Quran 39:21 (Ayah az-Zumar)
Do you not see that Allah sends down rain from the sky—channelling it through streams in the earth— then produces with it crops of various colours, then they dry up and you see them wither, and then He reduces them to chaff? Surely in this is a reminder for people of reason. Quran 39:21 Surah az-Zumar (The Troops, Throngs, The Companies)
The Surah takes its name from the mention of ‘az-Zumar’ in (39:71) and (39:73). These are the only mention of the words zumar in the whole Qur’an. There are 88 Ayat in this Surah.
أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ أَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ مَاۤءࣰ فَسَلَكَهُۥ یَنَـٰبِیعَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ ثُمَّ یُخۡرِجُ بِهِۦ زَرۡعࣰا مُّخۡتَلِفًا أَلۡوَ ٰنُهُۥ ثُمَّ یَهِیجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصۡفَرࣰّا ثُمَّ یَجۡعَلُهُۥ حُطَـٰمًاۚ إِنَّ فِی ذَ ٰلِكَ لَذِكۡرَىٰ لِأُو۟لِی ٱلۡأَلۡبَـٰبِ
The Surah talks about the true religion. It is to serve Allah sincerely and to avoid Shirk. Tawhid brings the blessings of Allah, while Shirk has terrible consequences. The Believers are told not to despair and lose heart. If it is difficult for them to practice their religion in one place, they can migrate from that land. The unbelievers are told that they can do whatever they wish, but they cannot turn the Believers away from the path of faith.
یا تم نہیں دیکھتے کہ اللہ نے آسمان سے پانی برسایا، پھر اس کو سوتوں اور چشموں اور دریاؤں کی شکل میں زمین کے اندر جاری کیا، پھر اس پانی کے ذریعہ سے وہ طرح طرح کی کھیتیاں نکالتا ہے جن کی قسمیں مختلف ہیں، پھر وہ کھیتیاں پک کر سوکھ جاتی ہیں، پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ وہ زرد پڑ گئیں، پھر آخرکار اللہ اُن کو بھس بنا دیتا ہے در حقیقت اِس میں ایک سبق ہے عقل رکھنے والوں کے لیے
