Quran 9:117~118 (Ayah at-Taubah)

Allah has certainly turned in mercy to the Prophet as well as the Emigrants and the Helpers who stood by him in the time of hardship, after the hearts of a group of them had almost faltered. He then accepted their repentance. Surely He is Ever Gracious and Most Merciful to them. And ˹Allah has also turned in mercy to˺ the three who had remained behind, ˹whose guilt distressed them˺ until the earth, despite its vastness, seemed to close in on them, and their souls were torn in anguish. They knew there was no refuge from Allah except in Him. Then He turned to them in mercy so that they might repent. Surely Allah ˹alone˺ is the Accepter of Repentance, Most Merciful. The name of the surah, at-Taubah is derived from ت و ب and it occurs 87 times in the Quran. Interestingly, this surah has the highest usage of the words derived from ت و ب compared to all other surahs – it is used 17 times.
In Ayat 118, occurs the case of the three companions whom Allah turned to and accepted their tawbah to Him – those who had abstained from joining the Jihad at the Battle of Tabuk.

لَّقَد تَّابَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِیِّ وَٱلۡمُهَـٰجِرِینَ وَٱلۡأَنصَارِ ٱلَّذِینَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ فِی سَاعَةِ ٱلۡعُسۡرَةِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا كَادَ یَزِیغُ قُلُوبُ فَرِیقࣲ مِّنۡهُمۡ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَیۡهِمۡۚ إِنَّهُۥ بِهِمۡ رَءُوفࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ وَعَلَى ٱلثَّلَـٰثَةِ ٱلَّذِینَ خُلِّفُوا۟ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَا ضَاقَتۡ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ بِمَا رَحُبَتۡ وَضَاقَتۡ عَلَیۡهِمۡ أَنفُسُهُمۡ وَظَنُّوۤا۟ أَن لَّا مَلۡجَأَ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَّاۤ إِلَیۡهِ ثُمَّ تَابَ عَلَیۡهِمۡ لِیَتُوبُوۤا۟ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلتَّوَّابُ ٱلرَّحِیمُ
This is the only Sūrah of the Qur’ān to which ‘In the Name of God, Most Gracious Most Merciful’ is not prefixed. Though the commentators have given different reasons for this, the correct one that which has been given by Imām Razi: namely this is because the Prophet himself did not dictate it at the beginning of the Sūrah. Therefore the Companions did not prefix it and their successors followed them. This is a further proof of the fact that utmost care has been taken to keep the Qur’ān intact so that it should remain in its complete and original form.
بےشک خدا نے پیغمبر پر مہربانی کی اور مہاجرین اور انصار پر جو باوجود اس کے کہ ان میں سے بعضوں کے دل جلد پھر جانے کو تھے۔ مشکل کی گھڑی میں پیغمبر کے ساتھ رہے۔ پھر خدا نے ان پر مہربانی فرمائی۔ بےشک وہ ان پر نہایت شفقت کرنے والا (اور) مہربان ہے اور ان تینوں پر بھی جن کا معاملہ ملتوی کیا گیا تھا۔ یہاں تک کہ جب اُنہیں زمین باوجود فراخی کے ان پر تنگ ہوگئی اور ان کے جانیں بھی ان پر دوبھر ہوگئیں۔ اور انہوں نے جان لیا کہ خدا (کے ہاتھ) سے خود اس کے سوا کوئی پناہ نہیں۔ پھر خدا نے ان پر مہربانی کی تاکہ توبہ کریں۔ بےشک خدا توبہ قبول کرنے والا مہربان ہے
The basic subjects of the Surah are: The non-believers who broke their treaties, Muslims have no obligation to honor treaties with them. Muslims must protect themselves from hypocrisy, weak faith and negligence. Battle of Tabuk and its lessons.
Sections:
Proclamation that the Treaty of Hudaibiyah is cancelled.
Honor the treaties with those who honor them. Fight with those who have broken the treaty.
Mushrikin are forbidden to be the caretakers of the Masjid al-Haram.
Muslims should trust Allah, not just their numbers.
Jews and Christians also committed Shirk. Command to spend in the path of Allah. The correct number of months.
The Tabuk expedition.
Those who stayed behind and did not participate in the Battle of Tabuk, hypocrites and weak in faith.
The proper distribution of charity. Those who speak ill of the Prophet or make fun of Allah and His Book.
The hypocrite men and women.

Hadees: Musnad Ahmed 11133 (Fate of Supplications)

Abu Sa‘īd (R.A.) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No Muslim invokes Allah with a supplication that does not involve sin or severing ties of kinship, except that Allah (Most High) will grant him one of three things due to it: either His supplication will be answered swiftly, or it is stored for him (as a reward) in the afterlife, or He will avert from him an equivalent amount of harm." They said: in that case we will increase (our supplication). He (ﷺ) said: "Allah is abundant (in bounty).’” Hadees: Musnad Ahmad - 11133

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: ” مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَدْعُو بِدَعْوَةٍ لَيْسَ فِيهَا إِثْمٌ، وَلَا قَطِيعَةُ رَحِمٍ، إِلَّا أَعْطَاهُ اللهُ بِهَا إِحْدَى ثَلَاثٍ: إِمَّا أَنْ تُعَجَّلَ لَهُ دَعْوَتُهُ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَدَّخِرَهَا لَهُ فِي الْآخِرَةِ، وَإِمَّا أَنْ يَصْرِفَ عَنْهُ مِنَ السُّوءِ مِثْلَهَا ” قَالُوا: إِذًا نُكْثِرُ، قَالَ: ” اللهُ أَكْثَرُ
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ مروی ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو مسلمان کوئی ایسی دعاء کرے جس میں گناہ یا قطع رحمی کا کوئی پہلو نہ ہو، اللہ اسے تین میں سے کوئی ایک چیز ضرور عطاء فرماتے ہیں، یا تو فوراً ہی اس کی دعاء قبول کرلی جاتی ہے، یا آخرت کے لئے ذخیرہ کرلی جاتی ہے، یا اس سے اس جیسی کوئی تکلیف دور کردی جاتی ہے، صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا اس طرح تو پھر ہم بہت کثرت کریں گے؟ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا اللہ اس سے بھی زیادہ کثرت والا ہے

Quran 10:84~86

Moses (Prophet Musa عَلَيْهِ ٱلسَّلَامُ ) said, “O my people ! If you do believe in Allah and submit ˹to His Will˺, then put your trust in Him.” They replied, “In Allah we trust. Our Lord ! Do not subject us to the persecution of the oppressive people, and deliver us by Your mercy from the disbelieving people.” Quran 10:84~86 Surah Yunus (Jonah)
The surah is named after the Prophet Yunus [Jonah] and this is the only surah of the Qur’an to mention the ‘people of Yunus’ –
“Then has there not been a [single] city that believed so its faith benefited it except the people of Jonah?
When they believed, We removed from them the punishment of disgrace in worldly life and gave them enjoyment for a time” (10:98)

وَقَالَ مُوسَىٰ یَـٰقَوۡمِ إِن كُنتُمۡ ءَامَنتُم بِٱللَّهِ فَعَلَیۡهِ تَوَكَّلُوۤا۟ إِن كُنتُم مُّسۡلِمِینَ فَقَالُوا۟ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَا رَبَّنَا لَا تَجۡعَلۡنَا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِینَ وَنَجِّنَا بِرَحۡمَتِكَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَـٰفِرِینَ
The main subject of this Surah is faith in Allah and belief in the Hereafter. Those who have true faith, they worship Allah and recognize Him as their Lord and Master and live their lives in accordance to His command. Allah sent His Messengers to remind people and to warn them. The stories of Prophets Noah and Prophet Moses with Pharaoh are told to remind people about the consequences of unfaithfulness and arrogance.
اور موسیٰ نے کہا کہ بھائیو! اگر تم خدا پر ایمان لائے ہو تو اگر (دل سے) فرمانبردار ہو تو اسی پر بھروسہ رکھو تو وہ بولے کہ ہم خدا ہی پر بھروسہ رکھتے ہیں۔ اے ہمارے پروردگار ہم کو ظالم لوگوں کے ہاتھ سے آزمائش میں نہ ڈال اور اپنی رحمت سے قوم کفار سے نجات بخش
Sections:
The Qur’an is the Book of wisdom, it contains signs from the All Wise.
Man’s ingratitude to Allah and His revelation.
Allah’s mercy to His creation. Allah invites to the abode of peace.
Allah’s gifts. The Qur’an is from Allah. Bring a Surah like the Qur’an if you can.
Those who disbelieve in the Qur’an shall be the losers. Every people were sent a Messenger.
The Qur’an is a mercy, blessing and a cure for the problems of humankind.
Whatever you do Allah is a Witness. The mistakes of the Mushrikin.
The story of Prophet Noah and his people. Prophet Moses and Aaron -peace be upon them all.
Allah delivered the Children of Israel from the bondage of the Pharaoh.
Allah’s mercy for the Children of Israel. Prophet Yunus and his people.
If Allah afflicts you with any loss or wants to bestow any profit on you, none can avert it. You must always follow Allah’s guidance.

Quran 18:10 (Supplication of the People of the Cave)

˹Remember˺ when those youths (People of the Cave) took refuge in the cave, and said, “Our Lord! Grant us mercy from Yourself and guide us rightly through our ordeal.” Quran 18:10 Surah al-Kahf (The Cave)
Al-Kahf (Arabic: الكهف, al-kahf; meaning: The Cave) is the 18th chapter (sūrah) of the Quran with 110 verses (āyāt).

إِذۡ أَوَى ٱلۡفِتۡیَةُ إِلَى ٱلۡكَهۡفِ فَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَاۤ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحۡمَةࣰ وَهَیِّئۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَمۡرِنَا رَشَدࣰا
The Surah answers some questions that the Mushrikin of Makkah posed to the Prophet (saw). The answers came in a very clear way and also challenged them to accept the message of Islam. In this Surah we have the stories of: the People of the Cave, the man who had two gardens and was very proud of himself, Prophet Moses with a special teacher, Dhul-Qarnain a pious ruler. These stories are told to emphasize the value of faith, knowledge and patience and the relativity of time.
جب وہ چند نوجوان غار میں پناہ گزیں ہوئے اور انہوں نے کہا کہ "اے پروردگار، ہم کو اپنی رحمت خاص سے نواز اور ہمارا معاملہ درست کر دے،"

Quran 30:48~50

It is Allah Who sends the winds, which then stir up ˹vapour, forming˺ clouds, which He then spreads out in the sky or piles up into masses as He wills, from which you see rain come forth. Then as soon as He causes it to fall on whoever He wills of His servants, they rejoice, although they had utterly lost hope just before it was sent down to them. See then the impact of Allah’s mercy: how He gives life to the earth after its death! Surely That ˹same God˺ can raise the dead. For He is Most Capable of everything. Quran 30:48~50 Surah ar-Rum (The Romans)
30th chapter of the Quran, consists of 60 versesThis Surah is named after the ‘Romans’ –
The word ‘Roman’ is mentioned only in this Surah in the Qur’an.
There are 60 Ayat in this Surah.
ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی یُرۡسِلُ ٱلرِّیَـٰحَ فَتُثِیرُ سَحَابࣰا فَیَبۡسُطُهُۥ فِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ كَیۡفَ یَشَاۤءُ وَیَجۡعَلُهُۥ كِسَفࣰا فَتَرَى ٱلۡوَدۡقَ یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ خِلَـٰلِهِۦۖ فَإِذَاۤ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن یَشَاۤءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۤ إِذَا هُمۡ یَسۡتَبۡشِرُونَ وَإِن كَانُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن یُنَزَّلَ عَلَیۡهِم مِّن قَبۡلِهِۦ لَمُبۡلِسِینَ فَٱنظُرۡ إِلَىٰۤ ءَاثَـٰرِ رَحۡمَتِ ٱللَّهِ كَیۡفَ یُحۡیِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاۤۚ إِنَّ ذَ ٰلِكَ لَمُحۡیِ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرࣱ
The Surah reminds us that Allah is in control of everything. Those who are short sighted they see only what is apparent but they do not realize that there is a Creator and Master of this whole universe and it is He who is governing everything.
Final decision is in Allah’s hand. The Akhirah will take place and the truth will prevail.
خدا ہی تو ہے جو ہواؤں کو چلاتا ہے تو وہ بادل کو اُبھارتی ہیں۔ پھر خدا اس کو جس طرح چاہتا ہے آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا اور تہ بتہ کر دیتا ہے پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ اس کے بیچ میں سے مینھہ نکلنے لگتا ہے پھر جب وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے اُسے برسا دیتا ہے تو وہ خوش ہو جاتے ہیں اور بیشتر تو وہ مینھہ کے اُترنے سے پہلے نااُمید ہو رہے تھے تو (اے دیکھنے والے) خدا کی رحمت کی نشانیوں کی طرف دیکھ کہ وہ کس طرح زمین کو اس کے مرنے کے بعد زندہ کرتا ہے۔ بیشک وہ مردوں کو زندہ کرنے والا ہے۔ اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے
Sections:
The defeat of the Romans and then later their victory is foretold.
Creation and Resurrection belong to Allah. Glorify Allah at different times of the day.
The signs of Allah in nature.
The true religion corresponds and enhances the nature. Teachings of the religion of nature: tawhid, care of the family and relatives, economic justice and charity.
Corruption caused by human beings. Evidence of corruption in history. Evidence of resurrection in nature.
The Day of Resurrection.

Quran 7:55(partial) & 56 (partial)

Call upon your Lord humbly and secretly. Quran 7:55 (Partial) And call upon Him with hope and fear. Allah’s mercy is always close to the good-doers. Quran 7:56 (partial) Surah al-A`raf (The Elevated Places) (7th Chapter of the Quran)
The Surah is named after the story of the men ,
awaiting on the “Elevations” between Paradise and Hell.
It comprises of 206 Ayat.

ٱدۡعُوا۟ رَبَّكُمۡ تَضَرُّعࣰا وَخُفۡیَةًۚ وَٱدۡعُوهُ خَوۡفࣰا وَطَمَعًاۚ إِنَّ رَحۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِیبࣱ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِینَ
The basic theme of this Surah is Risalah, i.e. Allah’s message as it was sent through many messengers. Several Prophets and parts of their stories are mentioned to emphasize Prophets’ mission and their struggle with their people.
The Surah tells us that Allah’s Prophets suffered for the cause of truth.
Their enemies tried to harm them, but then Allah helped his prophets and defeated their enemies.
The Surah emphasizes that the true message must be presented under all circumstances.
After the Prophets it is the duty of the Believers to convey the message of Allah to all people.
(لوگو) اپنے پروردگار سے عاجزی سے اور چپکے چپکے دعائیں مانگا کرو۔ اور خدا سے خوف کرتے ہوئے اور امید رکھ کر دعائیں مانگتے رہنا۔ کچھ شک نہیں کہ خدا کی رحمت نیکی کرنے والوں سے قریب ہے
Sections:
The Qur’an is revealed to remind the believers and to warn humankind about the consequences of their actions.
The judgment will indeed take place.
The story of Man’s creation and Satan’s opposition to Man.
Warning to the Children of Adam to be aware of Satan’s plots.
Allah’s messengers came to guide people.
The end of those who denied the message and those who accepted the message.
Cries of the wicked in the hellfire.
The righteous will prosper.
Some lessons from the story of Prophet Noah – peace be upon him.
Some lessons from the story of Prophet Hud- peace be upon him.
Some lessons from the story of Prophets Salih and Lot – peace be upon them.
Some lessons from the story of Prophet Shu’aib – peace be upon him.
Warnings against those who deny the Prophets and Messengers of Allah.
Prophet Moses -peace be upon him- and his encounter with Pharaoh of Egypt.
Pharaoh and his magicians were defeated.
Pharaoh continued in his persecution of the Israelites.
Some more signs were shown to Pharaoh and his people.
The Torah was given to Prophet Moses- peace be upon him.
Some Israelites started Calf worship.
The Torah and Injil speak about the coming of Prophet Muhammad (saw). Allah’s promise for those who will follow the last Prophet.
Prophet Muhammad is the Universal Prophet. Some among the people of Prophet Moses were guided by the truth and lived with justice.
Some Israelites transgressed Allah’s laws and they suffered the consequences.
The eternal covenant of Allah was taken from all human beings.
The coming of the Last Hour
Shirk has no logic. Ignore the wrongdoers, but invite to Allah with
