Quran 21:83~84

Quranic Prayer of Job [Hazrat Ayyub [عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ]] Surah al-Anbiya` (The Prophets)
And [mention] Job [Hazrat Ayyub [عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ], when he cried to his Lord, “Great harm has afflicted me, and you are the most merciful of all merciful.” So We responded to him and removed the harm that afflicted him. And We restored his family to him and doubled their number as a mercy from Us and a reminder for God’s worshippers. Quran 21:83~84 Surah al-Anbiya` (The Prophets)
This Surah is known as al-Anbiyah [The Prophets] and is not known by any other name. Sixteen Prophets are mentioned in this Surah [directly or indirectly]: Musa, Haroon, Isa, Zakariyyah, Yahyah, Jonah, Ismail, Idris, Dhul Kifl, Ayyub, Sulayman, Lut, Ishaq, Yaqub, Ibrahim and the Prophet Muhammad.
There are 112 Ayat in this Surah.

۞ وَأَیُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥۤ أَنِّی مَسَّنِیَ ٱلضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرۡحَمُ ٱلرَّ ٰحِمِینَ فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ فَكَشَفۡنَا مَا بِهِۦ مِن ضُرࣲّۖ وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُ أَهۡلَهُۥ وَمِثۡلَهُم مَّعَهُمۡ رَحۡمَةࣰ مِّنۡ عِندِنَا وَذِكۡرَىٰ لِلۡعَـٰبِدِینَ
The basic theme of the Surah is Prophets and Prophethood as indicated by the name itself. All Prophets were human beings. They suffered at the hands of their enemies. Allah also tested them, but they always trusted Allah and lived according to His command. They were people of prayers and devotions and Allah listened to their prayers.
اور ایوب [عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ] کو (یاد کرو) جب انہوں نے اپنے پروردگار سے دعا کی کہ مجھے ایذا ہو رہی ہے اور تو سب سے بڑھ کر رحم کرنے والا ہے تو ہم نے ان کی دعا قبول کرلی اور جو ان کو تکلیف تھی وہ دور کردی اور ان کو بال بچے بھی عطا فرمائے اور اپنی مہربانی کے ساتھ اتنے ہی اور (بخشے) اور عبادت کرنے والوں کے لئے (یہ) نصیحت ہے
Sections:
The Last Messenger has come. The judgment is coming closer. All prophets were human beings.
Heaven and earth are created for a purpose. All Prophets preached Tawhid.
Every thing is created for a term. The end will come suddenly.
Allah cares for you day and night. Moses and Aaron received Allah’s message and now this blessed reminder has come to you.
Prophet Ibrahim argued against idolatry.
Allah blessed His Prophets and delivered them.
The righteous shall inherit the earth.

Quran 25:11~16

In fact, they deny the Hour. And for the deniers of the Hour, We have prepared a blazing Fire. Once it sees them from a distance, they will hear it fuming and growling. And when they are tossed into a narrow place inside ˹Hell˺, chained together, then and there they will cry out for ˹instant˺ destruction. ˹They will be told,˺ “Do not cry only once for destruction, but cry many times over!” continued…
Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Is this better or the Garden of Eternity which the righteous have been promised, as a reward and ˹an ultimate˺ destination? There they will have whatever they wish for, forever. That is a promise ˹to be sought after˺, binding on your Lord.” Quran 25:11~16, Surah al-Furqan (The Criterion)
Surah al-Furqan [The Criterion] takes its name from the first Ayat,
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي نَزَّلَ الْفُرْقَانَ عَلَىٰ عَبْدِهِ
“Blessed is He who sent down the Criterion upon His Servant…” [25:1]

بَلۡ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِٱلسَّاعَةِۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لِمَن كَذَّبَ بِٱلسَّاعَةِ سَعِیرًا إِذَا رَأَتۡهُم مِّن مَّكَانِۭ بَعِیدࣲ سَمِعُوا۟ لَهَا تَغَیُّظࣰا وَزَفِیرࣰا وَإِذَاۤ أُلۡقُوا۟ مِنۡهَا مَكَانࣰا ضَیِّقࣰا مُّقَرَّنِینَ دَعَوۡا۟ هُنَالِكَ ثُبُورࣰا لَّا تَدۡعُوا۟ ٱلۡیَوۡمَ ثُبُورࣰا وَ ٰحِدࣰا وَٱدۡعُوا۟ ثُبُورࣰا كَثِیرࣰا قُلۡ أَذَ ٰلِكَ خَیۡرٌ أَمۡ جَنَّةُ ٱلۡخُلۡدِ ٱلَّتِی وُعِدَ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَۚ كَانَتۡ لَهُمۡ جَزَاۤءࣰ وَمَصِیرࣰا لَّهُمۡ فِیهَا مَا یَشَاۤءُونَ خَـٰلِدِینَۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ وَعۡدࣰا مَّسۡءُولࣰا
The Surah answers some of the objections of the non-believers against the Qur’an and the teachings of Islam. It also presents the character of the Believers as criteria to prove the truth of Islam.
بلکہ یہ تو قیامت ہی کو جھٹلاتے ہیں اور ہم نے قیامت کے جھٹلانے والوں کے لئے دوزخ تیار کر رکھی ہے جس وقت وہ ان کو دور سے دیکھے گی (تو غضبناک ہو رہی ہوگی اور یہ) اس کے جوش (غضب) اور چیخنے چلانے کو سنیں گے اور جب یہ دوزخ کی کسی تنگ جگہ میں (زنجیروں میں) جکڑ کر ڈالے جائیں گے تو وہاں موت کو پکاریں گے آج ایک ہی موت کو نہ پکارو بہت سی موتوں کو پکارو
پوچھو کہ یہ بہتر ہے یا بہشت جاودانی جس کا پرہیزگاروں سے وعدہ ہے۔ یہ ان (کے عملوں) کا بدلہ اور رہنے کا ٹھکانہ ہوگا وہاں جو چاہیں گے ان کے لئے میسر ہوگا ہمیشہ اس میں رہیں گے۔ یہ وعدہ خدا کو (پورا کرنا) لازم ہے اور اس لائق ہے کہ مانگ لیا جائے
Sections:
Prophet Muhammad came as a Warner for the whole world. The evil of Shirk. The objections of those who denied the Prophet and his message.
The Punishment of those who deny Allah and His message.
Non-believers’ demand to see the angels or Allah. Non-believers say why the whole Qur’an was not sent down at once.
Examples of the people of Prophets Moses, Aaron, Noah and ‘Ad, Thamud and the People of al-Rass.
Examples from the natural world: shadows, night and day, winds of rain, oceans with two different types of waters, creation of human beings, creation of the heaven and earth in six days.
The character and qualities of the most faithful servants of Allah.

Quran 18:49

And the record ˹of deeds˺ will be laid ˹open˺, and you will see the wicked in fear of what is ˹written˺ in it. They will cry, “Woe to us ! What kind of record is this that does not leave any sin, small or large, unlisted?” They will find whatever they did present ˹before them˺. And your Lord will never wrong anyone. Quran 18:49 Surah al-Kahf (The Cave)
Al-Kahf (Arabic: الكهف, al-kahf; meaning: The Cave) is the 18th chapter (sūrah) of the Quran with 110 verses (āyāt).

وَوُضِعَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبُ فَتَرَى ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ مُشۡفِقِینَ مِمَّا فِیهِ وَیَقُولُونَ یَـٰوَیۡلَتَنَا مَالِ هَـٰذَا ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ لَا یُغَادِرُ صَغِیرَةࣰ وَلَا كَبِیرَةً إِلَّاۤ أَحۡصَىٰهَاۚ وَوَجَدُوا۟ مَا عَمِلُوا۟ حَاضِرࣰاۗ وَلَا یَظۡلِمُ رَبُّكَ أَحَدࣰا
There is a hadith in Sahih Muslim that states that Muhammad said (Concerning The False Messiah, Al-Masih ad-Dajjal):
“He who amongst you would survive to see him should recite over him the opening verses of Sura Kahf”
— Sahih Muslim, Book 41, Number 7015
اور (عملوں کی) کتاب (کھول کر) رکھی جائے گی تو تم گنہگاروں کو دیکھو گے کہ جو کچھ اس میں (لکھا) ہوگا اس سے ڈر رہے ہوں گے اور کہیں گے ہائے شامت یہ کیسی کتاب ہے کہ نہ چھوٹی بات کو چھوڑتی ہے نہ بڑی کو۔ (کوئی بات بھی نہیں) مگر اسے لکھ رکھا ہے۔ اور جو عمل کئے ہوں گے سب کو حاضر پائیں گے۔ اور تمہارا پروردگار کسی پر ظلم نہیں کرے گا
The Surah answers some questions that the Mushrikin of Makkah posed to the Prophet (saw). The answers came in a very clear way and also challenged them to accept the message of Islam. In this Surah we have the stories of: the People of the Cave, the man who had two gardens and was very proud of himself, Prophet Moses with a special teacher, Dhul-Qarnain a pious ruler. These stories are told to emphasize the value of faith, knowledge and patience and the relativity of time.
Sections:
The upright message of the Qur’an.
The Companions of the Cave.

Always remember Allah. Every thing depends on Allah’s will.
The parable of an ungrateful person and a grateful person.
Wealth and children are only a passing show.
Satan and his progeny they are the open enemies of human beings.

The Surah is named after the Cave which the Youth retreated to for protection, as mentioned in Ayat , “And when you have withdrawn from them and that which they worship other than Allah, retreat to the Cave…. ” [18:16]

Quran 16:53

Whatever blessings you have are from Allah. Then whenever hardship touches you, to Him ˹alone˺ you cry ˹for help˺. Quran 16:53 Surah an-Nahl (The Bee)
The Bee (Arabic: الْنَّحْل; an-naḥl) is the 16th chapter (sūrah) of the Qur’an, with 128 verses (āyāt).

وَمَا بِكُم مِّن نِّعۡمَةࣲ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِ ۖ ثُمَّ إِذَا مَسَّكُمُ ٱلضُّرُّ فَإِلَیۡهِ تَجْـَٔرُون
The Surah speaks about Allah’s creative power.
Everything in the universe points to Allah.
There is coherence and balance in Allah’s creation.
تم کو جو نعمت بھی حاصل ہے اللہ ہی کی طرف سے ہے پھر جب کوئی سخت وقت تم پر آتا ہے تو تم لوگ خود اپنی فریادیں لے کر اُسی کی طرف دوڑتے ہو
Major Issues, Divine Laws, and Guidance
Proof of Tawhid and refutation of shirk.
The mountains have been set on the earth to stabilize its balance.
Allah has sent the Prophets to warn against the unbeliever’s excuse:
“If Allah wanted we would have not worshipped anyone else.”
Allah’s promise to provide a good abode for those who migrate for His sake.
If Allah were to punish people for their wrong doings, He would not have left even an animal around them.
As water gives life to dead land so The Qur’an does to the human soul.
Allah has provided signs in the lives of the bees, birds and animals.
Allah commands to do justice, be good to others, and give to near relatives;
and He forbids indecency, wickedness, and rebellion.
Seek Allah’s protection against Shaitan before starting to recite The Qur’an.
Halal (lawful) and Haram (unlawful) are only from Allah.
Ibrahim was a nation in himself.
Call towards the Way of Allah with wisdom; advise and reason in a courteous manner.

Quran 10:22~23

He is the One Who enables you to travel through land and sea. And it so happens that you are on ships, sailing with a favourable wind, to the passengers’ delight. Suddenly, the ships are overcome by a gale wind and those on board are overwhelmed by waves from every side, and they assume they are doomed. They cry out to Allah ˹alone˺ in sincere devotion, “If You save us from this, we will certainly be grateful.” But as soon as He rescues them, they transgress in the land unjustly. O humanity! Your transgression is only against your own souls. ˹There is only˺ brief enjoyment in this worldly life, then to Us is your return, and then We will inform you of what you used to do. Quran 10:22~23 Surah Yunus (Jonah)
The surah is named after the Prophet Yunus [Jonah] and this is the only surah of the Qur’an to mention the ‘people of Yunus’ –
“Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?
When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time” (10:98)
There are 109 Ayat in this Surah.
هُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُسَیِّرُكُمۡ فِی ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِۖ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا كُنتُمۡ فِی ٱلۡفُلۡكِ وَجَرَیۡنَ بِهِم بِرِیحࣲ طَیِّبَةࣲ وَفَرِحُوا۟ بِهَا جَاۤءَتۡهَا رِیحٌ عَاصِفࣱ وَجَاۤءَهُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡجُ مِن كُلِّ مَكَانࣲ وَظَنُّوۤا۟ أَنَّهُمۡ أُحِیطَ بِهِمۡ دَعَوُا۟ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِینَ لَهُ ٱلدِّینَ لَىِٕنۡ أَنجَیۡتَنَا مِنۡ هَـٰذِهِۦ لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلشَّـٰكِرِینَ فَلَمَّاۤ أَنجَىٰهُمۡ إِذَا هُمۡ یَبۡغُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَیۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّۗ یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ إِنَّمَا بَغۡیُكُمۡ عَلَىٰۤ أَنفُسِكُمۖ مَّتَـٰعَ ٱلۡحَیَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡیَاۖ ثُمَّ إِلَیۡنَا مَرۡجِعُكُمۡ فَنُنَبِّئُكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ
The main subject of this Surah is faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter.
Those who have true faith, they worship Allah and recognize Him as their Lord and Master and live their lives in accordance to His command.
Allah sent His Messengers to remind people and to warn them.
The stories of Prophets Noah and Prophet Moses with Pharaoh are told to remind people about the consequences of unfaithfulness and arrogance.
وہی تو ہے جو تم کو جنگل اور دریا میں چلنے پھرنے اور سیر کرنے کی توفیق دیتا ہے۔ یہاں تک کہ جب تم کشتیوں میں (سوار) ہوتے اور کشتیاں پاکیزہ ہوا (کے نرم نرم جھونکوں) سے سواروں کو لے کر چلنے لگتی ہیں اور وہ ان سے خوش ہوتے ہیں تو ناگہاں زناٹے کی ہوا چل پڑتی ہے اور لہریں ہر طرف سے ان پر (جوش مارتی ہوئی) آنے لگتی ہیں اور وہ خیال کرتے ہیں کہ (اب تو) لہروں میں گھر گئے تو اس وقت خالص خدا ہی کی عبادت کرکے اس سے دعا مانگنے لگتے ہیں کہ (اے خدا) اگر تو ہم کو اس سے نجات بخشے تو ہم (تیرے) بہت ہی شکر گزار ہوں لیکن جب وہ ان کو نجات دے دیتا ہے تو ملک میں ناحق شرارت کرنے لگتے ہیں۔ لوگو! تمہاری شرارت کا وبال تمہاری ہی جانوں پر ہوگا تم دنیا کی زندگی کے فائدے اُٹھا لو۔ پھر تم کو ہمارے پاس لوٹ کر آنا ہے۔ اس وقت ہم تم کو بتائیں گے جو کچھ تم کیا کرتے تھے
Sections:
The Qur’an is the Book of wisdom, it contains signs from the All Wise.
Man’s ingratitude to Allah and His revelation.
Allah’s mercy to His creation. Allah invites to the abode of peace.
Allah’s gifts. The Qur’an is from Allah. Bring a Surah like the Qur’an if you can.
Those who disbelieve in the Qur’an shall be the losers. Every people were sent a Messenger.
The Qur’an is a mercy, blessing and a cure for the problems of humankind.
Whatever you do Allah is a Witness. The mistakes of the Mushrikin.
The story of Prophet Noah and his people. Prophet Moses and Aaron -peace be upon them all.
Allah delivered the Children of Israel from the bondage of the Pharaoh.
Allah’s mercy for the Children of Israel. Prophet Yunus and his people.
If Allah afflicts you with any loss or wants to bestow any profit on you, none can avert it. You must always follow Allah’s guidance.

Quran 32:10~12

˹Still˺ they ask ˹mockingly˺, “When we are disintegrated into the earth, will we really be raised as a new creation?” In fact, they are in denial of the meeting with their Lord. Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Your soul will be taken by the Angel of Death, who is in charge of you. Then to your Lord you will ˹all˺ be returned.” If only you could see the wicked hanging their heads ˹in shame˺ before their Lord, ˹crying:˺ “Our Lord ! We have now seen and heard, so send us back and we will do good. We truly have sure faith ˹now˺!”
Surah as-Sajdah [The Prostration] has an Ayat of prostration (32:15) [which entails an act of prostration after its recital].
There are 15 places of prostration in the Quran.
In the 15th Ayat of Surah as-Sajdah [The Prostration], there is a place of Sajdah [prostration] and this Ayat has 15 words.
There are 30 Ayat in this Surah.

وَقَالُوۤا۟ أَءِذَا ضَلَلۡنَا فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَءِنَّا لَفِی خَلۡقࣲ جَدِیدِۭۚ بَلۡ هُم بِلِقَاۤءِ رَبِّهِمۡ كَـٰفِرُونَ ۞ قُلۡ یَتَوَفَّىٰكُم مَّلَكُ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ ٱلَّذِی وُكِّلَ بِكُمۡ ثُمَّ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكُمۡ تُرۡجَعُونَ وَلَوۡ تَرَىٰۤ إِذِ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ نَاكِسُوا۟ رُءُوسِهِمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ رَبَّنَاۤ أَبۡصَرۡنَا وَسَمِعۡنَا فَٱرۡجِعۡنَا نَعۡمَلۡ صَـٰلِحًا إِنَّا مُوقِنُونَ
The Surah discusses some of the doubts and arguments of the non-believers against the principles of Tawhid, Risalah and Akhirah.
It invites human beings to think and reflect on their own selves and on the nature surrounding them.
Every thing points that there is a Wise and Powerful Creator for this universe.
He has not created all this phenomenon in vain. The creation has a purpose.
اور کہنے لگے کہ جب ہم زمین میں ملیامیٹ ہوجائیں گے تو کیا ازسرنو پیدا ہوں گے۔ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ یہ لوگ اپنے پروردگار کے سامنے جانے ہی کے قائل نہیں کہہ دو کہ موت کا فرشتہ جو تم پر مقرر کیا گیا ہے تمہاری روحیں قبض کر لیتا ہے پھر تم اپنے پروردگار کی طرف لوٹائے جاؤ گے اور تم (تعجب کرو) جب دیکھو کہ گنہگار اپنے پروردگار کے سامنے سرجھکائے ہوں گے (اور کہیں گے کہ) اے ہمارے پروردگار ہم نے دیکھ لیا اور سن لیا تو ہم کو (دنیا میں) واپس بھیج دے کہ نیک عمل کریں بیشک ہم یقین کرنے والے ہیں
Sections:
The Qur’an is from the Lord of the Worlds. Allah created this whole universe. He created human beings, but some human beings deny the resurrection.
The difference between the Believers and non-Believers.
The Mission of Prophet Moses – peace be upon him. Take lessons from the history of other nations. Signs of resurrection in nature.

Quran 38:1~3

Ṣãd. By the Quran, full of reminders ! ˹This is the truth,˺ yet the disbelievers are ˹entrenched˺ in arrogance and opposition. ˹Imagine˺ how many peoples We destroyed before them, and they cried out when it was too late to escape. Quran 38:1~3 Ṣãd (The Letter Ṣãd)
Ṣãd.
By the Quran,
full of reminders !

˹This is the truth,˺
yet the disbelievers are ˹entrenched˺ in arrogance and opposition.

˹Imagine˺ how many peoples We destroyed before them,
and they cried out when it was
too late to escape.

Quran 38:1~3
 Ṣãd (The Letter Ṣãd)
صۤۚ وَٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ ذِی ٱلذِّكۡرِ بَلِ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِی عِزَّةࣲ وَشِقَاقࣲ كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِهِم مِّن قَرۡنࣲ فَنَادَوا۟ وَّلَاتَ حِینَ مَنَاص
ص، قسم ہے نصیحت بھرے قرآن کی بلکہ یہی لوگ، جنہوں نے ماننے سے انکار کیا ہے، سخت تکبر اور ضد میں مبتلا ہیں اِن سے پہلے ہم ایسی کتنی ہی قوموں کو ہلاک کر چکے ہیں (اور جب اُن کی شامت آئی ہے) تو وہ چیخ اٹھے ہیں، مگر وہ وقت بچنے کا نہیں ہوتا
Then, in v. 6-19 it has been said that whether man is conscious of this fact or not, he in any case is moving to the destination where he will appear and stand before his Lord. At that time all human beings will divide into two parts: first those whose records will be given in their right hands: they will be forgiven without any severe reckoning; second those whose records will be given them behind their back. They will wish that they should die somehow, but they will not die; instead they will be cast into Hell. They will be met with this fate because in the world they remained lost in the misunderstanding that they would never have to appear before God to render an account of their deeds, whereas their Lord was watching whatever they were doing and there was no reason why they should escape the accountability for their deeds. Their moving gradually from the life of the world to the meting out of rewards and punishments in the Hereafter was as certain as the appearance of twilight after sunset, the coming of the night after the day, the returning of men and animals to their respective abodes at night and the growing of the crescent into full moon. In conclusion, the disbelievers who repudiate the Qur’an instead of bowing down to God when they hear it, have been forewarned of a grievous punishment and the good news of limitless rewards has been given to the believers and the righteous.

Quran 20:124~127

But whoever turns away from My Reminder will certainly have a miserable life, then We will raise them up blind on the Day of Judgment.” They will cry, “My Lord! Why have you raised me up blind, although I used to see?” Allah will respond, “It is so, just as Our revelations came to you and you neglected them, so Today you are neglected.” This is how We reward whoever transgresses and does not believe in the revelations of their Lord. And the punishment of the Hereafter is far more severe and more lasting. Quran 20:124~127 Surah Ta Ha
Surah TaHa takes its name after the disjointed letters from the first Ayat.
It has 135 ayat.

وَمَنۡ أَعۡرَضَ عَن ذِكۡرِی فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ مَعِیشَةࣰ ضَنكࣰا وَنَحۡشُرُهُۥ یَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِیَـٰمَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرۡتَنِیۤ أَعۡمَىٰ وَقَدۡ كُنتُ بَصِیرࣰا قَالَ كَذَ ٰلِكَ أَتَتۡكَ ءَایَـٰتُنَا فَنَسِیتَهَاۖ وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ ٱلۡیَوۡمَ تُنسَىٰ وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی مَنۡ أَسۡرَفَ وَلَمۡ یُؤۡمِنۢ بِءَایَـٰتِ رَبِّهِۦۚ وَلَعَذَابُ ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ أَشَدُّ وَأَبۡقَىٰۤ
The subject matter of the Surah is to assure the Prophet and his followers that the message of the Qur’an will eventually succeed. The story of Prophet Moses is mentioned in detail. Then it is mentioned how the enemies of Islam are opposing it and what will be the consequences of this opposition for them.
اور جو میری نصیحت سے منہ پھیرے گا اس کی زندگی تنگ ہوجائے گی اور قیامت کو ہم اسے اندھا کرکے اٹھائیں گے وہ کہے گا میرے پروردگار تو نے مجھے اندھا کرکے کیوں اٹھایا میں تو دیکھتا بھالتا تھا خدا فرمائے گا کہ ایسا ہی (چاہیئے تھا) تیرے پاس میری آیتیں آئیں تو تونے ان کو بھلا دیا۔ اسی طرح آج ہم تجھ کو بھلا دیں گے اور جو شخص حد سے نکل جائے اور اپنے پروردگار کی آیتوں پر ایمان نہ لائے ہم اس کو ایسا ہی بدلہ دیتے ہیں۔ اور آخرت کا عذاب بہت سخت اور بہت دیر رہنے والا ہے
Sections:
Prophet Muhammad is told not to feel distress because of the denial of the unbeleivers. Allah knows everything. Remember the story of Moses. Allah called him to the Prophethood and gave him special signs.
Prophet Moses’ prayer. Allah commanded Moses and his brother Aaron to go to Pharaoh and give him the message. Allah mentions His favors upon Moses.
Prophet Moses goes to Pharaoh. The challenge with the Egyptian magicians. The defeat of the magicians and then their conversion.
Allah saved the Children of Israel from Pharaoh. Prophet Moses goes to Sinai. Samiri misleads the Israelites and they worship the calf.
The anger of Prophet Moses. Samiri confessed his evil action and he was punished.
The Day of Judgment. No intercession will help without Allah’s permission. The opponents of the Prophet.
Devil misleads human beings. Some references to the story of Adam and Iblis.
The evil doers will be punished. Be patient and offer regular prayers.

Quran 10:12

Whenever someone is touched by hardship, they cry out to Us, whether lying on their side, sitting, or standing. But when We relieve their hardship, they return to their old ways as if they had never cried to Us to remove any hardship! This is how the misdeeds of the transgressors have been made appealing to them. (Quran 10:12)
The surah is named after the Prophet Yunus [Jonah] and this is the only surah of the Qur’an to mention the ‘people of Yunus’ –
“Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?
When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time” (10:98)

وَإِذَا مَسَّ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ ٱلضُّرُّ دَعَانَا لِجَنۢبِهِۦۤ أَوۡ قَاعِدًا أَوۡ قَاۤىِٕمࣰا فَلَمَّا كَشَفۡنَا عَنۡهُ ضُرَّهُۥ مَرَّ كَأَن لَّمۡ یَدۡعُنَاۤ إِلَىٰ ضُرࣲّ مَّسَّهُۥۚ كَذَ ٰلِكَ زُیِّنَ لِلۡمُسۡرِفِینَ مَا كَانُوا۟ یَعۡمَلُونَ
The main subject of this Surah is faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter.
Those who have true faith, they worship Allah and recognize Him as their Lord and Master and live their lives in accordance to His command.
Allah sent His Messengers to remind people and to warn them.
The stories of Prophets Noah and Prophet Moses with Pharaoh are told to remind people about the consequences of unfaithfulness and arrogance.
انسان کا حال یہ ہے کہ جب اس پر کوئی سخت وقت آتا ہے تو کھڑے اور بیٹھے اور لیٹے ہم کو پکارتا ہے، مگر جب ہم اس کی مصیبت ٹال دیتے ہیں تو ایسا چل نکلتا ہے کہ گویا اس نے کبھی اپنے کسی بُرے وقت پر ہم کو پکارا ہی نہ تھا اس طرح حد سے گزر جانے والوں کے لیے ان کے کرتوت خوشنما بنا دیے گئے ہیں
Sections:
The Qur’an is the Book of wisdom, it contains signs from the All Wise.
Man’s ingratitude to Allah and His revelation.
Allah’s mercy to His creation. Allah invites to the abode of peace.
Allah’s gifts. The Qur’an is from Allah. Bring a Surah like the Qur’an if you can.
Those who disbelieve in the Qur’an shall be the losers. Every people were sent a Messenger.
The Qur’an is a mercy, blessing and a cure for the problems of humankind.
Whatever you do Allah is a Witness. The mistakes of the Mushrikin.
The story of Prophet Noah and his people. Prophet Moses and Aaron -peace be upon them all.
Allah delivered the Children of Israel from the bondage of the Pharaoh.
Allah’s mercy for the Children of Israel. Prophet Yunus and his people.
If Allah afflicts you with any loss or wants to bestow any profit on you, none can avert it. You must always follow Allah’s guidance.

Quran 27:62~64

Or ˹ask them (the disbelievers),˺ “Who responds to the distressed when they cry to Him, relieving ˹their˺ affliction, and ˹Who˺ makes you successors in the earth? Is it another god besides Allah? Yet you are hardly mindful!” Or ˹ask them,˺ “Who guides you in the darkness of the land and sea, and sends the winds ushering in His mercy? Is it another god besides Allah? Exalted is Allah above what they associate ˹with Him˺! Or ˹ask them,˺ “Who originates the creation then resurrects it, and gives you provisions from the heavens and the earth? Is it another god besides Allah?” Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “Show ˹me˺ your proof, if what you say is true.” Quran 27:62~64
Surah Naml is named after ‘the Ant’ mentioned in (27:18).
This is the only mention of ‘the Ant’ in the whole of the Qur’an.

أَمَّن یُجِیبُ ٱلۡمُضۡطَرَّ إِذَا دَعَاهُ وَیَكۡشِفُ ٱلسُّوۤءَ وَیَجۡعَلُكُمۡ خُلَفَاۤءَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ أَءِلَـٰهࣱ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ قَلِیلࣰا مَّا تَذَكَّرُونَ أَمَّن یَهۡدِیكُمۡ فِی ظُلُمَـٰتِ ٱلۡبَرِّ وَٱلۡبَحۡرِ وَمَن یُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّیَـٰحَ بُشۡرَۢا بَیۡنَ یَدَیۡ رَحۡمَتِهِۦۤۗ أَءِلَـٰهࣱ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ تَعَـٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا یُشۡرِكُونَ أَمَّن یَبۡدَؤُا۟ ٱلۡخَلۡقَ ثُمَّ یُعِیدُهُۥ وَمَن یَرۡزُقُكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ أَءِلَـٰهࣱ مَّعَ ٱللَّهِۚ قُلۡ هَاتُوا۟ بُرۡهَـٰنَكُمۡ إِن كُنتُمۡ صَـٰدِقِینَ
The theme of the Surah is divine guidance in history.
Allah sent His Prophets to different people. Some accepted them and were guided,
while others denied them and they saw the consequences of their denial.
The Surah also contrasts between the principles of Tawhid and shirk.
کون ہے جو بے قرار کی دعا سنتا ہے جبکہ وہ اُسے پکارے اور کون اس کی تکلیف رفع کرتا ہے؟ اور (کون ہے جو) تمہیں زمین کا خلیفہ بناتا ہے؟ کیا اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی اور خدا بھی (یہ کام کرنے والا) ہے؟ تم لوگ کم ہی سوچتے ہو اور وہ کون ہے جو خشکی اور سمندر کی تاریکیوں میں تم کو راستہ دکھاتا ہے اور کون اپنی رحمت کے آگے ہواؤں کو خوشخبری لے کر بھیجتا ہے؟ کیا اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی دُوسرا خدا بھی (یہ کام کرتا) ہے؟ بہت بالا و برتر ہے اللہ اس شرک سے جو یہ لوگ کرتے ہیں اور کون ہے جو خلق کی ابتدا کرتا اور پھر اس کا اعادہ کرتا ہے؟ اور کون تم کو آسمان اور زمین سے رزق دیتا ہے؟ کیا اللہ کے ساتھ کوئی اور خدا بھی (اِن کاموں میں حصہ دار) ہے؟ کہو کہ لاؤ اپنی دلیل اگر تم سچے ہو
Sections:
The Qur’an is from the All Wise and All-knower. How did Prophet Moses received the message of Allah. Allah gave Moses many signs but Pharaoh and his people denied them.
The knowledge and power that Allah bestowed on Prophets David and Solomon. What kind of character they had.
Queen of Saba’ and her submission to Prophet Solomon.
The response of Thamud to Prophet Saleh’s message. Also the example of the people among whom Prophet Lot was sent.
The contrast between the tawhid and shirk. Allah or the so-called gods of Shirk.
The surety of Resurrection.
The coming of the Day of Judgment.
