Quran 16:119

As for those who commit evil ignorantly ˹or recklessly˺, then repent afterwards and mend their ways, then your Lord is surely All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Quran 16:119 Surah an-Nahl (The Bee)
The Bee (Arabic: الْنَّحْل; an-naḥl) is the 16th chapter (sūrah) of the Qur’an, with 128 verses (āyāt).

ثُمَّ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لِلَّذِينَ عَمِلُوا السُّوءَ بِجَهَالَةٍ ثُمَّ تَابُوا مِن بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ وَأَصْلَحُوا إِنَّ رَبَّكَ مِن بَعْدِهَا لَغَفُورٌ رَّحِيم
The Surah speaks about Allah’s creative power.
Everything in the universe points to Allah.
There is coherence and balance in Allah’s creation.
البتہ جن لوگوں نے جہالت (نادانی) کی بنا پر برا عمل کیا اور پھر توبہ کر کے اپنے عمل کی اصلاح کر لی تو یقیناً توبہ و اصلاح کے بعد تیرا رب اُن کے لیے غفور اور رحیم ہے
It is named after honey bees mentioned in verse 68, and contains a comparison of the industry and adaptability of honey bees with the industry of man.
And your Lord taught the honey bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men’s) habitations; Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.

Quran 6:54

When the believers in Our revelations come to you, say, “Peace be upon you ! Your Lord has taken upon Himself to be Merciful. وَإِذَا جَاۤءَكَ ٱلَّذِینَ یُؤۡمِنُونَ بِءَایَـٰتِنَا فَقُلۡ سَلَـٰمٌ عَلَیۡكُمۡۖ كَتَبَ رَبُّكُمۡ عَلَىٰ نَفۡسِهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةَ أَنَّهُۥ مَنۡ عَمِلَ مِنكُمۡ سُوۤءَۢا بِجَهَـٰلَةࣲ ثُمَّ تَابَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِهِۦ وَأَصۡلَحَ فَأَنَّهُۥ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ
This surah dwells on such themes as the clear signs of Allah’s Dominion and Power, rejecting polytheism and unbelief, the establishment of Tawhid (pure monotheism), the Revelation, Messengership, and Resurrection.
اور جب تمہارے پاس ایسے لوگ آیا کریں جو ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان لاتے ہیں تو (ان سے) سلام علیکم کہا کرو خدا نے اپنی ذات (پاک) پر رحمت کو لازم کرلیا ہے کہ جو کوئی تم میں نادانی سے کوئی بری حرکت کر بیٹھے پھر اس کے بعد توبہ کرلے اور نیکوکار ہوجائے تو وہ بخشنے والا مہربان ہے
Paying attention carefully to the contents of the verses of this Surah can remove the soul of hypocrisy and disperse from among Muslims, and cause the ears to be hearing, the eyes to be clear-sighted, and the hearts (minds) to be knowledgeable.

Quran 7:154~156

When Moses’ anger subsided, he took up the Tablets whose text contained guidance and mercy for those who stand in awe of their Lord. Moses chose seventy men from among his people for Our appointment and, when they were seized by an earthquake, he cried, continued….
The Surah is named after the story of the men awaiting on the “Elevations” between Paradise and Hell.
“My Lord! Had You willed, You could have destroyed them long ago, and me as well. Will You destroy us for what the foolish among us have done? This is only a test from You— by which You allow whoever you will to stray and guide whoever You will. You are our Guardian. So forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the best forgiver. Ordain for us what is good in this life and the next. Indeed, we have turned to You ˹in repentance˺.” continued….
It comprises of 206 Ayat.
Allah replied, “I will inflict My torment on whoever I will. But My mercy encompasses everything. I will ordain mercy for those who shun evil, pay alms-tax, and believe in Our revelations. Quran 7:154~156 Surah al-A`raf (The Elevated Places)

وَلَمَّا سَكَتَ عَن مُّوسَى ٱلۡغَضَبُ أَخَذَ ٱلۡأَلۡوَاحَۖ وَفِی نُسۡخَتِهَا هُدࣰى وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِرَبِّهِمۡ یَرۡهَبُونَ وَٱخۡتَارَ مُوسَىٰ قَوۡمَهُۥ سَبۡعِینَ رَجُلࣰا لِّمِیقَـٰتِنَاۖ فَلَمَّاۤ أَخَذَتۡهُمُ ٱلرَّجۡفَةُ قَالَ رَبِّ لَوۡ شِئۡتَ أَهۡلَكۡتَهُم مِّن قَبۡلُ وَإِیَّـٰیَۖ أَتُهۡلِكُنَا بِمَا فَعَلَ ٱلسُّفَهَاۤءُ مِنَّاۤۖ إِنۡ هِیَ إِلَّا فِتۡنَتُكَ تُضِلُّ بِهَا مَن تَشَاۤءُ وَتَهۡدِی مَن تَشَاۤءُۖ أَنتَ وَلِیُّنَا فَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَا وَٱرۡحَمۡنَاۖ وَأَنتَ خَیۡرُ ٱلۡغَـٰفِرِینَ
The basic theme of this Surah is Risalah, i.e. Allah’s message as it was sent through many messengers. Several Prophets and parts of their stories are mentioned to emphasize Prophets’ mission and their struggle with their people.
۞ وَٱكۡتُبۡ لَنَا فِی هَـٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنۡیَا حَسَنَةࣰ وَفِی ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكَۚ قَالَ عَذَابِیۤ أُصِیبُ بِهِۦ مَنۡ أَشَاۤءُۖ وَرَحۡمَتِی وَسِعَتۡ كُلَّ شَیۡءࣲۚ فَسَأَكۡتُبُهَا لِلَّذِینَ یَتَّقُونَ وَیُؤۡتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَٱلَّذِینَ هُم بِءَایَـٰتِنَا یُؤۡمِنُونَ
The Surah tells us that Allah’s Prophets suffered for the cause of truth. Their enemies tried to harm them, but then Allah helped his prophets and defeated their enemies. The Surah emphasizes that the true message must be presented under all circumstances. After the Prophets it is the duty of the Believers to convey the message of Allah to all people.
اور جب موسیٰ کا غصہ فرو ہوا تو (تورات) کی تختیاں اٹھالیں اور جو کچھ ان میں لکھا تھا وہ ان لوگوں کے لیے جو اپنے پروردگار سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ ہدایت اور رحمت تھی اور موسیٰ نے اس میعاد پر جو ہم نے مقرر کی تھی اپنی قوم کے ستر آدمی منتخب (کرکے کوہ طور پر حاضر) ٹل کیے۔ جب ان کو زلزلے نے پکڑا تو موسیٰ نے کہا کہ
Al-A’raf – The Elevations.
اے پروردگار تو چاہتا تو ان کو اور مجھ کو پہلے ہی سے ہلاک کر دیتا۔ کیا تو اس فعل کی سزا میں جو ہم میں سے بےعقل لوگوں نے کیا ہے ہمیں ہلاک کردے گا۔ یہ تو تیری آزمائش ہے۔ اس سے تو جس کو چاہے گمراہ کرے اور جس کو چاہے ہدایت بخشے۔
Allah mentions Paradise and Hellfire and then speaks of the ‘elevations’ between them reserved for some amongst humanity.
تو ہی ہمارا کارساز ہے تو ہمیں (ہمارے گناہ) بخش دے اور ہم پر رحم فرما اور تو سب سے بہتر بخشنے والا ہے اور ہمارے لیے اس دنیا میں بھی بھلائی لکھ دے اور آخرت میں بھی۔ ہم تیری طرف رجوع ہوچکے۔
These people not knowing what will happen to them.
فرمایا کہ جو میرا عذاب ہے اسے تو جس پر چاہتا ہوں نازل کرتا ہوں اور جو میری رحمت ہے وہ ہر چیز کو شامل ہے۔ میں اس کو ان لوگوں کے لیے لکھ دوں گا جو پرہیزگاری کرتے اور زکوٰة دیتے اور ہماری آیتوں پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں
The people of Hell-fire will be refused water as it will be prohibited for the disbelievers in the after-life.

Quran 16:45~47

Do those who devise evil plots feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to swallow them? Or that the torment will not come upon them in ways they cannot comprehend? Or that He will not seize them while they go about ˹their day˺, for then they will have no escape? Or that He will not destroy them gradually? But your Lord is truly Ever Gracious, Most Merciful. یا جو لوگ بری بری چالیں چلتے ہیں اس بات سے بےخوف ہیں کہ خدا ان کو زمین میں دھنسا دے یا (ایسی طرف سے) ان پر عذاب آجائے جہاں سے ان کو خبر ہی نہ ہو یا ان کو چلتے پھرتے پکڑ لے وہ (خدا کو) عاجز نہیں کرسکتے یا جب ان کو عذاب کا ڈر پیدا ہوگیا ہو تو ان کو پکڑلے۔ بےشک تمہارا پروردگار بہت شفقت کرنے والا اور مہربان ہے

Quran 16:26~29

Indeed, those before them had plotted, but Allah struck at the ˹very˺ foundation of their structure, so the roof collapsed on top of them, and the torment came upon them from where they did not expect. Then on the Day of Judgment He will humiliate them and say, “Where are My ˹so-called˺ associate-gods for whose sake you used to oppose ˹the believers˺?” Those gifted with knowledge will say, “Surely disgrace and misery today are upon the disbelievers.” contd…

Those whose souls the angels seize while they wrong themselves will then offer ˹full˺ submission ˹and say falsely,˺ “We did not do any evil.” ˹The angels will say,˺ “No! Surely Allah fully knows what you used to do. So enter the gates of Hell, to stay there forever. Indeed, what an evil home for the arrogant!” Quran 16:26~29 Surah an-Nahl (The Bee)

ان سے پہلے لوگوں نے بھی (ایسی ہی) مکاریاں کی تھیں تو خدا (کا حکم) ان کی عمارت کے ستونوں پر آپہنچا اور چھت ان پر ان کے اوپر سے گر پڑی اور (ایسی طرف سے) ان پر عذاب آ واقع ہوا جہاں سے ان کو خیال بھی نہ تھا پھر وہ ان کو قیامت کے دن بھی ذلیل کرے گا اور کہے گا کہ میرے وہ شریک کہاں ہیں جن کے بارے میں تم جھگڑا کرتے تھے۔ جن لوگوں کو علم دیا گیا تھا وہ کہیں گے کہ آج کافروں کی رسوائی اور برائی ہے

(ان کا حال یہ ہے کہ) جب فرشتے ان کی روحیں قبض کرنے لگتے ہیں (اور یہ) اپنے ہی حق میں ظلم کرنے والے (ہوتے ہیں) تو مطیع ومنقاد ہوجاتے ہیں (اور کہتے ہیں) کہ ہم کوئی برا کام نہیں کرتے تھے۔ ہاں جو کچھ تم کیا کرتے تھے خدا اسے خوب جانتا ہے سو دوزخ کے دروازوں میں داخل ہوجاؤ۔ ہمیشہ اس میں رہو گے۔ اب تکبر کرنے والوں کا برا ٹھکانا ہے

Quran 16:22~25

Your God is ˹only˺ One God. As for those who do not believe in the Hereafter, their hearts are in denial, and they are too proud. Without a doubt, Allah knows what they conceal and what they reveal. He certainly does not like those who are too proud. And when it is said to them, “What has your Lord revealed?” They say, “Ancient fables!” Let them bear their burdens in full on the Day of Judgment as well as some of the burdens of those they mislead without knowledge. تمہارا معبود تو اکیلا خدا ہے۔ تو جو آخرت پر ایمان نہیں رکھتے ان کے دل انکار کر رہے ہیں اور وہ سرکش ہو رہے ہیں یہ جو کچھ چھپاتے ہیں اور جو ظاہر کرتے ہیں خدا اس کو ضرور جانتا ہے۔ وہ سرکشوں کو ہرگز پسند نہیں کرتا اور جب ان (کافروں) سے کہا جاتا ہے کہ تمہارے پروردگار نے کیا اتارا ہے تو کہتے ہیں کہ (وہ تو) پہلے لوگوں کی حکایتیں ہیں (اے پیغمبر ان کو بکنے دو) یہ قیامت کے دن اپنے (اعمال کے) پورے بوجھ بھی اٹھائیں گے اور جن کو یہ بےتحقیق گمراہ کرتے ہیں ان کے بوجھ بھی اٹھائیں گے۔ سن رکھو کہ جو بوجھ اٹھا رہے ہیں برے ہیں
