Quran 16:114

So eat from the good, lawful (halal) things which Allah has provided for you, and be grateful for Allah’s favours, if you ˹truly˺ worship Him ˹alone˺.Quran 16:114Surah  an-Nahl (The Bee)

فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا 
رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ 
حَلَـٰلࣰا طَیِّبࣰا 
وَٱشۡكُرُوا۟ 
نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ 
إِن كُنتُمۡ إِیَّاهُ تَعۡبُدُونَ
The Surah speaks about Allah’s creative power.
Everything in the universe points to Allah.
There is coherence and balance in Allah’s creation.
پس خدا نے 
جو تم کو 
حلال طیّب 
رزق دیا ہے 
اسے کھاؤ۔ 
اور الله کی نعمتوں کا شکر کرو۔ 
اگر اسی کی عبادت کرتے ہو
It is named after honey bees mentioned in verse 68, and contains a comparison of the industry and adaptability of honey bees with the industry of man.
And your Lord taught the honey bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men’s) habitations; Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Quran 3:193

Our Lord! We have heard the caller to ˹true˺ belief, ˹proclaiming,˺ ‘Believe in your Lord ˹alone˺,’ so we believed. Our Lord! Forgive our sins, absolve us of our misdeeds, and allow us ˹each˺ to die as one of the virtuous.Quran 3:193Surah al-Imran (The Family of Imran)

رَّبَّنَاۤ 
إِنَّنَا سَمِعۡنَا مُنَادِیࣰا 
یُنَادِی لِلۡإِیمَـٰنِ 
أَنۡ ءَامِنُوا۟ بِرَبِّكُمۡ فَءَامَنَّاۚ 

رَبَّنَا 
فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا ذُنُوبَنَا 
وَكَفِّرۡ عَنَّا سَیِّءَاتِنَا 
وَتَوَفَّنَا مَعَ ٱلۡأَبۡرَارِ
It is named after Ale-Imran ‘the family of Imran’ – Imran being the grandfather of Jesus [Isa], and the father of Mary [Maryam]. Other than this Surah, Imran is not mentioned in the rest of the Qur’an with the exception of Surah 66: at-Tahreem – ‘Maryam daughter of Imran’ [66:12].
Zahra – The Prophet is reported to have called al-Baqarah and Ale-Imran as ‘Zahrawayn’ [Two Lights (of guidance)]
اے پروردگار! 
ہم نے ایک پکارنے والے کو سنا جو ایمان کی طرف بلاتا تھا اور کہتا تھا کہ

اپنے رب کو مانو 

ہم نے اس کی 
دعوت قبول کر لی، 

پس اے پروردگار! 
جو قصور ہم سے ہوئے ہیں ان سے درگزر فرما، 
جو برائیاں ہم میں ہیں 
انہیں دور کر دے 
اور ہمارا خاتمہ 
نیک لوگوں کے ساتھ کر
The main topics of this Surah are Tawhid, Prophethood and the truth of the Qur’ an. As Surah al-Baqarah discussed the issues related to Bani Israel, this Surah discusses some issues related to the Christian community and their religious positions. It also discusses the subjects of Hajj, Jihad, Zakat and Riba. It ends, like Surah al-Baqarah, with a profound dua.

Quran 16:53

Major Issues, Divine Laws, and Guidance
Proof of Tawhid and refutation of shirk.
The mountains have been set on the earth to stabilize its balance.
Allah has sent the Prophets to warn against the unbeliever’s excuse:
“If Allah wanted we would have not worshipped anyone else.”
Allah’s promise to provide a good abode for those who migrate for His sake.
If Allah were to punish people for their wrong doings, He would not have left even an animal around them.
As water gives life to dead land so The Qur’an does to the human soul.
Allah has provided signs in the lives of the bees, birds and animals.
Allah commands to do justice, be good to others, and give to near relatives;
and He forbids indecency, wickedness, and rebellion.
Seek Allah’s protection against Shaitan before starting to recite The Qur’an.
Halal (lawful) and Haram (unlawful) are only from Allah.
Ibrahim was a nation in himself.
Call towards the Way of Allah with wisdom; advise and reason in a courteous manner.

Quran 40:1~3

Ḥâ-Mĩm.The revelation of this Book is from Allah—the Almighty, All-Knowing,the Forgiver of sin and Accepter of repentance, the Severe in punishment, and Infinite in bounty.There is no god ˹worthy of worship˺ except Him.To Him ˹alone˺ is the final return.Quran 40:1~3Surah  Ghafir (The Forgiver)
Ghafir (Arabic: غافر, ghāfir; meaning:
“The All-Forgiving”, referring to God), also known as Al-Muʼmin (Arabic: المؤمن, ’al-mu’min; meaning:
The Believer), is the 40th chapter (sūrah) of the Qur’an, with 85 verses (āyāt).

۞ حمۤ
 
تَنزِیلُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِیزِ ٱلۡعَلِیمِ

غَافِرِ ٱلذَّنۢبِ 
وَقَابِلِ ٱلتَّوۡبِ 
شَدِیدِ ٱلۡعِقَابِ 
ذِی ٱلطَّوۡلِۖ 
لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۖ 
إِلَیۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ
There are seven Surahs (al-Mu’min, HaMim al-Sajdah, al-Shura, al-Zukhruf, al-Dukhan, al-Jathiyah, al-Ahqaf) that begin with the word “HaMim”.
Thus these seven Surahs are also called “al-Hawamim”.
These are Surahs of Da’wah, inviting people to believe in Allah, take advantage of the mercy of Allah.
There is solace and comfort in these Surahs for the Believers who were persecuted because of their faith and they are given the good news that the truth will prevail.

اِس کتاب کا نزول 
اللہ کی طرف سے ہے 

جو زبردست ہے، 
سب کچھ جاننے والا ہے 


گناہ معاف کرنے والا 
اور 
توبہ قبول کرنے والا ہے، 

سخت سزا دینے والا 
اور 
بڑا صاحب فضل ہے
 
کوئی معبود اس کے سوا نہیں،
 
اُسی کی طرف سب کو پلٹنا ہے
Sections:
The Qur’an is from Allah who is both Merciful and Severe in Punishment. Warnings to the non-believers and comfort to the believers.
The failure of the disbelievers. The Day of Judgment belongs to Allah.
A lesson from the history of Prophet Moses -peace be upon him. Even the mighty Pharaoh and his army could not help him against the wrath of Allah.
A Believer from the Pharaoh’s people declared his faith. His conversation with his people.
The false leaders will take their people to hell.
Allah helps the Prophets and their followers.
The Glory of Allah. Allah has power over life and death.
The fate of the un-believers will be bad.
Take lessons from the past history. After the judgment comes, repentance makes no difference.

Quran 10:3

Surely your Lord is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days, then established Himself on the Throne, conducting every affair. None can intercede except by His permission. That is Allah—your Lord, so worship Him ˹alone˺. Will you not then be mindful?Quran 10:3Surah  Yunus (Jonah)
The surah is named after the Prophet Yunus [Jonah] and this is the only surah of the Qur’an to mention the ‘people of Yunus’ –
“Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?
When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time” (10:98)
There are 109 Ayat in this Surah.

إِنَّ رَبَّكُمُ ٱللَّهُ 
ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِی سِتَّةِ أَیَّامࣲ 
ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ یُدَبِّرُ ٱلۡأَمۡرَۖ 
مَا مِن شَفِیعٍ 
إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ إِذۡنِهِۦۚ 

ذَ ٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ فَٱعۡبُدُوهُۚ أَفَلَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
The main subject of this Surah is faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter.
Those who have true faith, they worship Allah and recognize Him as their Lord and Master and live their lives in accordance to His command.
Allah sent His Messengers to remind people and to warn them.
The stories of Prophets Noah and Prophet Moses with Pharaoh are told to remind people about the consequences of unfaithfulness and arrogance.
بے شک تمہارا رب الله ہی ہے جس نے آسمان اور زمین 
چھ دن میں بنائے 
پھر عرش پر قائم ہوا 

وہی ہر کام کا انتظام کرتا ہے

اس کی اجازت کے سوا کوئی سفارش کرنے والا نہیں ہے 

یہی الله تمہارا پروردگار ہے 

سو اسی کی عبادت کرو 
کیا تم پھر بھی نہیں سمجھتے
Sections:
The Qur’an is the Book of wisdom, it contains signs from the All Wise.
Man’s ingratitude to Allah and His revelation.
Allah’s mercy to His creation. Allah invites to the abode of peace.
Allah’s gifts. The Qur’an is from Allah. Bring a Surah like the Qur’an if you can.
Those who disbelieve in the Qur’an shall be the losers. Every people were sent a Messenger.
The Qur’an is a mercy, blessing and a cure for the problems of humankind.
Whatever you do Allah is a Witness. The mistakes of the Mushrikin.
The story of Prophet Noah and his people. Prophet Moses and Aaron -peace be upon them all.
Allah delivered the Children of Israel from the bondage of the Pharaoh.
Allah’s mercy for the Children of Israel. Prophet Yunus and his people.
If Allah afflicts you with any loss or wants to bestow any profit on you, none can avert it. You must always follow Allah’s guidance.

Quran 24:41~42

Do you not see that Allah is glorified by all those in the heavens and the earth, even the birds as they soar? Each ˹instinctively˺ knows their manner of prayer and glorification. And Allah has ˹perfect˺ knowledge of all they do.To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth.And to Allah is the final return.Quran 24 : 41~42 [Surah  an-Nur (The Light)]
Surah an-Nur [The Light] takes its name after the Ayat, اللَّـهُ نُورُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ “Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth….” [24:35].
The word Nur [light] is mentioned 7 times in this Surah, mentioned more times than in any other Surah of the Qur’an.
The Surah has 64 Ayat.

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُسَبِّحُ لَهُۥ مَن فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ 
وَٱلطَّیۡرُ صَـٰۤفَّـٰتࣲۖ 
كُلࣱّ قَدۡ عَلِمَ صَلَاتَهُۥ وَتَسۡبِیحَهُۥۗ 
وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمُۢ بِمَا یَفۡعَلُونَ

وَلِلَّهِ مُلۡكُ 
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ 
وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ
This Surah contains many rules for the development of a society based on righteousness and morality. It talks about male-female relations, rules of proper dress for Muslim women, rules for the punishment of adultery and punishment of those who accuse others of adultery or fornication.
کیا تم دیکھتے نہیں ہو کہ 
اللہ کی تسبیح کر رہے ہیں 
وہ سب جو آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہیں 
اور وہ پرندے 
جو پر پھیلا ئے اڑ رہے ہیں؟ 
ہر ایک اپنی نماز اور تسبیح کا طریقہ جانتا ہے، 
اور یہ سب جو کچھ کرتے ہیں اللہ اس سے باخبر رہتا ہے 

آسمانوں اور زمین کی بادشاہی اللہ ہی کے لیے ہے 
اور اسی کی طرف سب کو 
پلٹنا ہے
Sections:
Punishment of adultery. Rules of testimony in the case of adultery.
The false rumors against Sayyidah ‘Aisha – may Allah be pleased with her.
Beware of those who slander pious chaste women.
Rules about entering others homes, proper dress, help those who are single to get married.
The light of Allah and the struggle between light and darkness.
Everything in the heaven and earth glorifies Allah.
Believers must obey Allah and His messenger.
Allah’s promise to the Believers to establish them in the land.
Rules of privacy for men and women, at home and outside.
Special respect of the Prophet and Believers’ duties towards him.

Quran 71:17~20

‘And Allah has caused you to grow from earth like a plant (in a mode of growth particular to you)Then He will return you to it, and then simply bring you forth ˹again˺.And Allah ˹alone˺ spread out the earth for you to walk along its spacious pathways.’”Quran 71:17~20
Nūḥ (Arabic: نوح, “Noah”) is the seventy-first chapter (surah) of the Quran with 28 verses (ayat).

Major Issues, Divine Laws and Guidance
The Prophet Nuh’s preaching and submission to Allah after exhausting all his efforts.
The Prophet Nuh’s prayer not to leave any unbeliever on the surface of the earth and Allah granted his prayer.

This Surah talks about the preaching of Prophet Noah and then his prayer for the destruction of the disbelievers.
Thus Allah’s wrath came upon them and they were all destroyed in a flood.
اور الله ہی نے تمہیں زمین میں سے ایک خاص طور پر پیدا کیا
پھر وہ تمہیں اِسی زمین میں واپس لے جائے گا 

اور اِس سے یکایک تم کو 
نکال کھڑا کرے گا 

اور اللہ نے زمین کو تمہارے لیے فرش کی طرح بچھا دیا 
تاکہ تم اس کے اندر کھلے راستوں میں چلو"
1-4 Noah sent as a warner; his message to his people
5-20 Noah’s people refuse to believe him, notwithstanding every effort
21-26 The people of Noah plot against him and are destroyed
27-29 Noah prays for the destruction of the infidels, and for the pardon of his parents and the true believers
