Hadees: Bukhari 2079 (Bargains)

Narrated Hakim bin Hizam: Allah's Apostle (ﷺ) said, The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost.Hadees: Bukhari 2079The Book Of Sales (Bargains)

حَدَّثَنَا، عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ :

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :

الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ،
أَوْ قَالَ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا ،
فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا ،
بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا ،
وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا ،
مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا.

حکیم بن حزام رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ
رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا،

خریدنے اور بیچنے والوں کو اس وقت تک اختیار ( بیع ختم کر دینے کا ) ہے جب تک دونوں جدا نہ ہوں
یا آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے
( «ما لم يتفرقا» کے بجائے )
«حتى يتفرقا» فرمایا۔
( نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مزید ارشاد فرمایا )
پس اگر دونوں نے سچائی سے کام لیا اور ہر بات صاف صاف کھول دی
تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوتی ہے
لیکن اگر کوئی بات چھپا رکھی
یا جھوٹ کہی تو
ان کی برکت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے۔

Hadees: Abu-Dawood 1545

Abdullah bin Umar said that one of the supplications of the Messengerصلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم of Allah was: O Allah, I seek refuge in You that Your blessings are lifted, and Your protection (of me) is changed, and in the suddenness of Your punishment, and from all Your anger.Hadees : Abu Dawood 1545, Muslim 6943Prayer(Detailed Injunctions About Witr)

عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:
‏‏‏
كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك
من زوال نعمتك وتحول عافيتك
وفجاءة نقمتك
وجميع سخطك

عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ
‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:
‏‏‏
كَانَ مِنْ دُعَاءِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

اللهم إني أعوذ بك
