Quran 25:70~76

As for those who repent, believe, and do good deeds, they are the ones whose evil deeds Allah will change into good deeds. For Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah properly.
Surah al-Furqan [The Criterion] takes its name from the first Ayat,
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ
˹They are˺ those who do not bear false witness, and when they come across falsehood, they pass ˹it˺ by with dignity. ˹They are˺ those who, when reminded of the revelation of their Lord, do not turn a blind eye or a deaf ear to it. ˹They are˺ those who pray, “Our Lord! Bless us with ˹pious˺ spouses and offspring who will be the joy of our hearts, and make us models for the righteous.”
“Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant…” [25:1]
It is they who will be rewarded with ˹elevated˺ mansions ˹in Paradise˺ for their perseverance, and will be received with salutations and ˹greetings of˺ peace, staying there forever. What an excellent place to settle and reside! Quran 25:75~76 Surah al-Furqan (The Criterion)

إِلَّا مَن تَابَ وَءَامَنَ وَعَمِلَ عَمَلࣰا صَـٰلِحࣰا فَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ یُبَدِّلُ ٱللَّهُ سَیِّءَاتِهِمۡ حَسَنَـٰتࣲۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣰا رَّحِیمࣰا وَمَن تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا فَإِنَّهُۥ یَتُوبُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَتَابࣰا وَٱلَّذِینَ لَا یَشۡهَدُونَ ٱلزُّورَ وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِٱللَّغۡوِ مَرُّوا۟ كِرَامࣰا وَٱلَّذِینَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ یَخِرُّوا۟ عَلَیۡهَا صُمࣰّا وَعُمۡیَانࣰا وَٱلَّذِینَ یَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَ ٰجِنَا وَذُرِّیَّـٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡیُنࣲ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِینَ إِمَامًا أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ یُجۡزَوۡنَ ٱلۡغُرۡفَةَ بِمَا صَبَرُوا۟ وَیُلَقَّوۡنَ فِیهَا تَحِیَّةࣰ وَسَلَـٰمًا خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۚ حَسُنَتۡ مُسۡتَقَرࣰّا وَمُقَامࣰا
The Surah answers some of the objections of the non-believers against the Qur’an and the teachings of Islam. It also presents the character of the Believers as criteria to prove the truth of Islam.
مگر جس نے توبہ کی اور ایمان لایا اور اچھے کام کئے تو ایسے لوگوں کے گناہوں کو خدا نیکیوں سے بدل دے گا۔ اور خدا تو بخشنے والا مہربان ہے ﴿۷۰﴾ اور جو توبہ کرتا اور عمل نیک کرتا ہے تو بےشک وہ خدا کی طرف رجوع کرتا ہے ﴿۷۱﴾ اور وہ جو جھوٹی گواہی نہیں دیتے اور جب ان کو بیہودہ چیزوں کے پاس سے گزرنے کا اتفاق ہو تو بزرگانہ انداز سے گزرتے ہیں ﴿۷۲﴾ اور وہ کہ جب ان کو پروردگار کی باتیں سمجھائی جاتی ہیں تو اُن پر اندھے اور بہرے ہو کر نہیں گرتے (بلکہ غور سے سنتے ہیں) ﴿۷۳﴾
Sections:
Prophet Muhammad came as a Warner for the whole world. The evil of Shirk. The objections of those who denied the Prophet and his message.
The Punishment of those who deny Allah and His message.
Non-believers’ demand to see the angels or Allah. Non-believers say why the whole Qur’an was not sent down at once.
اور وہ جو کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے رب ہمیں ہماری بیویوں اور اولاد کی طرف سے آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک عطا فرما اور ہمیں پرہیزگاروں کا پیشوا بنا دے یہی لوگ ہیں جنہیں ان کے صبر کے بدلہ میں جنت کے بالا خانے دیے جائیں گے اور ان کا وہاں دعا اور سلام سے استقبال کیا جائے گا اس میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہوں گے ٹھیرنے اور رہنے کی خوب جگہ ہے
Examples of the people of Prophets Moses, Aaron, Noah and ‘Ad, Thamud and the People of al-Rass.
Examples from the natural world: shadows, night and day, winds of rain, oceans with two different types of waters, creation of human beings, creation of the heaven and earth in six days.
The character and qualities of the most faithful servants of Allah.

Quran 46:15 [Supplication at 40 years’ of age]

We have commanded people to honour their parents. Their mothers bore them in hardship and delivered them in hardship. Their ˹period of˺ bearing and weaning is thirty months. In time, when the child reaches their prime at the age of forty, they pray, “My Lord! Inspire me to ˹always˺ be thankful for Your favours which You blessed me and my parents with, and to do good deeds that please You. And instil righteousness in my offspring. I truly repent to You, and I truly submit ˹ to Your Will˺.” Quran 46:15 [Supplication at 40 years of age] Surah al-Ahqaf (The Wind-curved Sandhills)
The Surah takes its name from the Ayat, وَاذْكُرْ أَخَا عَادٍ إِذْ أَنذَرَ قَوْمَهُ بِالْأَحْقَافِ وَقَدْ خَلَتِ النُّذُرُ مِن بَيْنِ يَدَيْهِ وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِ أَلَّا تَعْبُدُوا إِلَّا اللَّـهَ إِنِّي أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ “And mention, [O Muhammad], the brother of ‘Aad, when he warned his people in the [region of] al-Ahqaf – and warners had already passed on before him and after him – [saying], “Do not worship except Allah. Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day.” (46:21). There are 35 Ayat in this Surah.

وَوَصَّیۡنَا ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ بِوَ ٰلِدَیۡهِ إِحۡسَـٰنًاۖ حَمَلَتۡهُ أُمُّهُۥ كُرۡهࣰا وَوَضَعَتۡهُ كُرۡهࣰاۖ وَحَمۡلُهُۥ وَفِصَـٰلُهُۥ ثَلَـٰثُونَ شَهۡرًاۚ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُۥ وَبَلَغَ أَرۡبَعِینَ سَنَةࣰ قَالَ رَبِّ أَوۡزِعۡنِیۤ أَنۡ أَشۡكُرَ نِعۡمَتَكَ ٱلَّتِیۤ أَنۡعَمۡتَ عَلَیَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَ ٰلِدَیَّ وَأَنۡ أَعۡمَلَ صَـٰلِحࣰا تَرۡضَىٰهُ وَأَصۡلِحۡ لِی فِی ذُرِّیَّتِیۤۖ إِنِّی تُبۡتُ إِلَیۡكَ وَإِنِّی مِنَ ٱلۡمُسۡلِمِینَ
The Surah gives warnings to those who deny the truth.
When Allah’s punishment comes then neither the sea, nor the dry land can protect.
There is a reference in this Surah to the people of ‘Ad and Allah’s punishment for their sins.
اور ہم نے انسان کو اپنے والدین کے ساتھ بھلائی کرنے کا حکم دیا۔ اس کی ماں نے اس کو تکلیف سے پیٹ میں رکھا اور تکلیف ہی سے جنا۔ اور اس کا پیٹ میں رہنا اور دودھ چھوڑنا ڈھائی برس میں ہوتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب خوب جوان ہوتا ہے اور چالیس برس کو پہنچ جاتا ہے تو کہتا ہے کہ اے میرے پروردگار مجھے توفیق دے کہ تو نے جو احسان مجھ پر اور میرے ماں باپ پر کئے ہیں ان کا شکر گزار ہوں اور یہ کہ نیک عمل کروں جن کو تو پسند کرے۔ اور میرے لئے میری اولاد میں صلاح (وتقویٰ) دے۔ میں تیری طرف رجوع کرتا ہوں اور میں فرمانبرداروں میں ہوں
Sections:
Allah sent down the Qur’an and He has created the heaven and earth.
The gods of Shirk have created nothing. Is there any proof for Shirk?
The truth of this revelation is manifest.
The Qur’an verifies the previous revelations.
The fate of ‘Ad.
Warnings to those who deny the truth.
A group of Jinn accept the message.
Be patient in giving the message of Allah.

Quran 46:13~14

Surely those who say, “Our Lord is Allah,” and then remain steadfast— there will be no fear for them, nor will they grieve. It is they who will be the residents of Paradise, staying there forever, as a reward for what they used to do. Quran 46:13~14 Surah al-Ahqaf (The Wind-curved Sandhills)

Quran 43:74~78

Indeed, the wicked will be in the torment of Hell forever. It will never be lightened for them, and there they will be overwhelmed with despair. We did not wrong them, but it was they who were the wrongdoers. They will cry, “O Mâlik! Let your Lord finish us off.” He will answer, “You are definitely here to stay.” We certainly brought the truth to you, but most of you were resentful of the truth.
The Surah takes its name from the Ayat, وَزُخْرُفًا ۚ وَإِن كُلُّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَّا مَتَاعُ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا ۚ وَالْآخِرَةُ عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ “And gold ornament. But all that is not but the enjoyment of worldly life. And the Hereafter with your Lord is for the righteous.” (43:35) There are 89 Ayat in this Surah.

إِنَّ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ فِی عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدُونَ لَا یُفَتَّرُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَهُمۡ فِیهِ مُبۡلِسُونَ وَمَا ظَلَمۡنَـٰهُمۡ وَلَـٰكِن كَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ وَنَادَوۡا۟ یَـٰمَـٰلِكُ لِیَقۡضِ عَلَیۡنَا رَبُّكَۖ قَالَ إِنَّكُم مَّـٰكِثُونَ لَقَدۡ جِئۡنَـٰكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَـٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَكُمۡ لِلۡحَقِّ كَـٰرِهُونَ
The Surah tells us that the revelation is a mercy from Allah. Allah chooses whosoever He wills to give His revelation. The worldly goods and riches do not necessarily mean that a person is best in the sight of Allah. The real value comes from following the truth and righteousness.
(اور کفار) گنہگار ہمیشہ دوزخ کے عذاب میں رہیں گے جو ان سے ہلکا نہ کیا جائے گا اور وہ اس میں نامید ہو کر پڑے رہیں گے اور ہم نے ان پر ظلم نہیں کیا۔ بلکہ وہی (اپنے آپ پر) ظلم کرتے تھے اور پکاریں گے کہ اے مالک تمہارا پروردگار ہمیں موت دے دے۔ وہ کہے گا کہ تم ہمیشہ (اسی حالت میں) رہو گے ہم تمہارے پاس حق لے کر آئے ہیں لیکن تم اکثر حق سے ناخوش ہوتے رہے
Sections:
This revelation is given to people in Arabic so that they may understand. The revelation is a mercy from Allah.
Shirk and blind following of ancestors are major problems of non-believers.
Allah chooses the Prophets and Messengers according to His wisdom. The worldly riches do not mean much in the sight of Allah.
Those who forget Allah come under the influence of the Satan.
Pharaoh’s response to Prophet Moses. Allah’s punishment came against Pharaoh and his people.
Jesus’ Message was also changed by some of his people.
The Believers will succeed in the Hereafter.

Quran 9:20~22

Those who have believed, emigrated, and strived in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives are greater in rank in the sight of Allah. It is they who will triumph. Their Lord gives them good news of His mercy, pleasure, and Gardens with everlasting bliss, to stay there for ever and ever. Surely with Allah is a great reward. Quran 9:20~22
The name of the surah, at-Taubah is derived from ت و ب and it occurs 87 times in the Quran. Interestingly, this surah has the highest usage of the words derived from ت و ب compared to all other surahs – it is used 17 times.
In Ayat 118, occurs the case of the three companions whom Allah turned to and accepted their tawbah to Him – those who had abstained from joining the Jihad at the Battle of Tabuk.

ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَهَاجَرُوا۟ وَجَـٰهَدُوا۟ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِ بِأَمۡوَ ٰلِهِمۡ وَأَنفُسِهِمۡ أَعۡظَمُ دَرَجَةً عِندَ ٱللَّهِۚ وَأُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَاۤىِٕزُونَ یُبَشِّرُهُمۡ رَبُّهُم بِرَحۡمَةࣲ مِّنۡهُ وَرِضۡوَ ٰنࣲ وَجَنَّـٰتࣲ لَّهُمۡ فِیهَا نَعِیمࣱ مُّقِیمٌ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۤ أَبَدًاۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عِندَهُۥۤ أَجۡرٌ عَظِیمࣱ
This is the only Sūrah of the Qur’ān to which ‘In the Name of God, Most Gracious Most Merciful’ is not prefixed. Though the commentators have given different reasons for this, the correct one that which has been given by Imām Razi: namely this is because the Prophet himself did not dictate it at the beginning of the Sūrah. Therefore the Companions did not prefix it and their successors followed them. This is a further proof of the fact that utmost care has been taken to keep the Qur’ān intact so that it should remain in its complete and original form.
اللہ کے ہاں تو انہی لوگوں کا درجہ بڑا ہے جو ایمان لائے اور جنہوں نے اس کی راہ میں گھر بار چھوڑے اور جان و مال سے جہاد کیا وہی کامیاب ہیں ان کا رب انہیں اپنی رحمت اور خوشنودی اور ایسی جنتوں کی بشارت دیتا ہے جہاں ان کے لیے پائیدار عیش کے سامان ہیں ان میں وہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے یقیناً اللہ کے پاس خدمات کا صلہ دینے کو بہت کچھ ہے
The basic subjects of the Surah are: The non-believers who broke their treaties, Muslims have no obligation to honor treaties with them. Muslims must protect themselves from hypocrisy, weak faith and negligence. Battle of Tabuk and its lessons.
Sections:
Proclamation that the Treaty of Hudaibiyah is cancelled.
Honor the treaties with those who honor them. Fight with those who have broken the treaty.
Mushrikin are forbidden to be the caretakers of the Masjid al-Haram.
Muslims should trust Allah, not just their numbers.
Jews and Christians also committed Shirk. Command to spend in the path of Allah. The correct number of months.
The Tabuk expedition.
Those who stayed behind and did not participate in the Battle of Tabuk, hypocrites and weak in faith.
The proper distribution of charity. Those who speak ill of the Prophet or make fun of Allah and His Book.
The hypocrite men and women.
