Hadees: Sahih Muslim 2720

Abu Hurairah (R.A.)) reported:The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say: "O Allah, make my religion easy for me by virtue of which my affairs are protected,set right for me my world where my life exists, make good for me my Hereafter which is my resort to which I have to return, and make my life prone to perform all types of good,and make death a comfort for me from every evil."Hadees: Muslim 2720, Riyad as-Salihin 1472

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ
كَانَ رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يقول‏:‏
"‏اللهم أصلح لي ديني
الذي هو عصمة أمري، وأصلح لي دنياي
التي فيها معاشي،
وأصلح لي آخرتي
التي فيها معادي،
واجعل الحياة زيادة
لي في كل خير،
واجعل الموت راحة
لي من كل شر‏“
‏‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)

اے اللہ
میرے دین کو میرے لیے
آسان کر دے
جس سے میرے
معاملات کی حفاظت ہو،
میرے لیے میری دنیا درست
کر دے جہاں میری زندگی ہے،
میرے لیے میری آخرت
سنوار دے جس میں
مجھے لوٹ کر جانا ہے،
اور
میری زندگی کو ہر قسم کی بھلائی کے لیے آسان کر دے، اور
موت کو میرے لیے
ہر برائی سے راحت بنا۔

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) ‌‌as saying:He who recites in the morning & in the evening (these words): Hallowed be Allah and all praise is due to Him one hundred times, he would not bring on the Day of Resurrection anything excellent than this except one who utters these words or utters more than these words. حَدَّثَنِي ٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
مَنْ قَالَ
حِينَ يُصْبِحُ وَحِينَ يُمْسِي

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ

مِائَةَ مَرَّةٍ لَمْ يَأْتِ
أَحَدٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
بِأَفْضَلَ مِمَّا جَاءَ بِهِ
إِلَّا أَحَدٌ قَالَ مِثْلَ
مَا قَالَ أَوْ زَادَ عَلَيْهِ

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے ، کہا :

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا :

کوئی شخص جب
صبح کرے اور جب شام کرے
تو سو بار
" سبحان الله وبحمده "
کہے
تو قیامت کے روز
کوئی شخص اس سے بہتر
عمل لے کر نہیں آئے گا ،
سوائے اس کے جو اتنی بار
( یہ کلمات ) کہے یا
اس سے زیادہ بار کہے ۔ "

Nawwas b. Sam'an al-Ansari (R.A.) reported: I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) about virtue and vice. حَدَّثَنَا، عَنْ النَّوَّاسِ بْنِ سِمْعَانَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ:

قَالَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ (ﷺ) عَنْ الْبِرِّ وَالْإِثْمِ

فَقَالَ (ﷺ)
الْبِرُّ حُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ وَالْإِثْمُ
مَا حَاكَ فِي صَدْرِكَ وَكَرِهْتَ
أَنْ يَطَّلِعَ عَلَيْهِ النَّاسُ

نواس بن سمعان انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ
نے حدیث بیان کی ، کہا :
کہا :
میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
سے نیکی اور گناہ کے
بارے میں سوال کیا

آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا:

" نیکی اچھا خلق ہے ،
اور گناہ وہ ہے
جو تمہارے دل میں کھٹکے
اور تم ناپسند کرو کہ
لوگوں کو اس کا پتہ چلے ۔ "

Hadees: Muslim 1338

Mughira b. Shu'ba wrote to Mu'awiya(R.A.):When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished the prayer and pronounced salutation he uttered (this supplication):" There is no god but Allah. He is alone, Who has no partner.To Him belongs the sovereignty and to Him praise is due and He is Potent over every thing. O Allah, there is none who can withhold what You give,and none may give what You have withheld,and the might of the mighty person cannot benefit him against You.Hadees: Muslim 1338/1342 (Bukhari 1/255)ahmad:18233 Chapter: Mosques And Places Of Prayer

حَدَّثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
كَانَ إِذَا فَرَغَ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ

"‏لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ
وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ
لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ
وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

اللَّهُمَّ
لاَ مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ
وَلاَ مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ
وَلاَ يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ ‏"

حضرت معاویہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ نےمغیرہ ‌ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌
کو خط لکھا کہ مجھے کوئی ایسی چیز لکھ بھیجیں
جو آپ نے رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنی ہو ،
تو انھوں نے لکھ بھیجا کہ میں نے
رسول اللہ ﷺ سے سنا ،
جب آپ نماز ختم کر لیتے تو فرماتے :
لاإله إلا الله وحده لاشريك له ، له مالملك ولاه الحمد ،
وهو علي كل شيء قدير ، اللهم لا مانع لما أعطيت
ولا معطي لما منعت ولا ينفع ذالجد منك الجد ’’
اللہ کے سوا کوئی عبادت کے لائق نہیں ، وہ اکیلا اور یکتا ہے ،
اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں ،
حکومت اور فرمانروائی اسی کی ہے ، وہی شکرو ستائش کا حقدار ہے
اور وہی ہر چیز پر قدرت رکھنے والا ہے ۔
اے اللہ !
جو کچھ تو کسی کو دینا چاہے
اسے کوئی روک سکنے والا نہیں
اور تیرے سامنے کسی شان والے کو
اس کی شان کوئی فائدہ نہیں دے سکتی ۔ ‘

Hadees: Muslim 2186

Abu Sa'id reported that Gabriel came to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and said:Muhammad (ﷺ) , have you fallen ill ? Thereupon he (ﷺ) said: Yes. He (Gabriel) said: "In the name of Allah I exorcise you from everything and safeguard you from every evil that may harm you and from the eye of a jealous one. حَدَّثَنَا، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنَّ جِبْرِيلَ،
أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم

فَقَالَ
يَا مُحَمَّدُ اشْتَكَيْتَ

فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ نَعَمْ ‏"‏

قَالَ
بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ
مِنْ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ
مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ نَفْسٍ
أَوْ عَيْنِ حَاسِدٍ
اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ
بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ ‏.

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے روایت کی کہ جبرائیل علیہ السلام
نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس آئے اور کہا:

اے محمد! کیا آپ بیمار ہوگئے ہیں؟

آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ’’ہاں۔‘‘

حضرت جبرائیل علیہ السلام نے یہ کلمات کہے:

’’میں اللہ کے نام سے
آپ کو دم کرتا ہوں،
ہر چیز سے (حفاظت کے لئے) جو آپ کو تکلیف دے،
ہر نفس اور ہر حسد کرنے والی آنکھ کے شر سے،
اللہ آپ کو شفا دے،
میں اللہ کے نام سے
آ پ کو دم کر تا ہوں۔‘‘

Hadees: Muslim 596

Ibn 'Abbas reported that he spent a night at the house of the Messenger of Allah(ﷺ) The Apostle of Allah (ﷺ) got up for prayer in the latter part of the night. He went out and looked towards the sky and then recited this verse (190th) of AI-i-'Imran: Verily in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of night and day. up to the (words) save us from the torment of Hell. He then returned to his house, used the tooth-stick, performed the ablution, and then got up and offered the prayer. He than lay down on the bed. and again got up and went out and looked towards the sky and recited this verse (mentioned above), then returned, used the tooth-stick, performed ablution and again offered the prayer. Hadees: Muslim 596The Book Of Purification

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alternation of the day and night there are signs for people of reason.˹They are˺ those who remember Allah while standing, sitting, and lying on their sides, and reflect on the creation of the heavens and the earth ˹and pray˺, “Our Lord! You have not created ˹all of˺ this without purpose. Glory be to You! Protect us from the torment of the Fire.Quran 3:190~191Surah al-Imran (The Family of Imran)

Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and the earth; the alternation of the day and the night; the ships that sail the sea for the benefit of humanity; the rain sent down by Allah from the skies, reviving the earth after its death; the scattering of all kinds of creatures throughout; the shifting of the winds; and the clouds drifting between the heavens and the earth—˹in all of this˺ are surely signs for people of understanding.Quran 2:164Surah al-Baqarah (The Cow)

أَنَّ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ بَاتَ عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَاتَ لَيْلَةٍ
فَقَامَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
مِنْ آخِرِ اللَّيْلِ،
فَخَرَجَ فَنَظَرَ فِي السَّمَاءِ،
ثُمَّ تَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ فِي آلِ عِمْرَانَ {إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ} [البقرة: 164]
حَتَّى بَلَغَ {فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ} [آل عمران: 191]
ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى الْبَيْتِ فَتَسَوَّكَ وَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ اضْطَجَعَ ثُمَّ قَامَ، فَخَرَجَ فَنَظَرَ إِلَى السَّمَاءِ فَتَلَا هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَتَسَوَّكَ فَتَوَضَّأَ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى

إِنَّ فِی خَلۡقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱخۡتِلَـٰفِ ٱلَّیۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ
وَٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلَّتِی تَجۡرِی فِی ٱلۡبَحۡرِ
بِمَا یَنفَعُ ٱلنَّاسَ
وَمَاۤ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ مِن مَّاۤءࣲ
فَأَحۡیَا بِهِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَا
وَبَثَّ فِیهَا مِن كُلِّ دَاۤبَّةࣲ
وَتَصۡرِیفِ ٱلرِّیَـٰحِ
وَٱلسَّحَابِ ٱلۡمُسَخَّرِ بَیۡنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ لَءَایَـٰتࣲ لِّقَوۡمࣲ یَعۡقِلُونَ

إِنَّ فِی خَلۡقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَٱخۡتِلَـٰفِ ٱلَّیۡلِ وَٱلنَّهَارِ
لَءَایَـٰتࣲ لِّأُو۟لِی ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ

ٱلَّذِینَ یَذۡكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ قِیَـٰمࣰا
وَقُعُودࣰا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمۡ وَیَتَفَكَّرُونَ
فِی خَلۡقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ
رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقۡتَ هَـٰذَا بَـٰطِلࣰا سُبۡحَـٰنَكَ
فَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

حضرت ابن عباس ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌ ‌ نے
ایک رات اللہ کے نبی ﷺ کے ہاں گزاری ۔
اللہ کے نبی ﷺ رات کے آخری حصے میں اٹھے، باہر نکلے اور آسمان پر نظر ڈالی پھر
سورہ آل عمران کی آیت :
﴿إِنَّ فِي خَلْقِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافِ اللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ﴾تلاوت کی اور﴿فَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ﴾تک پہنچے

پھر گھر لوٹے اور اچھی طرح مسواک کی اور وضو فرمایا ،
پھر کھڑے ہوئے اور نماز پڑھی ، پھر لیٹ گئے ، پھر کھڑے ہوئے ، باہر آسمان کی طرف دیکھا ، پھر ( دوبارہ ) یہ آیت پڑھی ،
پھر واپس آئے ، مسواک کی اور وضو فرمایا ، پھر کھڑے ہوئے اور نماز پڑھی ۔

جو اٹھتے، بیٹھتے اور لیٹتے،
ہر حال میں خدا کو یاد کرتے ہیں اور آسمان و زمین کی ساخت
میں غور و فکر کرتے ہیں
(وہ بے اختیار بو ل اٹھتے ہیں) "پروردگار!
یہ سب کچھ تو نے فضول
اور بے مقصد نہیں بنایا ہے،
تو پاک ہے اس سے کہ
عبث کام کرے
پس اے رب!
ہمیں دوزخ کے عذاب سے بچا لے

(اِس حقیقت کو پہچاننے کے لیے
اگر کوئی نشانی اور علامت درکا رہے تو)
جو لوگ عقل سے کام لیتے ہیں اُن کے لیے آسمانوں اور زمین کی ساخت میں،
رات اور دن کے پیہم ایک دوسرے کے بعد آنے میں، اُن کشتیوں میں جوا نسان کے نفع کی چیزیں لیے ہوئے دریاؤں اور سمندروں میں چلتی پھرتی ہیں،
بارش کے اُس پانی میں جسے اللہ اوپر سے برساتا ہے پھر اس کے ذریعے سے زمین کو زندگی بخشتا ہے
اور اپنے اِسی انتظام کی بدولت زمین میں ہر قسم کی جان دار مخلوق پھیلاتا ہے،
ہواؤں کی گردش میں، اور اُن بادلوں میں جو آسمان اور زمین کے درمیان تابع فرمان بنا کر رکھے گئے ہیں،
بے شمار نشانیاں ہیں

'Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported:When the Prophet (ﷺ) visited any ailing member of his family, he would touch the sick person with his right hand and would supplicate: O Allah! the Rubb of mankind! Remove this disease and cure (him or her)! You are the Great Curer. There is no cure but through You, which leaves behind no disease.""Allahumma Rabban-nasi, adhhibil-ba'sa, washfi, Antash-Shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uka, shifaan la yughadiru saqamanHadees: Bukhari 5675 &Muslim 2191 & Riyad as-Salihin 902The Book of Visiting the Sick

وعنها أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
كان يعود بعض أهله يمسح بيده اليمني ويقول‏:‏
‏"‏اللهم رب الناس، أذهب البأس،
واشف، أنت الشافي لا شفاء إلا شفاؤك، شفاءً لا يغادر سقماً”
‏(‏متفق عليه‏)

اے اللہ،
اے لوگوں کے پروردگار،
اے پریشانی کو
دورکرنے والے!

تو شفا عطا فرما،
تو ہی شفا دینے والا ہے،
تیرے سوا کوئی شفا
دینے والا نہیں ہے،

ایسی شفا جو
بیماری کو باقی نہ چھوڑے

Hadees: Muslim 720

Abu Dharr (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,"When you get up in the morning, charity is due from every one of your joints. There is charity in every ascription of glory to Allah; (Subhan Allah)there is charity in every declaration of His Greatness; (Allahu Akbar)there is charity in every utterance of praise of Him; (Al-hamdu lillah)there is charity in every declaration that He is the only true God (worthy of worship); (La ilaha illallah)there is charity in enjoining good; there is charity in forbidding evil. Two Rak'ah of Duha (Forenoon prayer) is equal to all this (in reward)".Hadees: Muslim 720Riyad as-Salihin 118

The Duha prayer (Arabic: صَلَاة الضحى, Ṣalāt aḍ-Ḍuḥā) is the voluntary Islamic prayer between the obligatory Islamic prayers of Fajr and Dhuhr. The time for this prayer begins when the sun has risen to the height of a spear, which is fifteen or twenty minutes after sunrise until just before the sun passes its zenith (after which the time for the dhuhr prayer begins). When prayed at the beginning of its time it is called Ishraaq prayer. Salat al Duha is done to forgive sins and as a form of charity. It is also known in Urdu as Namāz-e-Chāsht (نماز چاشت)It can be prayed either for four raka'at or until six raka'at. حَدَّثَنَا ِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ،
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ :‏

‏"‏ يصبح على كل سلامى من أحدكم صدقة،
فكل تسبيحة صدقة،
وكل تحميدة صدقة،
وكل تهليلة صدقة،
وكل تكبيرة صدقة،

وأمر بالمعروف صدقة،
ونهى عن المنكر صدقة،

ويجزيء من ذلك ركعتان يركعهما من الضحى‏“
‏
‏‏‏(‏رواه مسلم)

(سُبْحَا نَ اللهِ)
(اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ)
(لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا الله)
(اَللهُ اَكْبَر)

حضرت ابو ذر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے
نبی کریم ﷺ سے روایت کیا کہ
آپﷺ نے فرمایا:

’’صبح کو تم میں سے ہر ایک شخص کے
ہر جوڑ پر ایک صدقہ ہوتا ہے۔
پس ہر ایک تَسْبِیْح ایک دفعہ
(سُبْحَا نَ اللهِ) کہنا صدقہ ہے۔
ہر ایک تَحْمِیْد (اَلْحَمْدُ لِلّٰهِ) کہنا صدقہ ہے،
ہر ایک تَہْلِیْل (لَااِلٰهَ اِلَّا الله) کہنا صدقہ ہے
ہر ایک تکبیر (اَللهُ اَكْبَر) کہنا بھی صدقہ ہے۔

(کسی کو) نیکی کی تلقین کرنا صدقہ ہے
اور (کسی کو) برائی سے روکنا
بھی صدقہ ہے۔

اور ان تمام امور کی جگہ دو رکعتیں
جو انسان چاشت کے وقت پڑھتا ہے
کفایت کرتی ہیں۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ

مَا يَسُرُّنِي
أَنَّ لِي أُحُدًا ذَهَبًا
تَأْتِي عَلَيَّ ثَالِثَةٌ
وَعِنْدِي مِنْهُ دِينَارٌ
إِلَّا دِينَارٌ
أَرْصُدُهُ لِدَيْنٍ عَلَيَّ

حضرت ابوہریرۃ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ

نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم
نے فرمایا :

”مجھے یہ آرزو نہیں کہ یہ احد کا پہاڑ میرے لئے سونا ہو جائے اور
تین دن سے زیادہ میرے پاس ایک دینار بھی باقی رہے
مگر
وہ دینار کہ وہ اپنے کسی
قرض خواہ کو دینے کے لئے اٹھا رکھوں۔“

Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath.Hadees: Muslim 2188 (5427), Ibn-e-Majah 3506The Book of Greetings

وَحَدَّثَنَا، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ،

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ

" الْعَيْنُ حَقٌّ
وَلَوْ كَانَ شَىْءٌ
سَابَقَ الْقَدَرَ
سَبَقَتْهُ الْعَيْنُ

وَإِذَا اسْتُغْسِلْتُمْ فَاغْسِلُوا "

حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے
نبی کریم ﷺ سے روایت کی کہ
آپﷺ نے فرمایا:

’’نظر حق (ثابت شدہ بات) ہے،

اگر کوئی ایسی چیز ہوتی
جو تقدیر پر سبقت لے جاسکتی

تو نظرسبقت ہے جاتی۔

اور جب (نظر بد کے علاج کےلیے)
تم سے غسل کرنے کے لئے کہا جائے
تو غسل کرلو۔‘‘
