Quran 64:2~4 (Ayah at-Taghabun)

He is the One Who created you, yet some of you are disbelievers while some are believers. And Allah is All-Seeing of what you do. He created the heavens and the earth for a purpose. He shaped you ˹in the womb˺, perfecting your form. And to Him is the final return. He knows whatever is in the heavens and the earth. And He knows whatever you conceal and whatever you reveal. For Allah knows best what is ˹hidden˺ in the heart. Quran 64:2~4 Surah at-Taghabun (Mutual Disillusion,)
At-Taghābun (Arabic: التغابن, “Loss, Deprivation”) is the 64th surah of the Quran with 18 verses

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَكُمۡ فَمِنكُمۡ كَافِرࣱ وَمِنكُم مُّؤۡمِنࣱۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِیرٌ خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ فَأَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡۖ وَإِلَیۡهِ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ یَعۡلَمُ مَا فِی ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَیَعۡلَمُ مَا تُسِرُّونَ وَمَا تُعۡلِنُونَۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ
The theme of this surah is an invitation to the Faith, obedience (to God) and the teaching of good morals, contrasting with the previous surah, Al-Munafiqun, which was concerned with hypocrisy and the lack of Iman.
وہی ہے جس نے تم کو پیدا کیا، پھر تم میں سے کوئی کافر ہے اور کوئی مومن، اور اللہ وہ سب کچھ دیکھ رہا ہے جو تم کرتے ہو اس نے زمین اور آسمانوں کو برحق پیدا کیا ہے، اور تمہاری صورت بنائی اور بڑی عمدہ بنائی ہے، اور اسی کی طرف آخرکار تمہیں پلٹنا ہے زمین اور آسمانوں کی ہر چیز کا اسے علم ہے جو کچھ تم چھپاتے ہو اور جو کچھ تم ظاہر کرتے ہو سب اس کو معلوم ہے، اور وہ دلوں کا حال تک جانتا ہے
The Surah invites to faith, obedience of Allah and good morals. It warns about the evil consequences of misdeeds and about the coming of the Day of Judgment when the real success or loss will be manifest.
Sections:
Allah created human beings, some among them are believers and some non-believers. He knows everything. He sent His Prophets to warn and remind. Remember the Day of Judgment.
Believe in Allah, purify your motives and be generous in giving for the cause of Allah.

Quran 9:86~89 (Ayah at-Taubah)

Whenever a sûrah is revealed stating, “Believe in Allah and struggle along with His Messenger,” the rich among them would ask to be exempt, saying, “Leave us with those who remain behind.” They preferred to stay behind with the helpless, and their hearts have been sealed so they do not comprehend. But the Messenger and the believers with him strived with their wealth and their lives. They will have all the best, and it is they who will be successful. Allah has prepared for them Gardens under which rivers flow, to stay there forever. That is the ultimate triumph. Quran: 9:86~89 Surah at-Taubah (Repentance)
The name of the surah, at-Taubah is derived from ت و ب and it occurs 87 times in the Quran. Interestingly, this surah has the highest usage of the words derived from ت و ب compared to all other surahs – it is used 17 times.
In Ayat 118, occurs the case of the three companions whom Allah turned to and accepted their tawbah to Him – those who had abstained from joining the Jihad at the Battle of Tabuk.

This is the only Sūrah of the Qur’ān to which ‘In the Name of God, Most Gracious Most Merciful’ is not prefixed. Though the commentators have given different reasons for this, the correct one that which has been given by Imām Razi: namely this is because the Prophet himself did not dictate it at the beginning of the Sūrah. Therefore the Companions did not prefix it and their successors followed them. This is a further proof of the fact that utmost care has been taken to keep the Qur’ān intact so that it should remain in its complete and original form.
جب کبھی کوئی سورۃ اس مضمون کی نازل ہوئی کہ اللہ کو مانو اور اس کے رسول کے ساتھ جہاد کرو تو تم نے دیکھا کہ جو لوگ ان میں سے صاحب مقدرت تھے وہی تم سے درخواست کرنے لگے کہ انہیں جہاد کی شرکت سے معاف رکھا جائے اور انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں چھوڑ دیجیے کہ ہم بیٹھنے والوں کے ساتھ رہیں ان لوگوں نے گھر بیٹھنے والیوں میں شامل ہونا پسند کیا اور ان کے دلوں پر ٹھپہ لگا دیا گیا، اس لیے ان کی سمجھ میں اب کچھ نہیں آتا بخلاف اس کے رسولؐ نے اور ان لوگوں نے جو رسولؐ کے ساتھ ایمان لائے تھے اپنی جان و مال سے جہاد کیا اور اب ساری بھلائیاں انہی کے لیے ہیں اور وہی فلاح پانے والے ہیں اللہ نے ان کے لیے ایسے باغ تیار رکھے ہیں جن کے نیچے نہریں بہ رہی ہیں، ان میں وہ ہمیشہ رہیں گے یہ ہے عظیم الشان کامیابی
The basic subjects of the Surah are: The non-believers who broke their treaties, Muslims have no obligation to honor treaties with them. Muslims must protect themselves from hypocrisy, weak faith and negligence. Battle of Tabuk and its lessons.
Sections:
Proclamation that the Treaty of Hudaibiyah is cancelled.
Honor the treaties with those who honor them. Fight with those who have broken the treaty.
Mushrikin are forbidden to be the caretakers of the Masjid al-Haram.
Muslims should trust Allah, not just their numbers.
Jews and Christians also committed Shirk. Command to spend in the path of Allah. The correct number of months.
The Tabuk expedition.
Those who stayed behind and did not participate in the Battle of Tabuk, hypocrites and weak in faith.
The proper distribution of charity. Those who speak ill of the Prophet or make fun of Allah and His Book.
The hypocrite men and women.

Quran 9:124~127 (Ayah at-Taubah)

Whenever a sûrah is revealed, some of them ask ˹mockingly˺, “Which of you has this increased in faith?” As for the believers, it has increased them in faith and they rejoice. But as for those with sickness in their hearts, it has increased them only in wickedness upon their wickedness, and they die as disbelievers. Do they not see that they are tried once or twice every year? Yet they neither repent nor do they learn a lesson. Whenever a sûrah is revealed, they look at one another, ˹saying,˺ “Is anyone watching you?” Then they slip away. ˹It is˺ Allah ˹Who˺ has turned their hearts away because they are a people who do not comprehend. جب کوئی نئی سورت نازل ہوتی ہے تو ان میں سے بعض لوگ (مذاق کے طور پر مسلمانوں سے) پوچھتے ہیں کہ "کہو، تم میں سے کس کے ایمان میں اس سے اضافہ ہوا؟" (اس کا جواب یہ ہے کہ) جو لوگ ایمان لائے ہیں ان کے ایمان میں تو فی الواقع (ہر نازل ہونے والی سورت نے) اضافہ ہی کیا ہے اور وہ اس سے دلشاد ہیں البتہ جن لوگوں کے دلوں کو (نفاق کا) روگ لگا ہوا تھا اُن کی سابق نجاست پر (ہر نئی سورت نے) ایک اور نجاست کا اضافہ کر دیا اور وہ مرتے دم تک کفر ہی میں مبتلا رہے کیا یہ لوگ دیکھتے نہیں کہ ہر سال ایک دو مرتبہ یہ آزمائش میں ڈالے جاتے ہیں؟ مگر اِس پر بھی نہ توبہ کرتے ہیں نہ کوئی سبق لیتے ہیں جب کوئی سورت نازل ہوتی ہے تو یہ لوگ آنکھوں ہی آنکھوں میں ایک دوسرے سے باتیں کرتے ہیں کہ کہیں کوئی تم کو دیکھ تو نہیں رہا ہے، پھر چپکے سے نکل بھاگتے ہیں اللہ نے ان کے دل پھیر دیے ہیں کیونکہ یہ ناسمجھ لوگ ہیں

Quran 9:117~118 (Ayah at-Taubah)

Allah has certainly turned in mercy to the Prophet as well as the Emigrants and the Helpers who stood by him in the time of hardship, after the hearts of a group of them had almost faltered. He then accepted their repentance. Surely He is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to them. And ˹Allah has also turned in mercy to˺ the three who had remained behind, ˹whose guilt distressed them˺ until the earth, despite its vastness, seemed to close in on them, and their souls were torn in anguish. They knew there was no refuge from Allah except in Him. Then He turned to them in mercy so that they might repent. Surely Allah ˹alone˺ is the Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful. بےشک خدا نے پیغمبر پر مہربانی کی اور مہاجرین اور انصار پر جو باوجود اس کے کہ ان میں سے بعضوں کے دل جلد پھر جانے کو تھے۔ مشکل کی گھڑی میں پیغمبر کے ساتھ رہے۔ پھر خدا نے ان پر مہربانی فرمائی۔ بےشک وہ ان پر نہایت شفقت کرنے والا (اور) مہربان ہے اور ان تینوں پر بھی جن کا معاملہ ملتوی کیا گیا تھا۔ یہاں تک کہ جب اُنہیں زمین باوجود فراخی کے ان پر تنگ ہوگئی اور ان کے جانیں بھی ان پر دوبھر ہوگئیں۔ اور انہوں نے جان لیا کہ خدا (کے ہاتھ) سے خود اس کے سوا کوئی پناہ نہیں۔ پھر خدا نے ان پر مہربانی کی تاکہ توبہ کریں۔ بےشک خدا توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے
