Hadees: Bukhari 2079

Narrated Hakim bin Hizam: Allah's Apostle said, The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return goods as long as they have not parted or till they part; and if both the parties spoke the truth and described the defects and qualities (of the goods), then they would be blessed in their transaction, and if they told lies or hid something, then the blessings of their transaction would be lost.Hadees: Bukhari 2079The Book Of Sales (Bargains)

حَدَّثَنَا حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ :
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :

الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا ،
أَوْ قَالَ حَتَّى يَتَفَرَّقَا ،
فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا ،
بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا ،
وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا ،
مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا

حکیم بن حزام رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا،

رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا،

خریدنے اور بیچنے والوں کو اس وقت تک اختیار ( بیع ختم کر دینے کا ) ہے
جب تک دونوں جدا نہ ہوں

پس اگر دونوں نے سچائی سے کام لیا
اور ہر بات صاف صاف کھول دی
تو ان کی خرید و فروخت میں برکت ہوتی ہے

لیکن اگر کوئی بات چھپا رکھی
یا جھوٹ کہی
تو ان کی برکت ختم کر دی جاتی ہے
