Quran 80:33~42

[Surah `Abasa]

Then, when the Deafening Blast comes to pass— (i.e., by blowing of the Trumpet) on that Day every person will flee from their own siblings, and ˹even˺ their mother and father, and ˹even˺ their spouse & children. For then everyone will have enough concern of their own. On that Day ˹some˺ faces will be bright, laughing and rejoicing, while ˹other˺ faces will be dusty, cast in gloom— those are the disbelievers, the ˹wicked˺ sinners. Quran 80:33~42 Surah `Abasa (He Frowned)
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ “He frowned and turned away.” [80:1]

فَإِذَا جَآءَتِ ٱلصَّآخَّةُ يَوْمَ يَفِرُّ ٱلْمَرْءُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ وَأُمِّهِۦ وَأَبِيهِ وَصَـٰحِبَتِهِۦ وَبَنِيهِ لِكُلِّ ٱمْرِئٍ مِّنْهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ شَأْنٌ يُغْنِيهِ وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ مُّسْفِرَةٌ ضَاحِكَةٌ مُّسْتَبْشِرَةٌ وَوُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَلَيْهَا غَبَرَةٌ تَرْهَقُهَا قَتَرَةٌ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْكَفَرَةُ ٱلْفَجَرَةُ
The Surah begins with the incident of a blind man (Abdullah ibn Umm Maktum) who came to the Prophet to seek knowledge, while the chiefs of Makkah were denying the message. It talks about the greatness of Allah’s message. Those who will accept this message they will benefit from it. But those who deny this message they are bringing harm to their own selves.
آخرکار جب وہ کان بہرے کر دینے والی آواز بلند ہوگی اُس روز آدمی اپنے بھائی اور اپنی ماں اور اپنے باپ اور اپنی بیوی اور اپنی اولاد سے بھاگے گا ان میں سے ہر شخص پر اس دن ایسا وقت آ پڑے گا کہ اسے اپنے سوا کسی کا ہوش نہ ہوگا کچھ چہرے اُس روز دمک رہے ہوں گے ہشاش بشاش اور خوش و خرم ہوں گے اور کچھ چہروں پر اس روز خاک اڑ رہی ہوگی اور کلونس چھائی ہوئی ہوگی یہی کافر و فاجر لوگ ہوں گے

Quran 78:17~29

Indeed, the Day of ˹Final˺ Decision is an appointed time— ˹it is˺ the Day the Trumpet will be blown, and you will ˹all˺ come forth in crowds. The sky will be ˹split˺ open, becoming ˹many˺ gates, and the mountains will be blown away, becoming ˹like˺ a mirage. Indeed, Hell is lying in ambush as a home for the transgressors, where they will remain for ˹endless˺ ages. There they will not taste any coolness or drink, except boiling water and ˹oozing˺ pus— a fitting reward. For they never expected any reckoning, and totally rejected Our signs. And We have everything recorded precisely. Quran 78:17~29 [Surah an-Naba’ ] (Arabic: النبأ, an-nabaʼ, also known as "The Tidings", "The Announcement")

إِنَّ یَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ كَانَ مِیقَـٰتࣰا یَوۡمَ یُنفَخُ فِی ٱلصُّورِ فَتَأۡتُونَ أَفۡوَاجࣰا وَفُتِحَتِ ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ فَكَانَتۡ أَبۡوَ ٰبࣰا وَسُیِّرَتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ فَكَانَتۡ سَرَابًا إِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ كَانَتۡ مِرۡصَادࣰا لِّلطَّـٰغِینَ مَءَابࣰا لَّـٰبِثِینَ فِیهَاۤ أَحۡقَابࣰا لَّا یَذُوقُونَ فِیهَا بَرۡدࣰا وَلَا شَرَابًا إِلَّا حَمِیمࣰا وَغَسَّاقࣰا جَزَاۤءࣰ وِفَاقًا إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوا۟ لَا یَرۡجُونَ حِسَابࣰا وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِنَا كِذَّابࣰا وَكُلَّ شَیۡءٍ أَحۡصَیۡنَـٰهُ كِتَـٰبࣰا
The Surah gives an important news or message. It tells us that the Day of Decision is coming. This beautiful and orderly universe is pointing to the Day of Decision. Allah will bring all people to judgment. The wicked will be thrown in the hell and the righteous will receive their reward from Allah.
بے شک فیصلے کا دن ایک مقرر وقت ہے جس روز صور میں پھونک مار دی جائے گی، تم فوج در فوج نکل آؤ گے اور آسمان کھول دیا جائے گا حتیٰ کہ وہ دروازے ہی دروازے بن کر رہ جائے گا اور پہاڑ چلائے جائیں گے تو وہ ریت ہو کر رہ جائیں گے درحقیقت جہنم ایک گھات ہے سرکشوں کا ٹھکانا جس میں وہ مدتوں پڑے رہیں گے اُس کے اندر کسی ٹھنڈک اور پینے کے قابل کسی چیز کا مزہ وہ نہ چکھیں گے کچھ ملے گا تو بس گرم پانی اور زخموں کا دھوون (اُن کے کرتوتوں) کا بھرپور بدلہ وہ کسی حساب کی توقع نہ رکھتے تھے اور ہماری آیات کو انہوں نے بالکل جھٹلا دیا تھا اور حال یہ تھا کہ ہم نے ہر چیز گن گن کر لکھ رکھی تھی
This Surah takes its name from the second Ayat, عَنِ النَّبَإِ الْعَظِيمِ “About the great news -” [78:2].

Quran 23:101

Then, when the Trumpet will be blown, there will be no kinship between them on that Day, nor will they ˹even care to˺ ask about one another. Quran 23:101
Surah al-Mu’minum [The Believers] takes its name after the first Ayat, قَدْ أَفْلَحَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ “Certainly will the Believers have succeeded.” [23:1].
This Surah has 118 Ayat.

فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِی ٱلصُّورِ فَلَاۤ أَنسَابَ بَیۡنَهُمۡ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ وَلَا یَتَسَاۤءَلُونَ
In this Surah people are invited to accept and follow the Prophet. This is the central theme of the Surah. It speaks about the character of true believers and assures that they will be the real successful people. It draws attention to various stages of human creation, to many other universal signs. Then it takes some of the stories of other prophets and tells us that they also preached the same message.
پھر جونہی کہ صور پھونک دیا گیا، ان کے درمیان پھر کوئی رشتہ نہ رہے گا اور نہ وہ ایک دوسرے کو پوچھیں گے
Sections:
The character of the Believers. Various stages of human creation and Allah’s signs in the universe.
The Message of Prophet Noah, his people’s response and then the flood.
Generations were raised after Prophet Noah. Many prophets were sent among them. Then came Prophet Moses and Aaron and then came Jesus – peace be upon them all.
All prophets are one Ummah and preached the same religion. Those who are affluent think that they are also the righteous people, but the righteous are only those who do the good deeds.
Everything in the heaven and earth belongs to Allah.
Prophet’s job is to continue presenting the message of Allah.

Quran 50:20~26

And the Trumpet will be blown. This is the Day ˹you were˺ warned of. Each soul will come forth with an angel to drive it and another to testify. ˹It will be said to the denier,˺ “You were totally heedless of this. Now We have lifted this veil of yours, so Today your sight is sharp!” And one’s accompanying-angel will say, “Here is the record ready with me.” ˹It will be said to both angels,˺ “Throw into Hell every stubborn disbeliever, withholder of good, transgressor, and doubter, who set up another god with Allah. So cast them into the severe punishment.” Quran 50:20~26
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, ق ۚ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ
“Qaf. By the honored Qur’an…” (50:1).

وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ ۚ ذَلِكَ يَوْمُ ٱلْوَعِيدِ ‎ ‏وَجَآءَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۢ مَّعَهَا سَآئِقٌۭ وَشَهِيدٌۭ ‎ ‏لَّقَدْ كُنتَ فِى غَفْلَةٍۢ مِّنْ هَذَا فَكَشَفْنَا عَنكَ غِطَآءَكَ فَبَصَرُكَ ٱلْيَوْمَ حَدِيدٌۭ ‎ ‏وَقَالَ قَرِينُهُۥ هَذَا مَا لَدَىَّ عَتِيدٌ ‎ ‏أَلْقِيَا فِى جَهَنَّمَ كُلَّ كَفَّارٍ عَنِيدٍۢ ‎ ‏مَّنَّاعٍۢ لِّلْخَيْرِ مُعْتَدٍۢ مُّرِيبٍ ‎ ‏ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَهًا ءَاخَرَ فَأَلْقِيَاهُ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ ٱلشَّدِيدِ
The Surah emphasizes the theme of resurrection and the ultimate success of those who have faith in Allah and His Prophets.
اور صور پھونکا جائے گا۔ یہی (عذاب کے) وعید کا دن ہے اور ہر شخص (ہمارے سامنے) آئے گا۔ ایک (فرشتہ) اس کے ساتھ چلانے والا ہوگا اور ایک (اس کے عملوں کی) گواہی دینے والا (یہ وہ دن ہے کہ) اس سے تو غافل ہو رہا تھا۔ اب ہم نے تجھ پر سے پردہ اُٹھا دیا۔ تو آج تیری نگاہ تیز ہے اور اس کا ہم نشین (فرشتہ) کہے گا کہ یہ (اعمال نامہ) میرے پاس حاضر ہے (حکم ہوگا کہ) ہر سرکش ناشکرے کو دوزخ میں ڈال دو جو مال میں بخل کرنے والا حد سے بڑھنے والا شبہے نکالنے والا تھا جس نے خدا کے ساتھ اور معبود مقرر کر رکھے تھے۔ تو اس کو سخت عذاب میں ڈال دو

Quran 79~1-14

By those (angels) who violently pull out (the souls of the disbelievers), by those (angels) who gently draw out (the souls of the believers), by those (angels) who swim swiftly (through space), by those (angels) who press forward in a race (to fulfill Allah’s orders), by those (angels) who arrange to execute the commands (of their Lord). On the Day when the first blowing of the trumpet will shake (the earth, the mountains, and everybody will die), the second blowing of the trumpet will follow it (everybody will raise up).
An-Nāziʻāt (Arabic: النازعات, “Those Who Pull Out”, in reference to “the angels who tear out the souls of the wicked”) is the seventy-ninth surah of the Qur’an, with 46 ayat.
On that Day, hearts will beat (with fear and anxiety), their eyes will be downcast. They (disbelievers) say: “Shall we really be returned to the former state of life, when we will become crumbled bones?” They say: “In that case, it would be a return with loss!” But it will be only a single shout (the second blowing of the trumpet), when they will be awakened (alive after death). Quran 79:1~14 Surah an-Nazi`at (Soul-snatchers)
وَٱلنَّـٰزِعَـٰتِ غَرۡقࣰا وَٱلنَّـٰشِطَـٰتِ نَشۡطࣰا وَٱلسَّـٰبِحَـٰتِ سَبۡحࣰا فَٱلسَّـٰبِقَـٰتِ سَبۡقࣰا فَٱلۡمُدَبِّرَ ٰتِ أَمۡرࣰا یَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلرَّاجِفَةُ تَتۡبَعُهَا ٱلرَّادِفَةُ قُلُوبࣱ یَوۡمَىِٕذࣲ وَاجِفَةٌ أَبۡصَـٰرُهَا خَـٰشِعَةࣱ یَقُولُونَ أَءِنَّا لَمَرۡدُودُونَ فِی ٱلۡحَافِرَةِ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَـٰمࣰا نَّخِرَةࣰ قَالُوا۟ تِلۡكَ إِذࣰا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةࣱ فَإِنَّمَا هِیَ زَجۡرَةࣱ وَ ٰحِدَةࣱ فَإِذَا هُم بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ
Its name derived from the word wan-nazi‘at with which it opens. The root (n-z-‘) roughly means “to yank out with great force”, although it can also mean “to yearn for” or “to yearn after”
قسم ہے اُن (فرشتوں کی) جو [کافروں کی جان] ڈوب کر کھینچتے ہیں اور[مومنوں کی جان] آہستگی سے نکال لے جاتے ہیں اور (اُن فرشتوں کی جو کائنات میں) تیزی سے تیرتے پھرتے ہیں پھر (حکم بجا لانے میں) سبقت کرتے ہیں پھر (احکام الٰہی کے مطابق) معاملات کا انتظام چلاتے ہیں جس روز ہلا مارے گا زلزلے کا جھٹکا اور اس کے پیچھے ایک اور جھٹکا پڑے گا
It speaks about Allah’s angels who take the souls at the time of death. As Allah has power to take away the souls, as He has created the whole universe, He also has the power to resurrect people after their death. The story of Prophet Moses and Pharaoh is mentioned to warn the people about the consequences of arrogant pride which leads to the denial of the truth.
کچھ دل ہوں گے جو اُس روز خوف سے کانپ رہے ہوں گے نگاہیں اُن کی سہمی ہوئی ہوں گی یہ لوگ کہتے ہیں "کیا واقعی ہم پلٹا کر پھر واپس لائے جائیں گے؟ کیا جب ہم کھوکھلی بوسیدہ ہڈیاں بن چکے ہوں گے؟“ کہنے لگے "یہ واپسی تو پھر بڑے گھاٹے کی ہوگی!“ حالانکہ یہ بس اتنا کام ہے کہ ایک شديد ہيبت ناک آواز پڑے گی اور یکایک یہ کھلے میدان میں موجود ہوں گے
