Quran 4:97~100

When the angels seize the souls of those who have wronged themselves—scolding them, “What do you think you were doing?” they will reply, “We were oppressed in the land.” The angels will respond, “Was Allah’s earth not spacious enough for you to emigrate?” It is they who will have Hell as their home—what an evil destination!Except helpless men, women, and children who cannot afford a way out—it is right to hope that Allah will pardon them. For Allah is Ever-Pardoning, All-Forgiving.Whoever emigrates in the cause of Allah will find many safe havens and bountiful resources throughout the earth. Those who leave their homes and die while emigrating to Allah and His Messenger—their reward has already been secured with Allah. And Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Quran 4:97~100

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ تَوَفَّىٰهُمُ ٱلْمَلَٓئِكَةُ ظَالِمِىٓ أَنفُسِهِمْ قَالُوا۟ فِيمَ كُنتُمْ ۖ قَالُوا۟ كُنَّا مُسْتَضْعَفِينَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ قَالُوٓا۟ أَلَمْ تَكُنْ أَرْضُ ٱللَّهِ وَسِعَةًۭ فَتُهَاجِرُوا۟ فِيهَا ۚ فَأُو۟لَٓئِكَ مَأْوَىٰهُمْ جَهَنَّمُ ۖ وَسَآءَتْ مَصِيرًا ‎
‏إِلَّا ٱلْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلْوِلْدَنِ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةًۭ وَلَا يَهْتَدُونَ سَبِيلًۭا ‎
‏فَأُو۟لَٓئِكَ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَعْفُوَ عَنْهُمْ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَفُوًّا غَفُورًۭا ‎
‏وَمَن يُهَاجِرْ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ يَجِدْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مُرَغَمًۭا كَثِيرًۭا وَسَعَةًۭ ۚ وَمَن يَخْرُجْ مِنۢ بَيْتِهِۦ مُهَاجِرًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ يُدْرِكْهُ ٱلْمَوْتُ فَقَدْ وَقَعَ أَجْرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورًۭا رَّحِيمًۭا — Surah an-Nisa, Ayats 97~100

اور جو لوگ اپنی جانوں پر ظلم کرتے ہیں جب فرشتے ان کی جان قبض کرنے لگتے ہیں تو ان سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ تم کس حال میں تھے وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہم ملک میں عاجز وناتواں تھے فرشتے کہتے ہیں کیا خدا کا ملک فراخ نہیں تھا کہ تم اس میں ہجرت کر جاتے ایسے لوگوں کا ٹھکانہ دوزخ ہے اور وہ بری جگہ ہے ﴿۹۷﴾ ہاں جو مرد اور عورتیں اور بچے بےبس ہیں کہ نہ تو کوئی چارہ کر سکتے ہیں اور نہ رستہ جانتے ہیں ﴿۹۸﴾ قریب ہے کہ خدا ایسوں کو معاف کردے اور خدا معاف کرنے والا (اور) بخشنے والا ہے ﴿۹۹﴾ اور جو شخص خدا کی راہ میں گھر بار چھوڑ جائے وہ زمین میں بہت سی جگہ اور کشائش پائے گا اور جو شخص خدا اور رسول کی طرف ہجرت کرکے گھر سے نکل جائے پھر اس کو موت آپکڑے تو اس کا ثواب خدا کے ذمے ہوچکا اور خدا بخشنے والا اور مہربان ہے ﴿۱۰۰﴾
