Hadees: Muslim 2655

English:‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏‏Abdullah b. Amr b. al-'As reported that he heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:Verily, the hearts of all the sons of Adam are between the two fingers out of the fingers of the Compassionate Lord as one heart. He turns that to any (direction) He likes. Then Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: O Allah, the Turner of the hearts, turn our hearts to Thine obedience.Hadees:Muslim 2655/6750 (Book of Destiny)

أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ، يَقُولُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ
رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏

"‏ إِنَّ قُلُوبَ بَنِي آدَمَ كُلَّهَا بَيْنَ إِصْبَعَيْنِ مِنْ أَصَابِعِ الرَّحْمَنِ كَقَلْبٍ وَاحِدٍ
يُصَرِّفُهُ حَيْثُ يَشَاءُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
ثُمَّ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏
"‏ اللَّهُمَّ
مُصَرِّفَ الْقُلُوبِ
صَرِّفْ قُلُوبَنَا
عَلَى طَاعَتِكَ ‏"‏ ‏.

عبداللہ بن عمرو بن عاص رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے، انہوں نے سنا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے

آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے تھے:

”آدمیوں کے دل پروردگار کی
دو انگلیوں کے بیچ میں ہیں
جیسے ایک دل ہوتا ہے،

پروردگار ان کو پھیرتا ہے
جس طرح چاہتا ہے۔“

پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا:

”یا اللہ!
دلوں کے پھرانے والے
ہمارے دلوں کو پھیر دے
اپنی اطاعت پر۔“
