Istaghfar Hadees

“O Allah, you are my Lord. There is no god but You. You created me. And I am your servant. And I stand by your covenant and promise. I seek refuge in You, according to my power, from my iniquities. And I confess your blessings and confess my sins. So forgive me my sins. اَلّلهُمَّ أنْتَ رَبِّيْ لَا اِلهَ اِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِيْ وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ اَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِيْ فَاغْفِرْ لِيْ ذُنُوْبِىْ فَإِنَّه لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوْبَ إلَّا أَنْتَ

اے اللہ تو میرا رب ہے۔ تیرے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں۔ تو نے ہی مجھے پیدا کیا۔ اور میں تیرا بندہ ہوں۔ اور میں تیرے عہد اور وعدے پر قائم ہوں۔ اپنی طاقت کے موافق میں تیری پناہ مانگتا ہوں، اپنی بدکاریوں سے۔ اور تیری نعمتوں کا اقرار کرتا ہوں اور اپنے گناہوں کا اقرار کرتا ہوں۔ تو میرے گناہ بخش دے۔ پس تیرے سوا کوئی گناہ نہیں بخشتا۔

In a hadith from Sahih al Bukhari, Kitab al Da’wat, Hazrat Shaddad ibn Aus (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) said: “Whoever makes this dua during the day with firm belief in it and dies on the same day (before the evening) he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah (Paradise); and whoever makes this dua during the night with firm belief in it and dies before the morning, he will be one of the dwellers of Jannah (Paradise).”

Whoever makes it a habit to recite Sayyidul Istighfar once a day, if possible, recites it once after every prayer, then Allah (SWT) will forgive all his sins.
One who recites Sayyidul istighfar, his heart inclined towards good deeds, his heart will be pleased with the worship of Allah.
Allah will bestow him with peace of heart and mind.
Recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar frequently after true repentance before Allah is proof of forgiveness of sins.

Hadees: Bukhari – 52 (The Book of Faith)

Narrated An-Nu'man bin Bashir:I heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saying, 'Both legal and illegal things are evident but in between them there are doubtful (suspicious) things and most of the people have no knowledge about them. So whoever saves himself from these suspicious things saves his religion and his honor. And whoever indulges in these suspicious things is like a shepherd who grazes (his animals) near the Hima (private pasture) of someone else and at any moment he is liable to get in it. (O people!) Beware! Every king has a Hima and the Hima of Allah on the earth is His illegal (forbidden) things.Beware! There is a piece of flesh in the body if it becomes good (reformed) the whole body becomes good but if it gets spoilt the whole body gets spoiltand that is the heart.Hadees: Bukhari 52The Book Of Belief (Faith)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ ، يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ
‏ الْحَلاَلُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ،
وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ ل
اَ يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ،

فَمَنِ اتَّقَى
الْمُشَبَّهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِيِنِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ،
وَمَنْ وَقَعَ فِي الشُّبُهَاتِ
كَرَاعٍ يَرْعَى حَوْلَ الْحِمَى،
يُوشِكُ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهُ‏.‏

أَلاَ وَإِنَّ لِكُلِّ مَلِكٍ حِمًى،
أَلاَ إِنَّ حِمَى اللَّهِ فِي أَرْضِهِ مَحَارِمُهُ،
أَلاَ وَإِنَّ فِي الْجَسَدِ مُضْغَةً
إِذَا صَلَحَتْ صَلَحَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ،
وَإِذَا فَسَدَتْ فَسَدَ الْجَسَدُ كُلُّهُ‏.‏
أَلاَ وَهِيَ الْقَلْبُ ‏"

نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا، وہ کہتے تھے میں نے
نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا

آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے تھے

حلال کھلا ہوا ہے

اور حرام بھی کھلا ہوا ہے

اور ان دونوں کے درمیان بعض چیزیں شبہ کی ہیں

جن کو بہت لوگ نہیں جانتے
( کہ حلال ہیں یا حرام )

پھر جو کوئی
شبہ کی چیزوں سے بھی بچ گیا
اس نے اپنے دین اور عزت
کو بچا لیا
اور جو کوئی
ان شبہ کی چیزوں میں پڑ گیا
اس کی مثال اس چرواہے کی ہے
جو ( شاہی محفوظ ) چراگاہ کے آس پاس اپنے جانوروں کو چرائے۔

وہ قریب ہے کہ کبھی اس چراگاہ کے اندر گھس جائے
( اور شاہی مجرم قرار پائے )

سن لو
ہر بادشاہ کی ایک چراگاہ ہوتی ہے۔

اللہ کی چراگاہ اس کی زمین پر حرام چیزیں ہیں۔

( پس ان سے بچو اور )
سن لو

بدن میں ایک گوشت کا ٹکڑا ہے

جب وہ درست ہو گا
سارا بدن درست ہو گا
اور
جہاں بگڑا سارا بدن بگڑ گیا۔

سن لو
وہ ٹکڑا آدمی کا دل ہے۔
