Quran 6:65~67 (Ayah al-An`am)

Say, “He ˹alone˺ has the power to unleash upon you a torment from above or below you or split you into ˹conflicting˺ factions and make you taste the violence of one another.” See how We vary the signs, so perhaps they will comprehend. Still your people ˹O Prophet˺ have rejected this ˹Quran˺, although it is the truth. Say, “I am not a keeper over you.” Every ˹destined˺ matter has a ˹set˺ time to transpire. And you will soon come to know. Quran 6:65~67 Surah al-An`am (Cattle, Livestock)
Al-An’am (Arabic: ٱلأنعام, al-ʾanʿām; meaning: The Cattle) is the sixth chapter (sūrah) of the Quran, with 165 verses (āyāt).

قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلۡقَادِرُ عَلَىٰۤ أَن یَبۡعَثَ عَلَیۡكُمۡ عَذَابࣰا مِّن فَوۡقِكُمۡ أَوۡ مِن تَحۡتِ أَرۡجُلِكُمۡ أَوۡ یَلۡبِسَكُمۡ شِیَعࣰا وَیُذِیقَ بَعۡضَكُم بَأۡسَ بَعۡضٍۗ ٱنظُرۡ كَیۡفَ نُصَرِّفُ ٱلۡءَایَـٰتِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ یَفۡقَهُونَ وَكَذَّبَ بِهِۦ قَوۡمُكَ وَهُوَ ٱلۡحَقُّۚ قُل لَّسۡتُ عَلَیۡكُم بِوَكِیلࣲ لِّكُلِّ نَبَإࣲ مُّسۡتَقَرࣱّۚ وَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
This surah dwells on such themes as the clear signs of Allah’s Dominion and Power, rejecting polytheism and unbelief, the establishment of Tawhid (pure monotheism), the Revelation, Messengership, and Resurrection.
کہو، وہ اِس پر قادر ہے کہ تم پر کوئی عذاب اوپر سے نازل کر دے، یا تمہارے قدموں کے نیچے سے برپا کر دے، یا تمہیں گروہوں میں تقسیم کر کے ایک گروہ کو دوسرے گروہ کی طاقت کا مزہ چکھوا دے دیکھو، ہم کس طرح بار بار مختلف طریقوں سے اپنی نشانیاں ان کے سامنے پیش کر رہے ہیں شاید کہ یہ حقیقت کو سمجھ لیں تمہاری قوم اُس کا انکار کر رہی ہے حالانکہ وہ حقیقت ہے اِن سے کہہ دو کہ میں تم پر حوالہ دار نہیں بنایا گیا ہوں ہر خبر کے ظہور میں آنے کا ایک وقت مقرر ہے، عنقریب تم کو خود انجام معلوم ہو جائے گا
Paying attention carefully to the contents of the verses of this Surah can remove the soul of hypocrisy and disperse from among Muslims, and cause the ears to be hearing, the eyes to be clear-sighted, and the hearts (minds) to be knowledgeable.

Quran 65:7

Let the man of wealth provide according to his means. As for the one with limited resources, let him provide according to whatever Allah has given him. Allah does not require of any soul beyond what He has given it. After hardship, Allah will bring about ease. Quran 65:7 Surah at-Talaq (Divorce)
The Surah takes its name from the first Ayat, يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ “O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women, divorce them for [the commencement of] their waiting period and keep count of the waiting period….” [65:1].
There are 12 Ayat in this Surah.

لِیُنفِقۡ ذُو سَعَةࣲ مِّن سَعَتِهِۦۖ وَمَن قُدِرَ عَلَیۡهِ رِزۡقُهُۥ فَلۡیُنفِقۡ مِمَّاۤ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُۚ لَا یُكَلِّفُ ٱللَّهُ نَفۡسًا إِلَّا مَاۤ ءَاتَىٰهَاۚ سَیَجۡعَلُ ٱللَّهُ بَعۡدَ عُسۡرࣲ یُسۡرࣰا
This is a Madani Surah and like the following Surah, al-Tahrim, its speak about family rules.
The spouses should follow Allah’s rules whether they have disagreement with each other or they love each other.
In this Surah the proper rules of divorce are given.
Do not just say the words of divorce and separate yourself from your wives, but give them their rights.
It also reminds the Believers to obey Allah and His Messenger.
Those who disobey Allah are warned the consequences of their disobedience.
صاحب وسعت کو اپنی وسعت کے مطابق خرچ کرنا چاہیئے۔ اور جس کے رزق میں تنگی ہو وہ جتنا خدا نے اس کو دیا ہے اس کے موافق خرچ کرے۔ خدا کسی کو تکلیف نہیں دیتا مگر اسی کے مطابق جو اس کو دیا ہے۔ اور خدا عنقریب تنگی کے بعد کشائش بخشے گا
The Surah starts and ends with the instruction to have Taqwah of Allah.
يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ إِذَا طَلَّقْتُمُ النِّسَاءَ فَطَلِّقُوهُنَّ لِعِدَّتِهِنَّ وَأَحْصُوا الْعِدَّةَ ۖ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ رَبَّكُمْ “O Prophet, when you [Muslims] divorce women, divorce them for [the commencement of] their waiting period and keep count of the waiting period, and fear Allah, your Lord…..” (65:1)
أَعَدَّ اللَّـهُ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا ۖ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّـهَ يَا أُولِي الْأَلْبَابِ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا ۚ قَدْ أَنزَلَ اللَّـهُ إِلَيْكُمْ ذِكْرًا “Allah has prepared for them a severe punishment; so fear Allah, O you of understanding who have believed. Allah has sent down to you the Qur’an” (65:10)
