This Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّـهِ وَالْفَتْحُ “When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest,” [110:1]. There are 3 Ayat in this Surah.This is a Madani Surah and according to most of the authorities this is the last Surah that was revealed to the Prophet (saw). The Surah reminds about the attitude of the Believer in the situation of success. One should be thankful to Allah and seek His forgiveness for any shortcomings or mistakes.The Surah speaks of the victory and help of Allah.
