Quran 20:123~127

Allah said, “Descend, both of you (Adam & Eve), from here together ˹with Satan˺ as enemies to each other. Then when guidance comes to you from Me, whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray ˹in this life˺ nor suffer ˹in the next˺.But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life, then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment.”Continued…
Surah TaHa takes its name after the disjointed letters from the first Ayat.
They will cry, “My Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, although I used to see?”Allah will respond, “It is so, just as Our revelations came to you and you neglected them, so Today you are neglected.”This is how We reward whoever transgresses and does not believe in the revelations of their Lord. And the punishment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lastingQuran 20:123~127Surah Ta HA

The subject matter of the Surah is to assure the Prophet and his followers that the message of the Qur’an will eventually succeed.
The story of Prophet Moses is mentioned in detail.

Then it is mentioned how the enemies of Islam are opposing it and what will be the consequences of this opposition for them.

There are seven Surahs (al-Mu’min, HaMim al-Sajdah, al-Shura, al-Zukhruf, al-Dukhan, al-Jathiyah, al-Ahqaf) that begin with the word “HaMim”.
Thus these seven Surahs are also called “al-Hawamim”.
These are Surahs of Da’wah, inviting people to believe in Allah, take advantage of the mercy of Allah.
There is solace and comfort in these Surahs for the Believers who were persecuted because of their faith and they are given the good news that the truth will prevail.

Quran 2:196

Complete the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage for Allah. But if prevented ˹from proceeding˺, then ˹offer˺ whatever sacrificial animals you can afford. And do not shave your heads until the sacrificial animal reaches its destination. But if any of you is ill or has a scalp ailment ˹requiring shaving˺, then compensate either by fasting, charity, or a sacrificial offering. In times of peace, you may combine the pilgrimage and minor pilgrimage then make the sacrificial offering you can afford. Whoever cannot afford that ˹offering˺, let them fast three days during pilgrimage and seven after returning ˹home˺—completing ten. These offerings are for those who do not live near the Sacred House. Theme
This Surah warns the disbelievers of the evil consequences of persecution and tyranny and consoles the believers that if they remain firm and steadfast against tyranny and coercion, they will be rewarded for it, and Allah Himself will avenge their persecutors. In this connection, the story of the people of the ditch (Ashab al-Ukhdud), who had burnt the believers to death by casting them into pits full of fire is related. By means of this story the believers and the disbelievers have been taught a few lessons:
That just as the people of the ditch became worthy of Allah’s curse and punishment, the chiefs of Makkah are also becoming worthy of it.
That just as the believers at that time had willingly accepted to sacrifice their lives by being burnt to death in the pits of fire instead of turning away from their faith, so also should the believers now endure every persecution and never give up faith.
That Allah, to Whom belongs the Kingdom of the earth and heavens, is Praiseworthy and is watching what the two groups are striving for.
Therefore, the disbelievers will not only be punished in Hell for their disbelief but, in addition to that, they also will suffer punishment by fire as a fit recompense for their tyranny and cruelty. The believers who are firm in their belief and do good deeds will go to paradise. This indeed is the supreme success. Then the disbelievers are warned that Allah’s grip is very severe. If they are proud of the strength of their hosts, they should know that the hosts of Pharaoh and Thamud were even stronger and more numerous. Therefore, they should learn a lesson from the fate these people of the past met. No one can escape Allah’s jurisdiction and the Qur’an that they are belying is unchangeable: it is inscribed in the Preserved Tablet, which cannot be destroyed in any way.

Quran 18:1~3

All praise is for Allah Who has revealed the Book to His servant, allowing no crookedness in it,˹making it˺ perfectly upright, to warn ˹the disbelievers˺ of a severe torment from Him; to give good news to the believers—who do good—that they will have a fine reward, in which they will remain foreverQuran 18:1~3

This Surah was sent down in answer to three questions which the polytheists of Makkah in consultation with the People of the Book (the Jews and the Christians) put to the Prophet. These were:
Who were ‘The Sleepers of the Cave?’
What is the real story of Khidr?
What do you know about Dhul-Qarnain?
These three questions and their stories related to the history of the Christians and the Jews and were unknown in the Arabian Peninsula (Hijaz), so they were being used to test the divine knowledge revealed to the Prophet. However, God informed the Prophet of the complete answer to these questions and also employed the stories in the conflict between Islam and unbelief.
The questioners were told that the ‘Sleepers of the Cave’ believed in the same doctrine of Monotheism (Tawhid) which was being put forward in the Qur’an and that their condition was similar to that of the persecuted Muslims of Makkah. Also, the persecutors of the Sleepers of the Cave behaved in the same way as the disbelievers of Quraysh towards the Muslims. This particular story was a warning to the chiefs of Makkah, who were persecuting the small newly formed Muslim community. Additionally, the Prophet was instructed not to compromise with the persecutors nor consider the chiefs to be more important than his own followers. Likewise, the chiefs too were admonished and informed not to be distracted by the temporary life of this world but seek the eternal life of the hereafter.

Verses (Q5:32-33) have been quoted to denounce killing, by using an abbreviated form such as, “If anyone kills a person, it would be as if he killed the whole people: and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people”.
This verse is similar to that of one from the Talmud

There are six main points discussed in this Surah:
All obligations whether they are divine or human should be fulfilled. When we have a pledge or promise or sign a treaty we must abide by it. Also Allah gave some rules for life to keep us clean and sober. Cleanliness of the body, living with justice, being upright and moral, avoiding sin, corruption and superstition, and doing the deeds of piety and righteousness are important rules and principles and must be observed.
Message to the People of the Book i.e. Christians and Jews to recognize the truth. Allah’s punishment comes on those who reject Allah’s rules and knowingly violate them.
The story of the two children of Adam is told. This story has many lessons. Sometime even your brothers become envious of you and they harm you. Just and righteous persons sometimes suffer at the hands of their own family members, but God’s judgment also comes. The righteous under no situation give up right attitude and behavior.
Muslims must deal with justice with all people. Justice should be impartial, even to their enemies they must be just. However, relations among Muslims themselves should be deeper. There should not be only justice but also love, brotherhood, care and concern for each other.
Enjoy the good things that Allah has given, but guard against excesses. Do not indulge in swearing, gambling, intoxicants, superstitions, violation of the sanctities of the Sanctuary of Allah (the Ka’bah).
Jesus – peace be upon him – was a great prophet of Allah and he performed many miracles. His teachings were corrupted by some after his departure.

Quran 13:6

They ask you ˹O Prophet˺ to hasten the torment rather than grace, though there have ˹already˺ been ˹many˺ torments before them. Surely your Lord is full of forgiveness for people, despite their wrongdoing, and your Lord is truly severe in punishment.Quran 13:6
The word ar-Ra’d (thunder), which this Surah is named after, is used in the 13th Surah of the Qur’an, in the 13th Juzz and is the 13th Ayat.
This Surah has 43 Ayaat.

The basic theme of the Surah is divine guidance.
Allah has created this whole universe.
He knows what is in the wombs and every thing is under His knowledge.
He sent His prophets and guides to all people for their guidance
and now the Last Messenger has come.
