے ساتھ ہمارے سامنے جھک جائیں پس جب ہماری طرف سے ان پر سختی آئی تو کیوں نہ انہوں نے عاجزی اختیار کی؟ مگر ان کے دل تو اور سخت ہوگئے اور شیطان نے ان کو اطمینان دلایا کہ جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو خوب کر رہے ہو
پھر جب انہوں نے اس نصیحت کو، جو انہیں کی گئی تھی، بھلا دیا تو ہم نے ہر طرح کی خوشحالیوں کے دروازے ان کے لیے کھول دیے، یہاں تک کہ جب وہ اُن بخششوں میں جو انہیں عطا کی گئی تھیں خوب مگن ہوگئے تو اچانک ہم نے انہیں پکڑ لیا اور اب حال یہ تھا کہ وہ ہر خیر سے مایوس تھے اس طرح ان لوگوں کی جڑ کاٹ کر رکھ دی گئی جنہوں نے ظلم کیا تھا اور تعریف ہے اللہ رب العالمین کے لیے (کہ اس نے ان کی جڑ کاٹ دی)
Paying attention carefully to the contents of the verses of this Surah can remove the soul of hypocrisy and disperse from among Muslims, and cause the ears to be hearing, the eyes to be clear-sighted, and the hearts (minds) to be knowledgeable.

Quran 16:22~25

Your God is ˹only˺ One God. As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, their hearts are in denial, and they are too proud. Without a doubt, Allah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. He certainly does not like those who are too proud. And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord revealed?” They say, “Ancient fables!” Let them bear their burdens in full on the Day of Judgment as well as some of the burdens of those they mislead without knowledge. Evil indeed is what they will bear! Quran 16:22~25 Surah an-Nahl (The Bee)
The Bee (Arabic: الْنَّحْل; an-naḥl) is the 16th chapter (sūrah) of the Qur’an, with 128 verses (āyāt).

إِلَـٰهُكُمۡ إِلَـٰهࣱ وَ ٰحِدࣱۚ فَٱلَّذِینَ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مُّنكِرَةࣱ وَهُم مُّسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ لَا جَرَمَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یَعۡلَمُ مَا یُسِرُّونَ وَمَا یُعۡلِنُونَۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَا یُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُسۡتَكۡبِرِینَ وَإِذَا قِیلَ لَهُم مَّاذَاۤ أَنزَلَ رَبُّكُمۡ قَالُوۤا۟ أَسَـٰطِیرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ لِیَحۡمِلُوۤا۟ أَوۡزَارَهُمۡ كَامِلَةࣰ یَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ وَمِنۡ أَوۡزَارِ ٱلَّذِینَ یُضِلُّونَهُم بِغَیۡرِ عِلۡمٍۗ أَلَا سَاۤءَ مَا یَزِرُونَ
The Surah speaks about Allah’s creative power.
Everything in the universe points to Allah.
There is coherence and balance in Allah’s creation.
تمہارا معبود تو اکیلا خدا ہے۔ تو جو آخرت پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے ان کے دل انکار کر رہے ہیں اور وہ سرکش ہو رہے ہیں یہ جو کچھ چھپاتے ہیں اور جو ظاہر کرتے ہیں خدا اس کو ضرور جانتا ہے۔ وہ سرکشوں کو ہرگز پسند نہیں کرتا اور جب ان (کافروں) سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ تمہارے پروردگار نے کیا اتارا ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ (وہ تو) پہلے لوگوں کی حکایتیں ہیں (اے پیغمبر ان کو بکنے دو) یہ قیامت کے دن اپنے (اعمال کے) پورے بوجھ بھی اٹھائیں گے اور جن کو یہ بےتحقیق گمراہ کرتے ہیں ان کے بوجھ بھی اٹھائیں گے۔ سن رکھو کہ جو بوجھ اٹھا رہے ہیں برے ہیں
It is named after honey bees mentioned in verse 68, and contains a comparison of the industry and adaptability of honey bees with the industry of man.
And your Lord taught the honey bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men’s) habitations; Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Quran 25:48~50

And He is the One Who sends the winds ushering in His mercy, and We send down pure rain from the sky,giving life to a lifeless land, and providing water for countless animals and humans of Our Own creation. We certainly disperse it among them so they may be mindful, but most people persist in ungratefulness. Quran 25:48~50 Surah al-Furqan (The Criterion)
Surah al-Furqan [The Criterion] takes its name from the first Ayat,
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ
“Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant…” [25:1]

The Surah answers some of the objections of the non-believers against the Qur’an and the teachings of Islam. It also presents the character of the Believers as criteria to prove the truth of Islam.
اور وہی ہے جو اپنی رحمت کے آگے آگے ہواؤں کو بشارت بنا کر بھیجتا ہے پھر آسمان سے پاک پانی نازل کرتا ہے تاکہ ایک مردہ علاقے کو اس کے ذریعے زندگی بخشے اور اپنی مخلوق میں سے بہت سے جانوروں اور انسانوں کو سیراب کرے اس کرشمے کو ہم بار بار ان کے سامنے لاتے ہیں تاکہ وہ کچھ سبق لیں، مگر اکثر لوگ کفر اور ناشکری کے سوا کوئی دوسرا رویہ اختیار کرنے سے انکار کر دیتے ہیں
Sections:
Prophet Muhammad came as a Warner for the whole world. The evil of Shirk. The objections of those who denied the Prophet and his message.
The Punishment of those who deny Allah and His message.
Non-believers’ demand to see the angels or Allah. Non-believers say why the whole Qur’an was not sent down at once.
Examples of the people of Prophets Moses, Aaron, Noah and ‘Ad, Thamud and the People of al-Rass.
Examples from the natural world: shadows, night and day, winds of rain, oceans with two different types of waters, creation of human beings, creation of the heaven and earth in six days.
The character and qualities of the most faithful servants of Allah.

Quran 69:48~52

Indeed, this ˹Quran˺ is a reminder to those mindful ˹of Allah˺. And We certainly know that some of you will persist in denial, and it will surely be a source of regret for the disbelievers. And indeed, this ˹Quran˺ is the absolute truth. So glorify the Name of your Lord, the Greatest. Quran 69:48~52 Surah al-Haqqah (The Reality, The Inevitable)
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, الْحَاقَّةُ “The Inevitable Reality -” [69:1]

وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَذۡكِرَةࣱ لِّلۡمُتَّقِینَ وَإِنَّا لَنَعۡلَمُ أَنَّ مِنكُم مُّكَذِّبِینَ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَحَسۡرَةٌ عَلَى ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ وَإِنَّهُۥ لَحَقُّ ٱلۡیَقِینِ فَسَبِّحۡ بِٱسۡمِ رَبِّكَ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ
The Surah tells about the fate of Thamud, ‘Ad, Pharaoh, other overthrown towns, the flood that came in the time of Prophet Noah. It talks about the reward of the faithful and the punishment of disbelievers. At the end it reminds the people that this message is not poetry of a poet and something made up by the Prophet himself, it is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds.
درحقیقت یہ پرہیزگار لوگوں کے لیے ایک نصیحت ہے اور ہم جانتے ہیں کہ تم میں سے کچھ لوگ جھٹلانے والے ہیں ایسے کافروں کے لیے یقیناً یہ موجب حسرت ہے اور یہ بالکل یقینی حق ہے پس اے نبیؐ، اپنے رب عظیم کے نام کی تسبیح کرو
Summary
1-3 The judgment of God will infallibly come
4-10 ʿĀd, Thamud, and Pharaoh destroyed for rejecting their prophets
11-16 As the flood came, so shall the judgment certainly come
17 On the Judgment Day God’s throne shall be borne by eight mighty angels
18-29 The good and bad shall receive their account-books and be judged according to their deeds
30-37 Infidels shall be bound with chains seventy cubits in length and be cast into hell-fire
38-39 With terrible oaths Muhammad asserts the truth of his prophetic claims

Quran 92:5~11

As for the one who is charitable, mindful ˹of Allah˺, and ˹firmly˺ believes in the finest reward, We will facilitate for them the Way of Ease. And as for the one who is stingy, indifferent ˹to Allah˺, and ˹staunchly˺ denies the finest reward, We will facilitate for them the path of hardship. And their wealth will be of no benefit to them when they tumble ˹into Hell˺. Quran 92:5~11 [ Surah al-Layl , The Night ]
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat,
وَاللَّيْلِ إِذَا يَغْشَىٰ “By the night when it covers” [92:1].

فَأَمَّا مَنۡ أَعۡطَىٰ وَٱتَّقَىٰ وَصَدَّقَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ فَسَنُیَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡیُسۡرَىٰ وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسۡتَغۡنَىٰ وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰ فَسَنُیَسِّرُهُۥ لِلۡعُسۡرَىٰ وَمَا یُغۡنِی عَنۡهُ مَالُهُۥۤ إِذَا تَرَدَّىٰۤ
It has basically the same theme as the previous Surah, but it tells us about the two ways of life: good way and evil way and the consequences of both ways.
تو جس نے (خدا کے رستے میں مال) دیا اور پرہیز گاری کی اور نیک بات کو سچ جانا اس کو ہم آسان طریقے کی توفیق دیں گے اور جس نے بخل کیا اور بےپروا بنا رہا اور نیک بات کو جھوٹ سمجھا اسے سختی میں پہنچائیں گے اور جب وہ (دوزخ کے گڑھے میں) گرے گا تو اس کا مال اس کے کچھ کام نہ آئے گا
Its theme is to distinguish between the two different ways of life and to explain the contrast between their ultimate ends and results. In view of the subject matter this Surah consists of two parts, the first part consisting of v. 1-11 and the second of v. 12-21.

Quran 85:17~20

Has the story of the ˹destroyed˺ forces reached you ˹O Prophet˺— ˹the forces of˺ Pharaoh and Thamûd? Yet the disbelievers ˹still˺ persist in denial. But Allah encompasses them from all sides. Quran 85:17~20
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, وَالسَّمَاءِ ذَاتِ الْبُرُوجِ “By the sky containing great stars” [85:1]

هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِیثُ ٱلۡجُنُودِ فِرۡعَوۡنَ وَثَمُودَ بَلِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِی تَكۡذِیبࣲ وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَاۤىِٕهِم مُّحِیطُۢ
The Surah speaks about the persecution of the Believers.
Allah watches over His own people and He will bring His enemies to judgment. The Surah warns the opponents of this message.
Their end might be the same as that of many nations before who denied Allah’s message and persecuted the Believers.
یا تمہیں لشکروں کی خبر پہنچی ہے؟ فرعون اور ثمود (کے لشکروں) کی؟ مگر جنہوں نے کفر کیا ہے وہ جھٹلانے میں لگے ہوئے ہیں حالانکہ اللہ نے ان کو گھیرے میں لے رکھا ہے
Theme
This Surah warns the disbelievers of the evil consequences of persecution and tyranny and consoles the believers that if they remain firm and steadfast against tyranny and coercion, they will be rewarded for it, and Allah Himself will avenge their persecutors.
In this connection, the story of the people of the ditch (Ashab al-Ukhdud), who had burnt the believers to death by casting them into pits full of fire is related.
By means of this story the believers and the disbelievers have been taught a few lessons:
That just as the people of the ditch became worthy of Allah’s curse and punishment, the chiefs of Makkah are also becoming worthy of it.
That just as the believers at that time had willingly accepted to sacrifice their lives by being burnt to death in the pits of fire instead of turning away from their faith, so also should the believers now endure every persecution and never give up faith.
That Allah, to Whom belongs the Kingdom of the earth and heavens, is Praiseworthy and is watching what the two groups are striving for.
Therefore, the disbelievers will not only be punished in Hell for their disbelief but, in addition to that, they also will suffer punishment by fire as a fit recompense for their tyranny and cruelty.
The believers who are firm in their belief and do good deeds will go to paradise.
This indeed is the supreme success.
Then the disbelievers are warned that Allah’s grip is very severe. If they are proud of the strength of their hosts, they should know that the hosts of Pharaoh and Thamud were even stronger and more numerous.
Therefore, they should learn a lesson from the fate these people of the past met.
No one can escape Allah’s jurisdiction and the Qur’an that they are belying is unchangeable: it is inscribed in the Preserved Tablet, which cannot be destroyed in any way.

Quran 84:16~24

So, I do swear by the twilight! And by the night and whatever it envelops! And by the moon when it waxes full! You will certainly pass from one state to another. So what is the matter with them that they do not believe, and when the Quran is recited to them, they do not bow down ˹in submission˺? In fact, the disbelievers persist in denial. But Allah knows best whatever they hide. So give them good news of a painful punishment. Quran 84:16~24 ۩ Ayat-e-Sajda / Prostration Verse
The Surah takes its name after the first Ayat, إِذَا السَّمَاءُ انشَقَّتْ “When the sky has split [open]” [84:1]
There are 25 Ayat in this Surah.

فَلَاۤ أُقۡسِمُ بِٱلشَّفَقِ وَٱلَّیۡلِ وَمَا وَسَقَ وَٱلۡقَمَرِ إِذَا ٱتَّسَقَ لَتَرۡكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقࣲ فَمَا لَهُمۡ لَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُوۡنَ ۩ بَلِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ یُكَذِّبُونَ وَٱللَّهُ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَا یُوعُونَ فَبَشِّرۡهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِیمٍ
This Surah tells us that this world has no permanence.
It also speaks about the record of deeds and the rewards of the righteous and the punishment of the wicked.
It reminds people to pay attention to the Qur’an.
ہمیں شام کی سرخی کی قسم اور رات کی اور جن چیزوں کو وہ اکٹھا کر لیتی ہے ان کی اور چاند کی جب کامل ہو جائے کہ تم درجہ بدرجہ (رتبہٴ اعلیٰ پر) چڑھو گے تو ان لوگوں کو کیا ہوا ہے کہ ایمان نہیں لاتے اور جب ان کے سامنے قرآن پڑھا جاتا ہے تو سجدہ نہیں کرتے ۩ بلکہ کافر جھٹلاتے ہیں اور خدا ان باتوں کو جو یہ اپنے دلوں میں چھپاتے ہیں خوب جانتا ہے تو ان کو دکھ دینے والے عذاب کی خبر سنا دو

Quran 23:102~108

As for those whose scale is heavy ˹with good deeds˺, it is they who will be successful. But those whose scale is light, they will have doomed themselves, staying in Hell forever. The Fire will burn their faces, leaving them deformed. ˹It will be said,˺ “Were My revelations not recited to you, but you used to deny them?” They will cry, “Our Lord ! Our ill-fate took hold of us, so we became a misguided people. Our Lord ! Take us out of this ˹Fire˺. Then if we ever return ˹to denial˺, we will truly be wrongdoers.” Allah will respond, “Be despised in there ! Do not ˹ever˺ plead with Me ˹again˺! Quran 23:102~108
Surah al-Mu’minum [The Believers] takes its name after the first Ayat, قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ “Certainly will the Believers have succeeded.” [23:1].
This Surah has 118 Ayat.

فَمَن ثَقُلَتۡ مَوَ ٰزِینُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ وَمَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَ ٰزِینُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ ٱلَّذِینَ خَسِرُوۤا۟ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فِی جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدُونَ تَلۡفَحُ وُجُوهَهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ وَهُمۡ فِیهَا كَـٰلِحُونَ أَلَمۡ تَكُنۡ ءَایَـٰتِی تُتۡلَىٰ عَلَیۡكُمۡ فَكُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا غَلَبَتۡ عَلَیۡنَا شِقۡوَتُنَا وَكُنَّا قَوۡمࣰا ضَاۤلِّینَ رَبَّنَاۤ أَخۡرِجۡنَا مِنۡهَا فَإِنۡ عُدۡنَا فَإِنَّا ظَـٰلِمُونَ قَالَ ٱخۡسَءُوا۟ فِیهَا وَلَا تُكَلِّمُونِ
In this Surah people are invited to accept and follow the Prophet. This is the central theme of the Surah. It speaks about the character of true believers and assures that they will be the real successful people. It draws attention to various stages of human creation, to many other universal signs. Then it takes some of the stories of other prophets and tells us that they also preached the same message.
تو جن کے (عملوں کے) بوجھ بھاری ہوں گے۔ وہ فلاح پانے والے ہیں اور جن کے بوجھ ہلکے ہوں گے وہ لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے تئیں خسارے میں ڈالا، ہمیشہ دوزخ میں رہیں گے آگ ان کے مونہوں کو جھلس دے گی اور وہ اس میں تیوری چڑھائے ہوں گے کیا تم کو میری آیتیں پڑھ کر نہیں سنائی جاتیں تھیں (نہیں) تم ان کو سنتے تھے (اور) جھٹلاتے تھے اے ہمارے پروردگار! ہم پر ہماری کم بختی غالب ہوگئی اور ہم رستے سے بھٹک گئے اے پروردگار! ہم کو اس میں سے نکال دے، اگر ہم پھر (ایسے کام) کریں تو ظالم ہوں گے (خدا) فرمائے گا کہ اسی میں ذلت کے ساتھ پڑے رہو اور مجھ سے بات نہ کرو
Sections:
The character of the Believers. Various stages of human creation and Allah’s signs in the universe.
The Message of Prophet Noah, his people’s response and then the flood.
Generations were raised after Prophet Noah. Many prophets were sent among them. Then came Prophet Moses and Aaron and then came Jesus – peace be upon them all.
All prophets are one Ummah and preached the same religion. Those who are affluent think that they are also the righteous people, but the righteous are only those who do the good deeds.
Everything in the heaven and earth belongs to Allah.
Prophet’s job is to continue presenting the message of Allah.

Quran 30:7~8

They ˹only˺ know the worldly affairs of this life, but are ˹totally˺ oblivious to the Hereafter. Have they not reflected upon their own being? Allah only created the heavens and the earth and everything in between for a purpose and an appointed term. Yet most people are truly in denial of the meeting with their Lord !
This Surah is named after the ‘Romans’ – The word ‘Roman’ is mentioned only in this Surah in the Qur’an.

یَعۡلَمُونَ ظَـٰهِرࣰا مِّنَ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡیَا وَهُمۡ عَنِ ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ هُمۡ غَـٰفِلُونَ أَوَ لَمۡ یَتَفَكَّرُوا۟ فِیۤ أَنفُسِهِمۗ مَّا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَیۡنَهُمَاۤ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَأَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّىۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِیرࣰا مِّنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِلِقَاۤىِٕ رَبِّهِمۡ لَكَـٰفِرُونَ
The Surah reminds us that Allah is in control of everything.
Those who are short sighted they see only what is apparent but they do not realize that there is a Creator and Master of this whole universe and it is He who is governing everything.
Final decision is in Allah’s hand. The Akhirah will take place and the truth will prevail
یہ تو دنیا کی ظاہری زندگی کو جانتے ہیں۔ اور آخرت (کی طرف) سے غافل ہیں کیا اُنہوں نے اپنے دل میں غور نہیں کیا۔ کہ خدا نے آسمانوں اور زمین کو اور جو کچھ ان دونوں کے درمیان ہے اُن کو حکمت سے اور ایک وقت مقرر تک کے لئے پیدا کیا ہے۔ اور بہت سے لوگ اپنے پروردگار سے ملنے کے قائل ہی نہیں
